Had a problem with my phone, the gentleman working took it right away and fixed it. Amazing service!

I was in Medicine Hat for a wedding and needed my cell phone repaired. I dropped it and the glass over the camera lenses shattered. The prompt, friendly service I received was fantastic and so was the pricing. I highly recommend this business for all your mobile device needs.

Dropped my phone is some grout mix. Speakers barely worked. Had it fixed in 5 minutes. 10/10 best place to go!

Great customer service, went in to get my phone fixed. They did an amazing job and were super helpful.

We went in to get my phone screen replaced. The lady working took a look,
removed it from the case and determined that the screen was fine. Only the glass screen protector was broken.
She replaced that for less than $30.

What is a good place until the screen stopped working a couple days later and they wouldn’t do anything about it if I get it fixed somewhere else and I’m on a 2 week vacation

Lost respect for these tools after they cant even fix a single piece of technology without ripping you off and giving you the run around.

This website cant even fix anything without forgetting to install certain parts and will have terrible customer support, not recommended

I got a phone fixed from them and they left it just as broken as before and sent it back and charged me the full amount, go to someone else

We have had countless issues with this company. We got a camera system installed a year ago that we have had many issues with. Prior to this, we got the run around from another employee that worked there and we were told we would have a camera system installed to find out that it would take 2 years because of them not showing up when they said they would and installing a DVR that did not work. We then had to wait for our current DVR to come to come in which took a long time and there has since been many issues with it. First off, we were not properly shown how to use it. Anytime we login online, we cannot watch any of the cameras because it states the browser can't support. When I got iFIX to come in and help with this, they seemed like they did not know what they were doing. We have had 3 cameras offline for about 2-3 weeks now and I have called numerous times and been told they would come and they have not. I was put on hold the other day for an hour and no one ever responded to my call. So I got my boss to call the other day and when he called they told him they haven't dealt with security systems for over two years. Which is a lie because we just got ours installed not even a year ago from them. Customer service is majorly lacking here and we will not be doing business with this company anymore!
