Ideal iRepair

I wanted to start out but saying this is a really amazing locally owned business and I’ve had nothing but good experiences up until today.

I went in today to get the screen protectors replaced on 2 iPhones I have (1 was bought from Ideal iRepair). Clark was able to locate the first one in the system, however, when it can to locating the second one (the one that I had bought from Ideal iRepair), they were unable to. That phone had been brought in a few times before to get the screen protector changed without issue as I bought the “Lifetime” with them. After searching both systems, Clark was unable to find record of the phone even being bought by me or sold by them. This seems strange seeing as I have the charge my bank statement from March 2022 (I can’t locate the physical receipt though). I understand that there wasn’t much Clark could do as their hands were likely tied by management’s policies and they did exactly what was likely expected of them in the situation, Clark did everything right in my opinion.

Although, paying the $40 again isn’t a lot in the big picture for me, it’s more the principle of the matter and maybe the $40 is a big deal to the next person.

This is still an amazing local company to support and I’ll continue supporting them but I recommend keeping your receipts from them for reference just in case.

Thanks so much to Andrew for helping us. We had tried (and tried) to fix a problem ourselves with our iPhone and iPad and just gotten further mixed up. He was very patient and sorted out our problems in no time. He was very knowledgeable and easy to relate to. I will definitely go back to him in the future

Very good service every time I’ve had anything done here. And it’s been quite a few times as I am pretty hard on phones. Great prices and friendly staff! They also keep their word about replacing your iPhone screen protector if it becomes damaged no questions asked.even if you don’t have the old one with you.

These guys are great. They are knowledgable, fast, friendly and great prices. They really care to go above and beyond. Our main thing was to get our old phones unlocked and fixed and they did that! We will be back.

My cell phone gmail stopped working, so I dropped in at Ideal iRepair, explained my problem, and the gentleman had it working again in about 5 minutes. He refused any payment for his service. Needless to say I'm impressed.a five star performance

Friendly staff, ended up being to costly to fix my water damaged phone so recycled it. But it was possible for an extra $350.00 would have included new screen And cameras

They did a quick, 20 minute, swap for my daughter's iPhone battery. Quick and easy. Great service.

These guys are great! I've been here a few times, and each time, they were super helpful and really nice. They helped me change my phone plan, which only took a few minutes to set up. They answered some computer questions for me, and made it really easy to understand what I had questions about. If you need repairs and tech help, Ideal iRepair is definitely the place to go.

My charging port was clogged and they cleaned it out for FREE! Will be back next time i have an issue

My connection with Ideal iRepair was a phone contact. Not only was he responsive and helpful he was able to suggest a cost saving option to resolve my laptop battery problem. He went the extra mile to point me in the right direction. Very pleased with the decision to call them.

Stopped in to get my phone looked at after it stopped charging. Gentleman at the front desk cleaned it out right away free of charge. Awesome service.

My iPhone crashed while updating. These great folks got it unstuck without losing any of my data or contacts, just outstanding, and in about an hour. And to top off the high quality of service the price was very reasonable.

I stopped in here in a bit of a panic because my MacBook wouldn’t turn on. I left it at the shop and figured it would take a few hours to diagnose the problem. However, I received a call within 30 minutes letting me know what the problem was and with a few options on how to proceed. As I wasn’t ready to make a decision, they suggested I just bring an external hard drive and they would transfer my files for now. I was expecting to have to pay for this service, but was told to “not worry about it”. Such a relief! I didn’t feel pressured at all to have my laptop fixed right away and I was glad to be able to discuss different options. Would totally recommend this place! Very professional and prompt service.

Outfreakinstanding! I swear I sat longer at red lights on the way there than it took for Spencer to change my iPhone battery. Definitely has won any future business from me!

We have had 4+ phones repaired here and every time we have been in we have been so impressed with the service we have received and how quickly our devices where up and running again! I don’t think we have ever waited much more then 15 minutes! I have and will continue recommending you guys to all my friends and family

Wow, I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to help. They saw what the problem was and fixed it in 5 minutes. It was well worth the cost. Highly recommend this local shop.the staff are always helpful when I need service. The lifetime tempered glass is SO worth it.

Great little shop, got everything fixed up in a very timely matter and the two staff I dealt with were very professional and informative.

So just now I phoned Ideal iRepair and spoke with Spencer as the charger for my iPhone 6 wasn't seating correctly in the port of my phone and it wasn't therefore charging properly. I thought I would have to get that charging port replaced, but the fellow I spoke to told me what he thought the problem was.lint in the charging port.he told me it was a service they provide free of charge, and that if the charging port needed to be replaced it be about $50.00 and twenty minutes to fix. I fixed the problem myself with dental picks thanks to his advice. Lastly, they changed the battery in my iPhone about 3-4 months ago.it took five minutes, cost $50.00 (much cheaper than buying a new phone that I don't need) and I was told that if I had any problems to just bring it back. I didn't have to! So, to wrap this up, I have had two experiences with Ideal iRepair, both were 100% positive. I know that I personally rely on referral and comments when I do comparative shopping, so hopefully if you are in need of iPhone repairs, throw your business their way. I won't go anywhere else now.

Have used their services many times in the last couple of years. Always fantastic service and pricing. They know their stuff. In a world with as much technology as we rely on now, these guys are a must!
