Receptionists are nice and do their job.
Dr. Sarria is incredibly unprofessional and quite frankly useless. My partner has had him as a family doctor for over a decade and he’s never received a physical. He’s broken his back twice and suffers from disabilities, but he got cut off from disability because Sarria didn’t have enough “information to submit” despite EVERYTHING he’s ever had done being on the computer system. He never followed up for treatment. I’ve been trying to get him to take my partners’ early onset of dementia seriously and he’s ignorant.
