My family and I have been with Image Dental for more than 10 years, and almost the same time with our hygienist: Sophie! I love that she takes the time to make us feel comfortable.
I would not go somewhere else.

The behaviour of the front desk staff is highly unprofessional, marked by frequent arguments and mistreatment towards patients. Unfortunately, this has become a constant reoccurrence.
I have experienced multiple appointment scheduling errors from the front desk, leading to considerable inconvenience and frustration.
I have observed a concerning lack of expertise among the dentists, which has resulted in the need for repeated visits to address ongoing problems with my dental work.
Each time I take a day off to rebook my appointment for cleaning and fixing the previous filling work, I am met with last-minute cancellations due to the dental office's failure to keep proper notes. This is highly unprofessional, and now I must endure tooth pain for another month.

As a new patient at Image dental, I found everyone so welcoming and kind-hearted. I hadn’t visited a dentist in many years, but I didn’t feel judged, nor shamed for this. My hygienist Michelle was amazing and provided excellent information about home care, as well as her findings during my scaling. She was very gentle, yet effective and I had no pain whatsoever. Dr. Lafontaine is such a kind man, with exceptional chair-side manner. He took his time to show, and explain in detail the findings of my X-rays. I feel very fortunate to now be under his care. I can’t thank Dr. Lafontaine and the whole staff enough for a great 1st appt.

Very professional they go out of their way to be more than just your dentist it makes it a life experience it becomes part of your social habits

This clinic has a great environment, from staff to hygienist and dentists are awesome people, has a good attitude towards their client, approachable and always willing to answer questions, very gentle to our kids as well. Superb dental clinic, thank you sylvie my best hygienist.

Sylvie has literally changed my perspective on trips to the dentist. I would avoid the dentist for years because of bad experiences in the past. Now, I look forward to going to see her every time! It’s more than just teeth cleaning, I always come out feeling so good afterwards. She’s so kind and keeps her patients comfortable and at ease. Big thanks! Got a filling today, and for a filling it was a very pleasant experience. Didn't even feel the needle, they were so gentle. I didn't catch one the the ladies names helping today but she was so incredibly kind and caring, so nice.

Appointments are always timely, staff are friendly and competent. There is nowhere else I would go for dental services!

I initially had a positive experience here.

If they offer you a free polish, don't accept it because you might be expected to pay for the extra time. I made this mistake twice but ended up receiving a refund for the extra $ I shouldn't have paid for.

My most recent cleaning caused a piece of dental floss to get stuck deep in between two of my teeth. For the past 2 weeks I've been unable to floss the area normally. The blockage even caused my floss to break. I went back to have them try to remove it but it didn't work despite their best efforts. I'm %100 sure that the problem is not my fault & was inadvertently caused by the cleaning because I had no problem flossing before the appointment, only after.

They suggested it could be a chipped filling that needs to be drilled. I'll need to get a second opinion about that at another dental office. If they give the same diagnosis, the corrective dental work should be provided for free. Once the problem is solved, I'll increase the 2 star rating.

Lost a crown from a badly decayed tooth and the great staff of Image Dental took care of the problem the same day I called them. Dr. Lafontaine and his assistant Caka are great team and are very efficient with your comfort a priority. I highly recommend if you have dental needs to visit Image Dental and their great staff will take good care of you.

We have been going to Image Dental since the day Dr. Travis Polischuk opened his clinic and we would not think twice of going anywhere else. Dr. Polischuk and his team are honest and don't do needless dental work. The entire staff is consistently genuine and delight to chat with. They are all very accommodating with my family’s schedule and emergency needs. The lovely staff at the front office replies to our phone called and emails promptly. We give Image Dental Calgary a FIVE star.

I can say without hesitation that this is the best dental clinic I have ever been to! The front reception are always kind and professional, the hygienists (I see Sylvie) are gentle, thorough and lovely. Dr. Polischuk has been my dentist for almost a decade, if not more, and so glad I found him after some negative experiences at previous dental offices. Today I saw Dr. Lafontaine and he is amazing as well- super gentle, friendly, and tells you step by step what he’s doing and checks in to see how you are. Many are scared or dislike the dentist, however I actually enjoy going as I know I’ll be taken care of and welcomed into a really nice, honest office full of caring professionals. When you find the right dentist, you stick with them. I’ve been a patient of Travis for almost 20 years now and have no desire or interest in switching. The work is solid and the staff are thoughtful and friendly. I highly recommend Image Dental to both friends and family.

Everybody here is so friendly (from the admin staff, to the assistants, to the dentists) such a beautiful and clean office, Dr Travis is honestly the best dentist I have ever had, he makes me feel so reassured and he is so gentle and let's you know everything he's doing/when he's doing it/what to do/what to expect and I love that as that's just the type of person I am, I like over information. Lastly, he's just so personable, I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental appointments but every time after we get started, I feel so safe and calm, so I can't express how amazing this dental office is!

I am seeing Doctor Travis for almost eight years now. He is one of the best doctor I have ever seen in Canada. He is so knowledgeable and won’t touch your teeth unless there is necessary a problem, which I love it from him. He spends enough time for me always. Sometimes you just need to communicate exceptional circumstances so others may benefit. My elderly dad got three implants and a bridge and the final bill of Dr Travis Polischuk at Image Dental for his bridge portion was more than we anticipated. In short due to some administrative issues Dr Travis accepted full responsibility and offered to adjust the bill to ‘whatever was necessary’ to make this situation right and us happy. We quickly and effortlessly met in the middle with total resolution. I know there are likely other dentist offices out there that would be less willing to do so. This experience is indicative of countless others where the front staff and everyone here treat my dad like their dad. If he drops by without an appointment they will help him in fact I’m told the hygienists fight over who treats him because of his good attitude and their fondness of him. At 87 it’s nice to know when I’m not with him others will look out for him.
One other thing my mom with dementia and a stroke is a patient here as well and Dr Travis treats her compassionately and conservatively relative to what work actually needs to get done.
For all this I would say if you wouldn’t trust your dentist’s office to look out for the best interests of a vulnerable family member then you need to come here. Both your lives will be better for it at least in the dentist category.

Dr. Polischuk is not only a knowledgeable and skilled dentist, he really takes the time to help you understand the process. This is extremely valuable in bringing clarity to my own oral health. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Excellent dental office. Dr. Polischuk has been our dentist for about 17 years. I initially sought a dentist for our then 8 year old son, who had a multitude of dental issues. Dr. P is excellent with children and adults. He made our kids, and my husband and I, feel comfortable. He has done excellent dental work on our whole family over the years. He is easy to talk to and presents options for maintaining optimal dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Polischuk for children and adults!?
