Went to physio thinking I had aggravated my shoulder that had been previously dislocated. Turns out to be extremely tight muscles across my shoulder blade. Diagnosed quickly and treated with acupuncture, feeling so much better after only three visits.

I’ve been going to Impact Physio & Sport clinic for my physio & massage needs for the past few years. It’s been awesome. I highly recommend.

Mani has been amazing in helping me rehab after having major ankle surgery. He is very thorough and I leave feeling much better. He not only gives me exercises to get stronger but he helps with my pain levels and always check my mobility to ensure I am doing everything safely and able to get around.

Twice I have dealt with a training injury before an ultra marathon and both times Impact has been there to help me with these injuries prior to the race. They have helped me correct a knee strain in June and currently Navdeep has treated my ankle/foot with electroshock therapy and dry needling. She made sure I was very comfortable and was very informative. All of the staff are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Impact.

A very good physio therapy place and excellent massages too, I progressed slowly as I should for a broken ankle and the ligaments were reattached, broke the bones on both sides of the ankle, , I am fully walking on both feet with no aids at all and steadily progressing and will have to live with a plate and screws holding the bones together on left ankle, very impressed with my progress, it’s slow but they know their work and how well your coming along, just do not miss one single session and listen to the therapist and they will get you back to your usual self…. Thank you to all the staff who helped me get back on both feet

Several weeks into weekly treatments and for the first time I have moments where I am pain free. I have suffered chronic pain for years due to flat feet and other bone structure issues - most recently I’ve had severe planter fasciitis which required a walking boot for almost 3 months. I’ve been consistent with the recommendations from my physiotherapist and have faith in her treatments which include shock wave therapy, dry needling, tens and heat. I’ve also been receiving massage therapy and highly recommend Navdeep Kaur and Patricia Peterson - both are amazing and very skilled.

Super friendly staff and atmosphere, quick to accommodate schedules. I see Mani for physio therapy and now Trish for massage to accompany my treatment. Both are very knowledgeable, I feel like I'm finally I good hands! I Would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone.

Iv been seeing Mani for a month now for physio and I am very impressed with how much progress iv made each week. I never have to wait long to be seen by any of the staff and Mani always takes the time to explain everything to me so that I can continue my exercises at home. All the staff have been super kind and welcoming and the building is very clean and covid friendly. Highly recommend

Friendly place of business. Sometimes it feels like the therapist may be over booked a bit as wait times vary. But overall a good place for what you may need for physio.

Mani and Kamal have been fantastic in helping my shoulder to heal! I’ve torn my rotator cuff on both sides, most recently mid September. Exercises, IMF, acupuncture and TENS/ultrasound have all contributed to my healing process. The staff at impact are kind, caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I’ve learned a lot about my injuries, how to heal them and avoid issues in the future. I have greater mobility in my shoulder than I’ve had for over a decade!

The extra focus on Covid safety protocols and cleaning make me feel extra safe and secure.

Booked 2 weeks in advance for a massage. A week later they called and re-scheduled me since there "wasn't a massage therapist available for the original date". Fast-forward, 1 day before my scheduled massage and I got a call for the same thing. "No massage therapist available. " I didn't reschedule.
It's not easy to get in places for a massage so I wasted approx 3 weeks for nothing.

The staff at this location are great. Nav, Sheila & Patricia have all been awesome in their physiotherapy and massage treatments. They're knowledgable, friendly and considerate. They've been working on my upper back from a car accident and the treatments help so much.

My experience at Impact physio was great while I did my practicum at their clinic. They helped and taught me a lot of skills. They also made me feel I was one of their Impact physio team. All the staff are amazing. I highly recommend this physio clinic. ️

I have found that the team of physio therapists and message therapist work together professionally to achieve positive results. I have been very happy with the physio that I received for my injury so I may get back to work and do the things I enjoy.

Went for complicated pelvic floor complications for over 4 years and started seeing results within 4 weeks. Navdeep is absolutely amazing and super knowledgable! Highly recommend!

I hurt my lower back and could barely move. The pain was horrible. I called Impact Physio and Sports and they took me in almost right away. Kamal was awesome—he listened to me and offered various treatments which showed me results within a couple of visits. Now, a month later, I’m almost back to my normal self. I credit Kamal with my healing. Everyone at Impact has been fantastic from the front desk staff to the therapists. Much appreciated you guys!

Friendly and informative staff. They worked around my schedule making the recovery seamless and easy.

Impact Sports Physio has super friendly staff and incredible physiotherapists. I went there for a sore knee that I wanted to stop from getting too bad. Mani, my physiotherapist, identified what was causing my knee pain and showed me exercises/stretches to help strengthen my knee and the muscles surrounding. I’ve been working on them since May and now my knee pain is completely gone.

I started physio at Impact a few days ago. I've had the best service from Roz at the front desk, and Nav is an amazing lady. I'm already starting to see a difference in my movements As far as Covid restrictions goes.certainly no worries
They have taken all precautions necessary to make you feel safe and comfortable. I am very much looking forward to my next visit

I saw Kamal in Beaumont to receive Physiotherapy for a long standing knee issue and I was pleasantly surprised with how quick and effective the treatment plan was. I started seeing improvement after the second treatment and I now feel I have the tools to continue strengthening my knee to prevent future problems. The front desk staff was also very friendly and patient. I would highly recommend Impact in Beaumont!

Mani has been instrumental in getting me back to an active lifestyle since a back injury three years ago. Add in a recent diagnosis of osteoporosis and Mani listens to my concerns and adjusts my exercises to suit my needs. Highly recommend this clinic. Friendly staff.

The facilities are well equipped and very well maintained. Above all the great things I could say, the physiotherapy has been life changing.

I've been working with Kamal for a car accident i was involved in, in Nov of 2020. The team at impact physio has been fantastic! They've handled everything with insurance taking the burden off of me.

Impact physio has a comprehensive course of treatment plans and the staff genuinely care for their patients. I even sent my brother here after his MVA.

Dry needling is the best pain treatment I have found. Dr. Kumar is great at it as I am all fixed up after 3 treatments. The support staff is really pleasant and welcoming too.

Relief! I got in to Impact Physio the same day as my injury, and they were very accommodating to my fluid schedule as I went through recovery. More importantly, they were excellent. Everyone there is a pro at what they do. The acupuncture and dry needling helped so much with pain relief. I had never had it before, but knew I was in good hands. I just finished over a month of physio on my ankle with Kamal and he is a great therapist!
With the virus I was a bit nervous about going but being there I never felt unsafe. They take all measures needed to protect everyone from Covid-19. Masks are worn, gloves are given to each client when they use the equipment and there is lots of handwashing! If you need some physio I would definitely recommend them!

Went in with some pretty serious lower back pain, two weeks later and 4 appointments my back is 100%. Cannot thank them enough!

Impact Physio has done so much in only a few weeks to help with the chronic back, neck and arm pain I’ve been battling for over 2 years. I highly recommend trying them out.you’ll be INCREDIBLY glad you did!

After my car accident in April, 2017 soft tissue damage and stuck joints rendered me nearly crippled. I missed substantial time at work and even after 20 sessions at a different clinic I was getting no relief. When I came to Impact, Mani (my physiotherapist), knew exactly wear my "trigger points" in my back were, as oppsed to the previous clinic who's only real "treatment" was a tens machine. Mani suggested I try IMS treatment "Intramuscular stimulation" and accupucture along with exercises which actually worked on the isolated spots in my spine and neck that were causing me issues. (spoiler** it ended up being two ribs which were knocked out of joint.let me tell you, I would rather birth three more children than have that again). Since I had spent so much time at the other clinic with no relief I had kind of mentally given up on doing physio at all because I was convinced after my first experience that physio just wouldn't help and I was doomed to never be able to look at the sky, twist or stand up straight again. Also I was semi afraid of the accupuncture but to my surprise the pain from the injury masked the pain from the needle and I didn't even feel them for my first few visits. On my fourth/fifth visit, I commented that the needles hurt more, and he said "that is how you know you're getting better, the pain from the injury masked the pain from the needles. " At that point I knew it was making progess and I knew that this man was passionate about his job and really knows his stuff. Additionally, for what its worth, and I suppose because with pain comes depression but I noticed a remarkable difference in my well being and over all happiness as well. Highly recommend this clinic.

I go to Nav for last few years. She does amazing job every time. Welcoming front staff. Love to go back and will definitely recommend Impact physio.

I have been experiencing severe pain in my foot for 5 months. I went for my first treatment and can't believe the reduction in pain after my first visit. Massage, heat, acupuncture. I am looking very much forward to my next visit. Pain reduction 70%. Highly recommend.
