IMT Standen's

Don't think they like answering the phones at this establishment I've been phoning since 9am it's now 3pm I've tried multiple times through out the day atleast 60 times in one day no answer now it's almost closing time what a rude awakening

Forklift operators are extremely rude and ignorant. They put choke blocks under your tires and don't tell you. Ask the shipper if they are done loading and give no mention about wheel chokes. Maybe learn to communicate a little better.

Well standens screwed me over. Four months in and I finally get the leaf springs after the third time ordering them. Show up to pick them up and find out a mechanic took them and installed them on another customers truck. But don't worry we have another set with a different part number but they will fit we promise.tear the old springs out and the new ones are a different arch, no overloads, and different size holes for the spring bolts. I make a living on this truck and it's Saturday morning and I need this up and running for Monday morning! Any ideas?

We have used Standen, s for several trailer repairs and are more than pleased.
Every member of their staff we encountered was professional and polite and the work performed was excellent.

Cant even begin to describe how great the people are here. Needed a really weird axle build and they were extremely helpful. Not only was the work done right and on time but the price came in very reasonable given it was a custom axle build.

I had a broken spring that needed changing. The people at Standens were easy to communicate with, honest, and accommodating. They provided me with a list of issues to repair while the trailer was there. Despite some of the tasks being things I could manage on my own the price and service lead me to have them do all the work.

Services performed in a timely manner and was contacted promptly when trailer was ready.

This is one of those few companies that deserves the highest of praise. After a mixup with the appt date, they "made it right ", I couldn't be happier with the suspension, brakes and bearings. Thank You.

I would like to thank all the staff at Standen’s. We are traveling from Ontario and noticed our rear tires on our 5th rv we’re wearing badly. We were able to get in the next day diagnosed the problem, fixed it and installed new tires.

Excellent service! I was given an estimate before I booked the appointment, and the final bill was exactly as estimated. They didn't "find" anything else that needed to be done. Incredibly good price for two 1 ton leaf springs, installed. I dropped the truck off at 7am, and was driving away at 11: 30am. Don't know how they did the work so quickly. The ladies on the phone were very helpful and knowledgeable, the team on the service desk were friendly and professional, and the mechanics did a great job, because the truck almost floats over the holes in the roads around here. Almost.

Went to them with a small job. Even though this is a large industrial business I felt very valued as a customer. Great service and good prices. Won't go anywhere else now.

Excellent! Took my camper in for a brake job and the work was completed on time at a great price. An electrical problem with my 7 pin connection was found and fixed at a great price as well. A few days later my vehicle wouldn't start so they took it back to have a look at what may have happened. With a little bad luck on my part my vehicle battery had worn out the same time they had worked on my vehicle. At Standen's expense they diagnosed this problem put a new battery in my vehicle and sent me on my way "FOR FREE"! What an amazing company! This really helps me out and I can't say enough about the fantastic people here.

Awesome experience! Needed custom U bolts for a Jeep YJ made. They had it done in less than 10 minutes and it was cheaper than ordering them online. Thanks!

I had my leaf springs done here in 2016 and they are still holding up I went from stock to heavy duty only issue I had was the appointment booking was a little bit of an hassle

They did a great job installing truck camper tie downs for my new truck. Beautiful welds. Larry was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Adam came out and helped me abruptly even though he didnt have to. He stayed after hours to help me to some wiring without hesitation. This company genuinely cares about their customers!

Horrible parking went to pick up my girlfriend from work with her mom and we have the pass and parking pass and theres people with no handicap passes i have tried to say something but no one says anything this needs to be more patrolled better

Great Experience overall thanks to Travis!

Didn't start out that way as when I first contacted them by phone I was quoted a highball price for new springs without them even seeing my truck. I went down there the next day with my truck and spoke with the same service representative but he didn't even come outside to look at my truck and still quoted me the same high price. I was slightly deterred but determined to go forward with the new springs however when I went back to schedule the install I spoke with Travis this time and he actually looked up the pricing in his catalog and quoted me a more reasonable price for part's and labor. He also took the time to come outside to check out my truck to be certain and even consulted with the shop foreman who also looked at the truck. Travis also double checked with the service manager to verify the pricing.
Now thats service!

Took trailer in to have all hubs redone which works and to have 2 tires installed.installed wrong rims had wrong offset on passenger side 2 tires of trailer 45 min drive later both new tires flat one blew off rim as was rubbing fenders both have thumb wide grove in side wall from rubbing against side of trailer. Very polite staff but installer should have checked for tires rubbing against trailer. Should be watching what you send out of your shop obviously installer cut corners had to have shipped back to Edmonton.

That Andrew at the front counter send me on a wild goose chase all the way too foot hills (robert thilbert) and it was whole sale so they wouldn't sell it too me anyways! Andrew I got more too do than run around! Hopefully they get better counter help!

Had my trailer aligned there before a long trip, after driving a few hours I noticed a bad wear in one of the tires, after coming back from the trip I contacted Standens and no questions asked they remediated the issue by re aligning it and getting a replacement tire! Kudos to Brad and Jeff on the service team, I strongly recommend getting your trailer serviced here.

Great service, Fast i appreciate all that I had one huge complaint and that was about not giving me price before doing the work. I asked for them to talk to me first they said you signed it i said yeah my employee did but I told dude on the phone to call me about few things. Price being one of them before proceeding but they missed that somehow i'm giving them a 4 star because there quality is amazing price higher but i'm willing to pay more for good quick service. If they ever do work for me again with out giving me price beforehand I will change this review too a 1 star. Wanted to add there customer service is amazing so that's why they got 4 star review and not a 1 star. Note the guy i first spoke to needs a happier tone the lady I spoke to you saved your company from getting a 1 star.

Next time guys just admit you made a mistake instead of making excuses my 2 sense your lucky i am a understanding guy.

I would recommend them to family in friends they are quick and reliable.

I was towing my fifth wheel across the country and found it was rubbing a tire off, I went here and they had me straightened out ready to go next morning at seven. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been to Standen's many times now for parts and such. Every single time i get welcomed with a smile. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Dave is the guy that usually helps me out and he is the man. These guys have competitive pricing and quality products. I needed some wheel studs for one of my trailers all the other parts guys just turned me down while these guys actually took the time to measure and match the stud. Will continue to use them and i highly suggest looking at these guys first.

Went to Standen's when the RV dealer where I bought the trailer couldn't do a bearing repack or check cause for a leaking seal. Anyway Standen's was outstanding. When I went in to check if they could do the job the service advisor took the time to go to the RV suspension website to look at the set up to confirm they could do the job. All the staff we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. There is comfort in getting something done by folks that specialize in that type of work.
