IHOP

I would give zero stars if I could!

It is -40 out and we thought of stopping by IHOP to get a warm breakfast on our way to running errands and turns out is it almost as cold inside the restaurant! I don't know if the restaurant is trying to save money on heat, but you're going to lose customers or have your pipes burst! Do better IHOP, especially with the weather the way it is!

Went here for breakfast, and the service was terrible. I think our waitress was having a bad day. 45 min to get food, wrong orders, forgotten toppings, etc.
The food was good and hot and She offered to cover my meal, which was nice, BUT, what really pissed me off after all that.when she brought the pos machine.she put herself down for an 18% tip before handing it to us.
Clearly, the management needs to do some work to smooth out kinks in his location.

The service was good and our meal arrived pretty fast but the food wasn’t great and looked nothing like displayed on the menu.

The kids had the new Oreo waffles. They soggy and lacked flavour. It was like a cross between a waffle and a pancake that didn’t work.

The country biscuits were very dry and quite frankly an insult to the south.

The eggs Benedict was pretty, I would buy that again. And the coffee was also good.

The service and fast and friendly. 5 stars for service.

Overall there are better breakfasts in the area for a better price.

A HUGE shout of to Camron (manager I believe) at this location I ordered through door dash and the meal was a complete fail however he really went above and beyond for myself and provided us with more then expected in return a huge huge thank you to Cameron

Terrible service and food was served Luke warm completely messed up my order and then didn’t even try to fix it extremely disappointed with my waiter

Staff went out of their way to make our son feel better when they noticed us walk in with him crying. They made him a surprise blue drink & brought it out to him, full of jokes and fun! It was super kind and I really appreciated the gesture.

Had to delete my pleasant review of this place. Ordered food online. Went to the restaurant a minute or two before order should be ready. Girl at front looked over her shoulder and said wait 5 minutes. Waited ten with no one asking or checking in my order. After the slip drivers also got told 5 minutes and then getting their orders before me. Asked about my order. They took another five before telling me they hadn't even started my order. I left my son in the car since it should have taken 5 minutes but now I'm already 15 to 20. I asked to cancel my order and said they needed a manager. Took another 10 minutes to get a manager. Told him that if the food was out when he came back I would take it. If not I was going somewhere else and needed a refund. Said it would be cancelled online and would take some time. No confirmation email was recieved and card was charged so I don't believe they ever did. Would not suggest going here or ordering food. And if you're an Uber skip driver stay away because they don't value your time as I saw 3 drivers get told to wait

Edit. I did get my refund but no one followed up. The only comment was customer refused to wait 15 minutes. Problem is customer refused to wait another 15 on top of the hour be already waited for it. (15 due to what ordering takes and about 45 in the restaurant)
Since no one followed up every with me there's your follow up definitely not giving a better rating

The pancakes used to be the same size as their plates. Now their half the size but the same price. I was throughly disappointed by that.

This place is pretty basic. Food was good. Staff very sweet. Well priced options. Variety. Needs more healthier options.

Got my windshield replaced, stopped on for breakfast while I waited, fantastic! Their Colorado omelet gives denny's ultimate omelet a run for their money

Came here for some breakfast with my family and we all enjoyed our breakfast. The portions were perfect size to eat it all.

Nice thing about this location is they always meet expectations. They are offering folk from NWT, displaced by wild fires, 20% off on breakfast. Nice gesture, IHOP!

Food was disappointing. Bacon was burnt, ham was not burnt but taste incredibly burnt. Suffered gut ache after visit.

Eggs benedict with soggy and disgusting my son couldn't even touch it french fries something quite not right with them we had to add salt for sure shrimp was we're shrimp I've ever had I don't know how you screw up shrimp but it was bad
