Love our new couch! Easy to assemble and fantastic quality for the price we paid. Taking off a star because someone called us the day before delivery to say it wasn’t coming and wouldn’t provide us with a new delivery date. Said it would be a week or more and nothing they could do about it. When we called customer service they did end up sorting it out and it was delivered on time in the end. But this did cause unexpected stress for no reason. If they can improve their communication with their shipping/delivery this would have been 5 stars.

Less than 24 hours notice that I wouldn't be receiving my couch for another week and "they forgot to call". Now I get to spend a week with no couch. Absolutely pathetic behavior from a company.

Exactly 4 weeks in to a “Brand new bed” that seemed too good to be true. First week, the support snapped, resulting in no support in the bed, following weeks things started to creak, and the whole bed collapsed.
I’ve had to call more times to talk to someone, but everything is done over email.
I wrote, wait 3 days for response. It is unethical to be sleeping on the floor for the last couple weeks because of a faulty product. They can’t honor their warranty because the bed is no longer “in stock” ask for a refund, and they say they can do in store credit. But nothing is similar to what we bought, and im not prepared to be let down again in the future for another faulty product.
I wish communication was better. I never like to write these things, but I’m tired of sleeping on the floor because of a defective bed they sold me.
Please do your research about this place so you’re not left in the same boat I am!
To add insult to injury, they said we can replace it in a month, therefore we’ll be without a bed for almost 2 months! The frustration and stress this has caused us is brutal. So please be so cautious buying from them!

I am writing to express my deepening disappointment concerning the sofa set I purchased from your store a few months ago. Sadly, what started as a seemingly lavish addition to my home has quickly transformed into a source of frustration due to the deteriorating quality.

After just a few months of use, the sofa, which initially exuded durability, now appears as nothing more than a covering stretched over a wooden frame. This rapid decline in quality is alarming and far from the standard I expected when making the purchase.

My attempts to convey these concerns to your customer service team through email have yielded no response. In-person interactions at your store only resulted in a suggestion to send another email, leaving me feeling unsupported and disillusioned.

This swift decline in the sofa’s quality has significantly eroded my trust in your brand. I feel compelled to caution others against purchasing furniture from your company, as my experience suggests a discrepancy between the showcased product and the reality of its longevity.

It is imperative for the management to address and rectify these quality issues promptly. Your swift action in restoring customer confidence is vital not only for my satisfaction but also for maintaining the integrity of your brand

Would give it 5 star but we picked up our sectional and when we got home noticed that they gave us both couches for the same side. Had to return back to the warehouse to exchange it. Other then that great service

I stopped into this location after viewing a few items online, I had planned on buying a full bedroom set and some living room furniture. Being a carpenter myself and knowing what decent quality furniture should look like…. Stay away from here. Horribly cheap quality, especially on anything with drawers/shelves/hinges etc.you would be far better off shopping at ikea, which you won’t hear me saying very often.
Buyer beware

In response to the owners unprofessional reply below…he/she is not addressing any of their more budget friendly furniture but rather the solid wood collection (which still isn’t of the best quality) which further proves my point, everything I saw in the store under that $500 (ish) price range was garbage.

I bought furnitures few days ago. Sofa didn’t fit through the door. The guys who brought them specifically mentioned that the return of the sofa will be free. When we returned to the store for the refund, I and my wife were surprised we have to pay 50 bucks for the delivery. On top of that, we got a broken mirror that we had to return. The frustrating part is the store forced us for an exchange and refused to do a refund. How I wish I went to the brick and paid the extra few bucks. It could have saved me a lot of trouble and frustration. There’s no way I’m coming back here.

I had ordered a chair for my brother the first time I ordered it it b was stuck in shipping for over a month. I got a refund and picked a different chair. It was a hassle to get the chair and when I gave it to my brother for Christmas there were missing screws
& the back of the chair was all scratched.for a chair that was sapouse to be "new" in box
This is very disappointing that there was missing hardware and scrstcg3s all over the back

Nice furniture but not sure about arrival even after paid in full you have to wait long if it’s not available in warehouse. Overall they have some nice stuff cant find that cheap price in canada wide

I really got a bad service from this store and would not recommend you at all. The person name Joy is so rude and my delivery got delayed due to product unavailability and I got a call from Joy that they have to deliver the partial furniture and if I didn’t accept it then they will refund money back and for the second delivery there will be extra charges as well. I agreed to paid extra charges for the second delivery and paid the extra delivery charges and I told them they need to deliver the furniture inside the house which I paid for in that delivery. On the second delivery day first I have to follow up when they gonna deliver the furniture and the second thing the delivery driver told me like he was instructed to drop the furniture on the driveway not inside the home. Like seriously it’s like a mafia, one you purchase the furniture from them then you have to follow their instructions and they don’t care about that you are paying for the service at all. I would recommend you guys that there are a lot of warehouses which offer the better service from them. If Google gave me the option to give a negative star I will have that as this store deserves zero star. Such a bad customer service and bad delivery service and bad employees. I paid the price which they asked me to pay to get it deliveries direct to the basement. I know now you gonna make excuses with a cover up story

I furniture has a varied selection of home furnishings and we purchased a king bed there which I am sure is nice if it ever gets delivered. I Furniture uses an outside contractor for delivery of their furniture. The delivery company called promptly at 9: 45am on the scheduled day of delivery to confirm the delivery would occur between 10am and 2pm, it is however, now almost 3pm and there is no sign of my bed. I called the delivery company and was fed a song and dance about unforseen problems blah blah blah, AND they can't tell me when my delivery will occur. So I am to spend the majority of my day off waiting for a delivery that may or may not come. Do better I FURNITURE with your choice of delivery contractor.
