Excellent customer service. We went there because we needed our AC fixed on toyaota tacoma truck that needed to be done to be able to go back to work in Fort McMurray. They took our truck in right away, stayed late to finish it and called me the next morning. They also didn't have to re-charge my AC, so that saved me 100$. Highly recommend for service, price and quick turnaround.

Do not trust these clowns with your vehicle. They like to play the guessing game and replace parts that were just replaced. Then slap you with a giant bill and still have no idea what's wrong. I will never use them again. My truck went in with an engine light and came out with two more lights on and now it won't shift. Clowns

I've been bringing mine and my wife's vehicles as well as all of our fleet vehicles to Icon for years. The staff and owner have been nothing but good to us. Would recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately for KD and Icon Automotive, I have nothing positive to say. My friend was charged a ridiculous amount of money for a 15-minute diagnostic test which was inconclusive. She was told that there appeared to be an emissions issue, but further testing (at an additional cost, of course) would be required to determine the root cause.

Unsatisfied, I took the vehicle to another shop. They performed a diagnostics test for free. They determined that the cause of the problem was a faulty gas cap and required no further testing. Problem solved.

The Icon Automotive bill amounted to $162.23 which included taxes and shop supplies, which works out to $600.00 per hour for the 15 minutes spent performing the diagnostics test.

I am grateful for the integrity shown by the second shop and they will certainly be getting my future business along with a five-star review. They have renewed my faith in human decency and honest business practices.

As for Icon Automotive, I am disgusted by their unethical and morally corrupt business practices. I will be sharing this cautionary account with others in my industry so that no one else will have to experience this type of unscrupulous and nefarious behaviour from this business.

* Begrudgingly, I had to give them one star in order to post the review.i appreciate your response however the problem is fixed for 4 dollars.the math works out to almost 700 dollars an hour.you had the option to return her money.now you have lost a large number of clients.yes the gascap was a 1 minute youtube video after having the error code to fix.this is several times ive used you for my work and im fed up with overcharging, ridiculous time frames and never fixing anything.

Staff ensured that my vehicle would be ready for me before the shop closed for the weekend, super honest and transparent about everything with my car. They even gave me part numbers for items so I can ensure I have the proper tools I might need for any future personal work. Was worried about having to spend an arm and a leg but prices were very reasonable and fair. Will be reccomending this shop to friends and family! Thank you

My usual mechanic is in Edmonton, but the car was dead so I had it towed here. Good service, but the price is way more than my usual guy.

$31.25 for 0.25 hours of battery service. That's $125 an hour. Fair.
$145.00 for 1.0 hours engine diagnosis. That's $145 an hour. $20 more?
$50.00 for 0.2 hour (or 12 minutes) AVR test. THAT'S A $250 AN HOUR CHARGE. WHAT? !? !? !

I'll be looking elsewhere.

We were staying in Leduc for an appointment our car was running poorly so i called these guys and brought my car in, they said i needed a new catalytic converter and there was none available anywhere so instead he drilled holes into it, and said that would cix it for the trip! This cost me $300! On the way home which was a 5 hour trip, the car ran the same as before i took it in! I took it to a mechanic in my hometown and it was coded as a fan malfunction! I tried calling no answer i left a voicemail no answer i even sent a email no replay! Poor service! Waste of money!

I have had most types of service done at Icon from small to large. I've had quite a few vehicles and take all of them to Icon. KD is amazing, extremely honest and very good at what he does. I highly recommend Icon Automotive. They can handle any task. I have never had any issues with anything they have ever done for me on any vehicle. They are the best shop in the area hands down. Call them.

Best mechanic in Leduc! Honest work he won't charge you for what you don't need, and most importantly he's a man of his word! And his prices are really fair. Definitely give him a call if you need some work done.

Only place I trust! If you don't need work done they are honest and tell you the truth and are fare with there prices if you do need work done. Only place we trust with everything for our vehicles! Been going here for years

Thank you so much for the super quick fix. Our hood latch was not grabbing properly. Stopped by on our way to the mountain, and got lubed up right away. Thanks a lot for the helpful advice and service.

KD is a great guy. But I just spent 2000 dollars there and the car still had issues. Brought it back the second time and now it pulls the left and the steering wheel is off by about 2 inches from center. Not a good experience. Ended up making an appointment at the dealer to ease my mind which will probably cost me another 1000.

Great worker’s and great pricing compared to other shops in town. Fit me in their busy schedule and did an excellent job.

I find Icon very trustworthy and reasonably priced. I have no issues recommending Icon to others and appreciate KD taking the time to explain the repairs needed. He is very accommodating and won't leave you stranded.

Took our truck in for a quote, they were super reasonably priced compared to what we were expecting, and able to finish the repairs the same day. So convenient! Friendly staff and a really nice waiting room too

They’ve missed several issues on both cars that were obvious to other mechanics. Brought one vehicle back multiple times with the same problem only to have the problem return within a few days of being worked on here.
The other shop identified it and solved it the first time they saw it.

One of the best automotive service and repair businesses we have ever come across. KD goes well above and beyond to make sure your problems are resolved. The team work quickly and efficiently, they take time to listen to your concerns, and KD goes out of his way to find a solution if he doesn’t already know it. We can not recommend this business highly enough. We were stranded with a brake problem on our 1974 motorhome - and had already had two mechanics work on it, only making the problem worse. We wish we had found Icon automotive at the beginning. It would have saved us a lot of time, money and stress! Excellent result and we are hugely grateful.

KD and the guys at Icon deliver exactly what you would want out of a mechanic. They are completely open and transparent about the work that needs to be done and are not the type to upsell you on unnecessary services. In fact, KD suggested that I complete the work myself giving me instructions on how to do so. I will be coming back and will wholeheartedly recommend to anybody.

Bf took his truck in due to coolant leak and intermittent starting issues, was told his water pump and starter were pooched. He had them replace them. He had to go back next day after pickup due to suddenly having one of his sensors show issue. They didn't fix but told him it wasn't a big deal. He still has a coolant leak and the truck still starts when it wants. $2200 for nothing. Would not recommend as they don't stand behind their product/service!

Asked to replace the ignition. Gave me one that nearly ANY key would work in. My mother went regularly to this shop and recommended this place, however, now I feel that this is a shop that takes advantage of women who dont know any better.

Very happy with KD! Got me in & out the same day I called, and even greatly showed me the part he fixed and explained everything that happened wrong when it broke. Great prices too! Thanks again!
