Great place to visit and find what is needed at home. A little bit difficult to gather stuff when not very familiar with the store but great place to visit

The staff in the kitchen planning area are absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly. This was my first time purchasing here, and I'd definitely return for any future projects.

Clean store. Very difficult to get out of- even asked staff, whose directions brought me right back to their location.

Ikea is a great place to shop. They have so many different ideas for your bathroom, kitchen, livingroom, and bedroom. You could redo your totally different if you wish. They also have a great cafeteria there on the second. They also sell hot dogs, ice cream on the main floor.

Great place to shop! They have everything for the home and a wide assortment. This is not 'run of the mill' stuff and eye catching options to enhance a decor.
Went back again and had forgotten what an excellent shopping experience it is here. The shopping carts feel like they float especially in comparison to the grocery store carts that are clunky and require a coin to secure it.
And all about convenience with an upper restaurant and a lower lounge when you first enter. The food is substantial too. Probably better than some restaurants who only serve meals. Here it is an added feature.
The staff are happy to see you and also happy to help find whatever it is you’re looking for.

Very friendly staff and helped with answering our questions, we accidentally bought a display piece to checkout and they were helpful to bring us another piece. The food court has some yummy veggie hotdogs which are worth trying as they are filling and also the Fruit water is awesome as well.

I enjoyed going through the different types of furniture. Funny enough, we spent money on food more than furniture and home accessories! The plant balls and veggie meals were nice. We also got three different types of desserts: carrot, chocolate, and Swedish chocolate cake slices. I preferred the Swedish one. You can also get lots of Swedish food products for your home at the ground floor beside the hotdog and sandwiches restaurant.

Had a really great time here. Nice to see everything set up and the process at the checkout was seamless

A great one stop shop for everything you need for your home. Ikea is always that store you can find something in and their prices are always very reasonable and affordable too. This location is always very clean and tidy with super friendly and helpful staff members.

Never before been accused of lying at a customer service. Returning a defective product (probably factory defect) was refused contrary to store and company policy. I went online to look at the product again and the colour has been discontinued. If the product material was as good as they claimed at customer service why was the product discontinued? Finally I didn't appreciate a sarcastic "Have a nice day" said twice as we left.

They need to properly train their customer service reps if they are going to work from home. Also, the communication between the store and the customer service reps is not the greatest, especially when they don't even know the hours of operation for the store. I think my Ikea shopping days may be done

Another IKEA with all the bells and whistles. Well organised and easy to navigate. Lots of parking.

One of my favorite store. Products are so useful and economical. Sale prices are good to shop

Rude staff at the cookware section down at the market hall, the whole store is so inefficiently organized, and not to say the food makes McDonald’s a Michelin star restaurant, will never visit this joint again!

I used to find going to Ikea stressful but now that there is a shortcut to the marketplace and i don’t have to work through the entire mall to get to check out, it is less stressful. Thank you

Kind of disappointed I went out of my way which took a long way to get there to find out they don't have what I needed which maybe I should have looked online but.

If you are looking for kitchen stuffs. This is not right place. Customers service is not good.

Went to get items we needed except the now no longer have pastries for sell (not happy about that)

Consistantly amongst the worst shopping experiences I've ever had to endure. Including a 30 minute wait for returns with only 2 tills open on a busy saturday.

It's Ikea. Not much else can be said. Smaland is great for kids and allows the parents to shop without kids. The service has almost always been good and most of the employees are nice. The bistro has "decent" food and the coffee is great.

I personally like how they try to be environmentally friendly with their products.

I had a very bad experience at this store that I am still shocked over. We were shopping with my family and we were looking for storage boxes for our Kallax shelf. We saw a big yellow sale sign over a pallet of white plastic boxes that said they were on sale for $10 so we grabbed them right away. At check out they rang through at full price, when asking the sale associate she checked and started calling people, proceeded to tell us that’s the wrong box and this one is not on sale. I told her that at their store they marked it on sale so I would like that price honoured. She processed to scowl at me and call the manger, the manager came and declared there is nothing she can do and that she won’t honour it and that’s not how things work at IKEA. I’m sorry but when you post something on sale and have a HUGE yellow sign stating it, then I expect you to honour it like any other store would! I expect much better customer service from a store like this, you should take customer service classes and learn how to lead your business better.
