Further update—/ got word from head office.they are supposed to renovate.guess what they did not, speaking to some people that work there, and nothing has been update or kept very clean.it’s sad because this was the place when it first opened.but once it changed hands it went down hill to bad. While the service was good, the coffee is still terrible.to a point that I took water instead.however the food was still good and they do have some great pancakes. I believe once the renovate and clean up the place i believe it will be again the place to take people to.
Please Ihop don’t let your chance slip by and lose what you have established.

I have to assume that they don’t take the reviews serious. However this place used to be great, but I find it difficult to eat in a place where the seats are stained and place looks not clean. This place needs a full overall. I recommend redo the seats so that they look clean. Clean your coffee pot because your coffee is terrible and it was not like that before so something has gone wrong. It is to bad because it still has overall good food I am sure but just can’t go there any longer until they clean the place up

Went for birthday breakfast with boyfriend and his parents. First time there. Excellent friendly staff. Windows were filthy blinds were filthy. Condiment holder sticky and filthy. Food was fine but nothing said yummy. Eggs Benedict. Wanted them soft yolk. Wasn't allowed. Odd.
Might give another go at it.
