I recently visited ICICI Bank in Calgary and had a great experience. I'm glad I met Karan Shah who not only patiently listened to the issue I was facing but helped me to resolve at the earliest. I am giving 5 stars for the service I received from ICICI Calgary branch by Nitesh Shanbhag. I went in during the closing hours of the bank just to inquire about opening a new chequing account. 10 minutes later I came out as a new customer of ICICI. I have recently opened a NRE/NRO account with ICICI bank and Karan Shah was the best person. He walked me through the process. I visited the ICICI Calgary branch on 31 Aug 2022. Mr. Nithesh Shanbhag was the financial service advisor who assisted me with my money transfer. His customer service skills were exceptionally impressive. He went above and beyond my expectation of getting many kind of service/assistance in a bank environment. He explained the process in a simple way but in details as well. My time there was very short because of that and I was a very happy customer when I left the bank. It was also a very busy day for him. Still Mr. Nithesh managed to accept me as a walk-in and helped me with my emergency situation.

Highly recommend ICICI Calgary for the swift and professional banking services especially if you are a new implant in Canada. Special thanks to Mr. Aslesh Ravindran for being extremely brisk, compliant and attentive while handling the NRO / NRE / local accounts. His team consisting of Nitesh and other capable individuals are extremely diligent and understand the issues that new immigrants may face and work extended hours to help their customers. Very unprofessional! After approving my mortgage and after I have finalized with the seller that mortgage is approved and paid the deposit or downpayment of $5000 and done the property assessment of $500 they cancelled the approval just because they thought i was doing air bnb! They should have checked everything before they approve and not after we have confirmed to the seller that mortgage is approved. Do not deal with this unprofessional bank! Your money will be lost as i lost mire than $6000!

Worst bank service in the world. Staff is very unhelpful and Talk loudly with the customer. No one interested to help customer. All the staff members are useless.

Stay away from this bank. They report untrue facts to credit file. It’s a small bank and has many fees associated with your mortgage that you will come to know on a long term.
I’m lucky to get away from this bank. God bless others who are still with it.

I did a call to customer care there was a lady and she doesn’t know how to talk with the customer she has no manners to talk. NEVER EVER USE ICICI BANK ACCOUNT FOR ANY KIND OF MONEY RELATED ISSUES THEY ARE BIGGER FRAUD THAN MALYA.

Worst ever customer service, issue with my Debit card never resolved, please don't ever use this Bank for banking services Rating is 0

Terrible bank, mailed my card to the wrong address. I'm on my tenth phone call to get it re-issued. Garbage.
