If I could give this place 900 stars, I would! I have a UTI in Banff Canada and from USA. Luckily, in Canada you don't need to go to a doctor for this and some licensed pharmacists can prescribe a Rx. Van the pharmacist dispensed my Rx within 15 minutes for $50 consultation. Stellar service! The other pharmacy in town was too busy. The hospital said it would be $900+. I was miserable this AM drinking cranberry juice and taking OTC Rx. Now I feeling fine. UTI in Canada resolved!:)
Horrible service with the pharmacist, great experience with the cashier.
Pharmacist (young female asian with glasses) was so rude and condescending that I have to write a review. I needed help with choosing between two anti-allergy medication and I don't think it's fair for her to take for granted that I'm supposed to know what cortisol (or cortisone?) is without her explaining. Also, English is not my first language, so I don't know the difference between a "runny" nose or a "stuffed" nose, and the look on her face when I asked for clarification is not appropriate for anyone who works in contact with the public. Since I was clearly annoying her, I didn't bother asking if the product had any interaction with the other medication I was taking at the same time.
The cashier (young white male with beard) was totally the opposite: kind, courteous and helpful. He gladly answered some touristy questions for me and my cousin.
