The service was great, I bought my brother a Christmas present and the lady at the front counter was very helpful and even wrapped the poster and made it look amazing. Very helpful!

Such an excellent little stop in the mall. There is something for everyone if you are a fan of anything! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to answer any questions and take requests to see if they can fulfill it for you. Lots of stock, especially for Pokemon, Magic the Gathering or even most sports cards to be collected. Definitely worth checking out.

Talked to Amir and he helped me over the phone with the purchase that I saw in the store. I don't live in the Edmonton area, as I was just visiting.
Shipping was very fast! And it had extra padding for the picture I purchased. Very professional! Thanks Amir! Next time I'm in EDM I'll be definitely checking out this store again!

I visited this new store in WEM today, great memorabilia and super knowledgeable staff. Worth stopping in for sure.

Love visiting local card stores in the city, and Icons and Heroes is definitely one of my new favorites, the staff is really polite and very helpful. They've also got a decent selection from various TCG such as Magic the Gathering, Pokémon and Yu-gi-oh. Glad to see new Card stores opening with such enthusiasm!
