IHOP

It took over 20 minutes to have our drink orders even taken, the birthday pancakes were not free for my son, the waiter accidentally dumped a drink on my friend and barely apologized and then left the pop and ice on the floor for our kids to slip on.

Our server Aly was so wonderful. She made a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond. Its like she read our minds and knew what we wanted. Our whole party loved her.

Awesome place! First time I went to IHOP I was craving something sweet. A staff member introduced me to the chocolate chocolate chip pancake and ever since I've gone back for dessert. The hostess/waitress Janine is wonderful she is always smiling with a positive attitude. She is knowledgeable with the items on the menu she is a great asset to IHOP. Last night I took my cousin and wife and they were extremely impressed with the pancakes and Janines great service!

The food is bad they don’t even try it doesn’t even come close to what’s on the picture it’s poorly prepared and presented the manager is very aware there’s no reason why should people come back to eat here, by the way drinks are the worst coffee taste like water. The chefs in the kitchen a sweating they don’t even look presentable as they open the door to bring in your food to your table I don’t know how these people got these ratings I just think this place needs to be inspected properly even if the food does not as what’s on the menu but you should try your best to deliver something close to that and the staff attitudes the worst. I just bought food and I’m going to pay for something that doesn’t even deserve me to pay for just so that they don’t think I came here to get freebies! Very bad for a place that’s God high ratings.

Came here at 12 noon on Sunday, the day after Canada Day. Wait time was only 20 minutes, and they texted us once our table was ready; plenty to do in the surrounding mall.

Server confusion resulted in our server changing mid order, but the new server kept the orders we gave to the old one so it's fine. Once we were about to pay, server realized she forgot to put the drinks on the order and left to fix it.

Drinks took a few minutes, but the food came really fast. One of our menus was missing the middle two pages (front and back), luckily I noticed the 2x2x2 wasn't on my menu and we shared the full menu. I'll upload the full menu with this review.

Food:
- Buttermilk Pancakes are big and fluffy. Soaks up syrup well. You know what pancakes taste like. 5/5.
- Bacon strips are long and without much fat. Not crispy, but salty and tasty. 4/5.
- Sausage is smaller than expected, somewhat dry. But sausage is always delicious. 4/5.
- French Toast is large and firm. Good texture. Tastes exactly like you'd expect. 5/5.
- Eggs are eggs. What do you expect? Asked for over medium and got over easy. 4/5 because most restaurants have problems cooking them over medium anyways.
- Hashbrowns: I didn't get them, but someone else did. Very large portion, the size of the French Toast or even larger. Shaped into a square and given extra frying on top and bottom. Hypothetical 5/5.

Overall 5/5 on food because it's good, plentiful, and cheap. I've had worse meals with less food that cost more.

Atmosphere: Pleasant yet bland diner setup. If you've seen one you've seen them all. Booth seats aren't very comfortable (whose back forms a perfect 90 degree angle?) but not that bad. Noisy but I've had worse. You probably aren't coming here for atmosphere anyways. 4/5.

Overall I just love good food for a good price. 4.5/5.

Went in for dinner and it was definitely a solid 2 out of 5.
Service unfortunately was the Achilles heal for this location. The staff would definitely know what all the issues were, but that would have required them to actually come back to our table to find out. Food was sub par unfortunately as well. Certainly did not have high expectations, but I have some expectations when I am paying money for it.
Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Wait staff very friendly and helpful. Crispy bacon ordered but was not crispy, was replaced with properly crisped piece. Overall food was very good. Over easy and over medium eggs were the same over easy.

We loved the brunch here. Aileen and all the staffs are wonderful. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We always enjoy our time at iHop. Charo just makes our experience even better. Highly recommend

Typical IHOP. Priced a little high like most IHOPs. I came in late, and the staff was so good about it. The waitress was outstanding. One of the best I had in recent memory.

I love this restaurant and visit there most of the time. The restaurant manager is one of the most humble and calm individual. I had breakfast yesterday at this location and he and Christine made my experience better ️. The management of this location should know they have an awesome manager. He can turn any situation into a good one. Thank you

Check your pick-up order before leaving. Mine missed 2 items, refused refund, offered complimentary meal next time!

The food is excellent and restaurant is very clean and safe to eat plus the service is excellent I will recommend to everyone. This is our favourite breakfast place

Meh across the board. Other breakfast places are blowing you out of the water as far as food quality for cost.

Instead of 6 french toast triangles, they sent me 2 soggy pieces of egg drenched bread and the "belgian waffle" was burnt and rubbery, 1 step up from a frozen eggo.

This was my first visit. Service was awesome. I got ice cream for my birthday. ️ Christine, the manager was very welcoming. We’ll go back for sure.

Got the Nutella banana crepe and hot chocolate - so yummy, but could have used more banana. The manager was rushing the front end staff which was uncomfortable.

Food was alright, our server was super friendly and nice but the other person who brought stuff to our table was not. Overall was a pretty decent experience, just nothing special.

They got us in right away after only 15 minutes of a wait during prime brunch hour. Our server, Christine, was super friendly and instantly connected with us. The food was completely worth the price and tasted amazing! Would give 6 stars if possible

Asked for shell eggs didn't get it. My food was delayed and was served after 35minutes all missed up. I was not asked if I need help during my stay. When i left I asked for coffee to go but they didn't provide one. Miserable food and customer service.

Went on a Thursday night which has a promotion where you get a free kid meal with a adult meal which is nice. The place was pretty dead, only three tables were filled and there seemed to be only one server. The place looked clean and the prices are reasonable, I ordered the Roasted Turkey Melt and it was pretty good.

You got to expect a little noise when you cater to families. Not a deal breaker. Good selection of food at reasonable prices. Food prepared just like we ordered. Kudos to our server Emma who did an Amazing Job considering the abundance of patrons when we visited (brunch time). Coffee was always full; empty plates cleared as needed. Well done Emma!

Food was okay. Nothing new to try. Server was good however the girl at the front and who seated us didn't even greet us.

Great convenient location. New building. Very clean. Staff was quick and friendly. Food came quickly and tasted great. They kept our coffee and tea full. Would come back again.
