We have Dr Loeppky as our family doctor for our family and our newborn -she is beyond wonderful with our baby and us. Each appointment she makes us feel comfortable and respected. We love the clinic and all the staff, too bad to see so many negative reviews we have not experience any of this.

Dr. Lady Jane Padilla had been the most phenomenal doctor I have ever had! She is the only family doctor I was able to open upto and felt safe expressing how I feel physically and mentally. She had also referred me to the right places that would help with the concern I have on every appointment. It is very important to have that trust between patient and doctor and Dr. Padilla had went above and beyond for not just myself but also my newborn! Thank you for your expertise Dr. Padilla. I am so happy to have a wonderful, knowledgable, aware of the resources available around the community, calm and collected person as you! Dr. Padilla truly sets a great example of what a family doctor is all about! Maraming salamat po!

Dr. Dad is fantastic. She takes the time to listen to concerns, explains thoroughly, and prescribes as necessary. Not feeling like I’m being rushed through to get to the next patient was nice. The front end receptionists are excellent and professional as well. Very happy to have found such a great family doctor close to home.

My husband arrived for a walk in around 8: 15 am. They said 1-2hr wait - which they always say, regardless. He waited almost 2.5HRS to get in to the room to wait for the doctor - even tho the waiting room was empty several times.
He saw the doc for 5 mins - but left the clinic 3HRS after checking in.
We are so disappointed with this clinic. There is no excuse for this kind of wait.

I booked a massage with Dan and was very pleased with my experience.
Dan listened to my concerns, took the time to slow down & feel the issues, then worked to release them. Definitely felt looser and reduced pain in my neck (my problem area) after the treatment.
I highly recommend Dan Misura.

Ignorant receptionists. Extremely long phone holds. Don’t return calls. Long waits in the waiting room.

I spent 2 separate 35 minutes stints waiting on the phone to speak with someone. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED.

Dr Chi is excellent. Robert is an excellent pharmacist. I am always happy meeting them, and getting top tier services.
Finding appointments on short notice is challenging.

A little bit of a wait on the phone (15 mins) but the receptionist I received was concise in her expression, helpful in her demeanour and you can tell through her tone that she might have been a little stressed. I can only imagine why.

Extremely frustrating and a headache to call the clinic and booking an appointment. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Terrible empathy and customer service. It was never that great, but things have only gone downhill here. Their new phone tree makes you wait forever for someone to pick up (let's be real this is a relatively small facility). I've recently moved out of province and the receptionist basically said good luck on getting a refill. She didn't care that I can't come in physically, made no effort to be understanding, and was like - "call your pharmacy but there's no guarantee we'll fill it. " Fire this person and get someone with some customer service skills who actually cares about your patients.

I like my doctor here, but good luck getting an appointment. Reception is 30-60 min on hold (if you're not auto disconnected mid hold), and their "book online" feature doesn't work at all. Have meds you require to live and need a refill? Have fun, hope you have at least a month of meds left, even for a phone consult to get that refill, on meds you've had for years.

High staff turn over is such a sad thing to see. Does management even care about their employees?

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. The communication from the front desk makes it nearly impossible to book appointments reliably or get accurate information. Expect to sit on hold for 30-40 minutes to book an appointment.

Another update, this is happening to us the second time. Last year my spouse went there, waited for 2 hours, and until my spouse was informed that the name was not put in system after re-checked with them.

Doctors are good but receptionist is terrible.
A little update here, if I could give 0 star I will. In the morning, I called them before I came. After waiting for 48 minutes on the phone, I got confirmed by them that I could do walk in, and the waiting time is around 2 hours. Then I headed to the clinic, checked in with one girl, and she confirmed me that I was good. I waited for more than 2 and a half hours and went to another receptionist, I was told my name was not there! I asked how come and told them who checked me in, the one who checked me in didn't look at me, didn't give any explanation, didn't say sorry, didn't do anything at all. The other receptionist just put my name in the system, and I waited for another 2 hours, thank god, finally I was seen by a doctor.
At the end, I talked to a person in charge all my experience today, and hopefully this won't happen again. （2022-Dec-12）

I am calling the center, and waited for already 35 minutes, nobody answered the call yet （2022-Dec-12）

I have found this office to be extremely slow, impossible to get a hold of on the phone, and the atmosphere cold and business like. Tried to book a physical was told I could get in in 3 months. We lost a pregnancy mid-term and came in for the autopsy results after they had asked us to come in and they couldn't find the information in the system we waited 30 minutes for them to tell us there was nothing conclusive and he couldn't tell us anything. I live 3 minutes from this office, but I've since found another as a bit of a drive is worth being treated like a human and not having to sit on hold for 25 minutes just to talk to someone.

I can't believe I waited 63 minutes on the phone for someone to answer the phone just to say that the doctor that is on the find a doctor website that says is accepting new patients IS NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. The second the receptionist answered the phone she spoke rudely to me for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Really nice quality staff!

Had a an appointment with the clinic was treated with professionalism and the nicest girls ever from Sydney and Elaina they were great such a friendly staff that got me in and out with ease and no time at all

Dr. Das is an excellent doctor. I was referred to her by my doctor for an IUD removal/insertion earlier this year. She was compassionate and trauma-informed, which made the whole procedure a lot more bearable. Plus, I've had no complications. She was also very thorough during the follow up appointment.

I am very happy with my amazing Dr Chan but I am very disappointed with the Pharmacy Rob with how he has been always out of Stock and changing my Doctors Prescriptions to his own amounts and makes me have to come In and dispense many times so I will start to go to another pharmacy if he changes one more script on me, sad when you complain to front desk they don’t call you back or try and resolve the matter.

One Star only but Dr Chan is 10 stars amazing doc you have to go to him for anything, just don’t see the back room pharmacy after unless Rob is not working. All the Other staff is amazing and I been going there since Feb/ 07/02/2013 many years seen it all and seen many pharmacists then Rob.

Docs are great but clearly rushed.

Front staff/reception and the whole front desk type operation is the worst I've ever experienced.

I know there are at least 3 receptionists at the office, but with the new call in changes, you are lucky to get your call answered in under 20 to 30 minutes. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait to make an appointment. I am writing this as I am waiting on 19 minutes and counting to talk to someone. Just got answered! Woohoo!

I love our family dr.here. Dr. McKay is great. She gets busy so I’ve had appointments with other dr.s at the clinic as well and have had all positive experiences. I’ve done walk in at times too and have never had to wait very long.

My family doctor is in this clinic. Dr. Mckay is amazing and the reason I keep coming back but getting through to make an appointment is a nightmare and very frustrating. I have been calling all morning and just get a message saying the que is full and to call back in 15min. Once you get into que it takes atleast 20-35min to get your call answered. I really wish they had a better way to do appointment bookings because it's very frustrating.

Have had nothing but horrible experiences with this clinic. Dr Adam Morawski in particular has been useless and wastes over 2 weeks of my time. Forms the doctor promised would be filled out 2 weeks ago have still not been filled.

I called and went a few places for late walk in, closed earlier or no doctor, I tried here without hope, but this place open and reception and nurse are very good, doctor Adam is a very nice doctor! I’m so glad I tried this clinic, solved my problem! Thank you!

The comments as of late are completely true. Incredibly rude reception staff and unreasonably long wait times to see a doctor, with no alternative doctor offered/available.

My family doctor is the only reason me and my family stays with this clinic because she moved here few years ago.

The service is very poor. Staffs are incompetent, under trained, and doesn't know proper customer care and service. Very disappointing.

Jan 26 2022 had a phone consult with Dr Ricardo Adane due to reaccuring back pain and spasms and asked to renew my massage Rx. Dr stated Rx will be at the front desk. Came at 5pm to find out that I need to pay 20CAD to get the Rx for massage. Dr never mentioned anything about same and never had to pay that fee previously. Left without Rx. I don't get it. I pay taxes to get Healthcare. Dr gets paid for phone appointment from AHS and then askes me to pay for Rx to get help for my problem, and to get coverage from Blue cross that I also pay for.is this really a free Healthcare? I feel like I am being charged as for a private Healthcare but getting subpar service.and no one to talk to.

Unfortunately can't even get in the door. Seeking a new family doctor for my family. I emailed 3 months ago, didn't get a response and called to follow up. The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending and said "you already emailed" and dismissed me. Still haven't heard back. It's sad to look back and see on the reviews that there have been ongoing issues with reception 6+ years and still the same complaint.

Waiting still. 45 min on hold. And the music is not relaxing. Told me months ago to book online, which then says I am not a patient there. This is a very poorly managed clinic.

If you are looking to book an appointment, get ready to wait anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. It's always been like this even pre-Covid. Quite inconvenient.

Ive been trying to reach reception to make an appointment for my doctor. Came to the review section and realized I shouldn't get my hopes up that they’ll even answer. Ive been on hold for 30 minutes. Do their phones work?

Karim is fantastic and highly recommended for physio. The only problem with the clinic is what seems to be a painful and unnecessary long wait on hold every time you try to call for anything. Actually had to stop by the clinic to talk to someone after two different failed calls including over 1hr on hold. Get another receptionist!

The receptionist station has really gone down hill since being a regular patient here back in 2012. Taking 5 minutes just to answer the call then being put on hold for another 10 is a little over the top. I had originally called to ask to reschedule my appointment that was the same day. Never having moved an appointment before, I didn't realize this clinic had a cancellation fee even if you reschedule. After I had this appointment rescheduled the receptionist said "so you want to cancel your appointment today then" to which I figured I should ask if there was a penalty or something, to which she proceeded to say "yes it's $50 dollars". If a fee is going to be charged, they should mention so beforehand to not waste both our times with a reschedule. It seems as though if I hadn't of asked if there was a fee, the next time I showed up I would have just been told that I have an outstanding balance. Not impressed.

Great doctors and nice staff.

Would be a lot better if reception system changed. For some reason it takes a consistently LONG time to reach anyone through the phone. Every single time. Maybe hire more receptionists?

I've been going to this clinic for years and have been getting increasingly frustrated with them over the past year.

Like many have stated, the reception could use improvement. My recent interaction was being on hold for 30 minutes, only to be put on hold again for an additional 20 minutes.

I like my family doctor, but it seems ridiculous to have to book a month ahead for appointments. As a result, I've had to see several other physicians at this practise, some of which were better than others.

On a positive note, the nurses have always been great to deal with!

Rudest and most incompetent frontline staff. They have empty promises and cannot help with anything and cannot answer any questions.

So if you have runny nose and a headache you have to book 2 separate appointments.can be days apart based on your schedule.ugh.highly inconvenient!

Usually just really enjoy this clinic, and its a was my go to. However, over the past several weeks have gone to the clinic several times for migraines, where I have been ignored, made fun of, and told that I shouldn't waste a doctors time for a "headache"
Went for a second opinion and I have a very serious and large tumor on my brain

Rude receptionist, on the phone for a long time. Dr booked me for an appointment on a Sunday when they were closed so when I called to explain I couldn't show up my call went straight to voice-mail saying "call back during buisness hours" on top of that got charged a no show fee.never be coming back, this place is unprofessional and unfriendly.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for 3 years. Every time I try to book a appointment with my family doctor she is ALWAYS booked up for 3 weeks. Once they even told me she was away b/c she hurt her ankle but when I went in to see a different doctor the same day she was THERE seeing other patients. Wow! What is the point in having a family doctor there!

I have an appointment today at 12: 45pm with doctor Eleanor. Been waiting for 20 minutes, a lot of people where passing me by whose appointments where 1pm and 1: 30 although don't know if we have the same doctor. I went to inform the receptionist that i was already waiting too long. She called the doctor, later told me that the doctor was behind schedule. Asked me if i can wait or book with another doctor. I told her i can't coz i have to go to work. I needed my ankle to be checked up because i am having a hard time walking, unfortunately because of poor time management by the doctor i did not have the chance. Why is it the your office charge $100 if the patient is late on the appointment, and just say sorry if you are behind? You should pay us $100 for wasting our time waiting for nothing. I am very disappointed!

This clinic has gone from wonderful to terrible in the last few years. U cant have a doctor for longer than 4 months because they have such a horrendous turnover. Have an appointment? Expect to wait atleast 30 mins after your appointment time. Front staff does not read into what kind of tests are required for your appointment, then when u finally ask for the cup u need it's all attitude and rolling eyes. Learn your responsibilities ladies.

Disrespectful, rude receptionists. So first interactions just garbage. Doctors have come and gone so much that in the past five years Ive had 5-6 different people. Doctors being very inappropriate and making comments during a pap that should not be happening let alone calling outside of business hours for “personal” reasons? Creepy, rude. Awful place. Loyal to them for five years and today it ends. Byeee

I have been going to this clinic for 5 years. I have a wonderful doctor (Dr. Xian) who always does everything she can to sort out any of my concerns. I just visited Dr. Kongolo as my regular doctor was busy. He was pleasant and very caring making sure all avenues of my health were addressed. I'm not sure why people complain about wait time. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time.

I’m so happy that I have a good health doctor that cares and understand all the health issues that were not asttended by the Saskatchewan Goverment Insurance and Goverment of Saskatchewan. As they left me with a no care bias, discrimination, racist, ect I have being in Calgary for 4 yrs now and there is so much peace knowing this type of health centre cares about your health and the direction to have as much full healthy and peaceful life. Money is first in Saskatchewan and don’t care with hand in hand with SGI (Saskatchewan Goverment Insurnace) = thank you doctor Kangolo for helping me so much were I was left destroyed, thank you so much for you making my life a little better so I can enjoy with my family. Thank you doctor Kangolo and staff.

I was waiting for my appointment a few weeks agowhen a blond dr came storming out into the wating room yelling about flu shots.tearing posters down and shouting in front of patients is so unprofesional, i am embarassed that i am a patient at a clinic that lets drs act like children

My doctor is Dr. Chi and I can't begin to describe how amazing of a doctor he is.
He is the first doctor who never makes you feel rushed.he actually shows compassion, respect and empathy.he really takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to help resolve your problems/issues.he also is not one of those doctors who pushes pills on you. The staff at this clinic are also absolutely amazing and caring. The phones are always answered quickly and politely. They always greet you with a smile and check you in fast.
I also want to say that the pharmacy that is attached to the clinic is also wonderful. Rob, the pharmacist in charge is so caring, knowledgeable and always available to listen to your concerns.
The prices are also fairly reasonably priced.
Overall I can't say enough great things about this clinic
