IHOP

Order breakfast Burrito With they sent wrong order.they send burrito bowl instead of burrito.the bowl is soggy, terrible smell and its just scramble egg dump under hashbrowns.they also missed my drinks that they charged me for.the portion of fries they charged 7 dollar for is like MacDonald kids fries.the fries were cold and i can' hardly eat it.
I will never order from IHOP Ellerslie this is a 2nd time they screwup the order

IHOP-Ellerslie: You cant get a hold of them! Frustrating. One item is missing last time I ordered. Now have to call to make sure they dont miss an item to my order but their phone line is busy.

Look we all know a breakfast diner isn't really made by the name of the place. Most places have a decent menu and decent tasting food and this ones no exception. What makes a breakfast place stand out in my opinion are friendly staff that do their best to make your breakfast enjoyable. And this place had amazing staff, tables and washrooms were clean and of course the food was great as well.

Ordered Turkey dinner special. Gravy was more like broth. Upset there was no dressing and side cranberry.

My daughter and I went to this location with two very tired kids, 6 & 3, the service was outstanding, and the line cook was meticulous. I will return

Everything is very average. For some reason, they automatically gave themselves 15% tip without telling me. Is this a common practice?

Ordered fish & chips. If. I wanted fish sticks I could have bought a box from Safeway for the price I paid to get one. Service was excellent, no complaints. Did not like the “TIP” option that starts at 15%. Service… should have no relation to the size of the bill. One “expects” good service whether one buys a sandwich or a Tee bone steak.

At least 2 of the 6 people at my table didn't get what we asked for. It's like the waitress was hard of hearing. Place felt like a McDonald's but was way too expensive. The manager righted some wrongs though.

IHOP was absolutely amazing! This was my first time at an IHOP, and I was impressed that they had a lot of gluten free option. There was a slight mix up with my order and really it was my fault, but they were so quick to fix it for me. I will definitely be eating here again!

Even though it was Father's day, great service! Apologies to our waiter, didn't get his name, but he was super awesome!
Food was great, but a word of warning. I got the "Undecided dish". Way more food than I thought! LOL
That said.finished it! So yummy, and thick slices of bacon!
It's definitely a great place for pancakes, highly recommended!
I gave 4 stars for Atmosphere, just wasn't the classic IHop look, that said, fresh, clean, and inviting, just being a traditionalist.

Had the bacon bourbon eggs Benny. Was very good but wasn't a fan of the holindaise sauce. Food was a great price though.

Yeah this one of the worst experiences I had at any restaurant. How do you run a restaurant with one waiter and one cook, yeah! They have a promo on Thursdays that kids eat free, well you eat free if you actually stay, with a few tables and one waiter, go figure. They also screwed up both adult orders, we clearly said no cheese on the burger and they had cheese and even that it was stuck on, my wife had to scrape it off, a refire of the order couldn't do as it took them 20 mins+ to make the order, it was already late for the kids. I ordered a hamburger steak, which apparently is not a hamburger, it's steak cubes, I was told it wasn't a hamburger, why do you write that on a menu if it's not and maybe describe the dish better?

This wasn't what ee expected clearly.

I haven't been to IHOP in a long time as my previous experiences were bad, this time, however,
was Awesome, they have come a long way and improved massively, I will definitely return
