Icing

Antonia pierced my daughter's ears today, and it was our best piercing experience to date. The after care instructions were delivered in a way we'd never heard. The actual piercing was problem free. Antonia is such a sweet soul which radiates through her customer service.

Went in to get my baby daughters ears pierced. Absolute amazing service, felt very welcomed and comfortable. She was extremely professional, and took the extra care reviewing the placement, jewelry and aftercare. With friendly staff and a nice clean environment, I recommend going to see these girls. Was a very pleasant experience all in all.

The cashier and other worker inside didn’t acknowledge anyone in the store or ask if they needed help. And then when I went to pay the cashier didn’t say hi or anything, she then went on to talk with her coworker. Pretty bad customer service. The other worker was on the phone with another store in the mall asking if they had accessories for her daughter for a wedding they were attending.
