I have had excellent support and service from ICare Windermere Edmonton location. Meds are delivered free of charge, text message reminders for refills and prepared blister packs for morning, lunch and evening. 5 stars! Thank you Wasif and team.

After some frustrating experiences at the big chain pharmacies, I switched to iCare a couple years ago and the service like no other pharmacy. Instead of me making sure I’ve got my medicine, they send me reminders that I need a fill. And when I moved downtown I didn’t need to worry because iCare has FREE city-wide delivery. Wasif and the team are absolutely amazing and will take amazing care of you!

I came to meet Wasif during the height of the pandemic. He personally delivered door to door the essential kits that he was giving away for the neighborhood. Since then we’ve only come to his pharmacy and their service is always top-notch. I appreciate that they can accommodate even last minute and urgent requests. My family and I have been using ICare pharmacy for just under 2 years now and could not be happier with the service that Wasif and his team have provided us! Prior to coming to ICare pharmacy we used big box pharmacies such as shoppers drug mart where your often times just a number and there is no personalized care. Our first Christmas with them was a true comparison to that when we received a personalized Christmas cards with our families names and acknowledgement to our son who was not yet born wishing us the best throughout the holidays and into the new year, with treats that accompanied it. Anytime I have a question or concern I text or call Wasif and he is always there to answer and give his advice. From after hours deliveries, to showing true compassion in what you do and always caring; thank you for showing us the perfect example of what a business should be! I could not recommend this business enough, as they are true experts in everything they do.

I had dealt with multiple pharmacies throughout my time in the city and really never had a problem, I didn't think about my experience with them much at all.
I happened across Icare when I moved to the Southwest side of the city and it logically made more sense to move my prescriptions closer.

We order, they deliver and anytime we run out of meds Icare makes the call to the Dr on our behalf (when they are able based on regulations).

Amazing service at this Pharmacy. The environment is super clean and new looking. The customer service is amazing. I had a bad reaction to my medicine and they helped me over the phone and discussed with my doctor a new course of action. They then promptly gave me a follow back phone call as well. They also over delivery!
