In And Out Auto Spa

Had my wife's grand Cherokee detailed today. I had to move my appointment 1 day and they were very accommodating. Detailing took about 3 hours, well I came back after 3 hours and it was done, so could have been less. Our jeep is pretty nasty, kids, food, gum, excreta. They did a great job. I wish it was closer to my house, but I'll be back.

EDIT: Kal the owner reached out quickly and offered to make it right. Brought the van in again for them to redo the service without charge and with more focus on the areas I had complaints about. They also did extra by polishing the headlights, removing the foggy film. They also gave a gift certificate for our next visit. I appreciate the customer service, especially how hands on Kal is with his business. Thank you very much!

Really sad to be the one to not give a 5-star review! But I was so hopeful given the reviews I read before bringing our van in. And they were recommended by a friend too.

Got the ultimate interior and exterior clean for the secondhand van we just bought and the attention to detail was just on the lower end. Exterior was fine. Though there were a few missed spots. Understandably, the van was really dirty, but we were charged extra for how dirty the carpet was and we gladly paid. But before leaving, I asked them if they couldn't really do anything with the dirt on the leather seats and they told me No and that my best bet was to buy seatcovers. When I got home, I decided to pull the middle seats off and to try and scrub it myself and was able to lift the dirt off! So now i have to do the rest of the seats that I can't detach out in the cold. Also I'm left with a frozen puddle in the trunk of the van that I'm yet to thaw and vacuum

Really good service and was faster than I expected. 2.5 hours for a full detailing. I don't get my vehicle detailed often, but when I do I will definitely be coming back here!

Decided to bite the bullet and get a detailing job done on my car. I wasn't expecting anything crazy but these guys exceeded my expectations and more! Every nook and cranny was cleaned out and polished up to perfection! I would highly recommend this place and will be returning in the future!

I am amazed! Cleaning my car was definitely not an easy task and all I can say is wow and oh my God. What a huge difference. Great work and great service!

Worse detailing ive had, and to top it off, they scracth my dashboard quite significantly and my vehicle smelt like an ashtray when i got it back.

Ive complained to the office manager, who was very defensive and she basically told me that's how they run their business.

To all the expensive car owners - stay away from this place.

I don't understand the pricing. Their competitors charge north of $400 for mediocre to meh service. Looking at you bubbles car wash.

Let me just say this, after these guys were done, our car looked like the day we picked it up from the showroom. Spotless. Utterly spotless. So clean that i didn't want to step in.

Brought my 2015 dodge journey for a detail. I was first greeted by a nice gentleman with a fantastic beard and I felt right at home. My car was cleaned very quickly and so professionally. My daughter had a great experience in the waiting room with me and we both so happy. Close by is a kids indoor playpark so that's a positive! This place is kid friendly! Parents come on down! 20 out of 20 stars

Hands down the best detailing place in Edmonton. I’ve always had a hard time finding a decent place to clean my car and they’d always charge so much for work that I could do better myself. But at in and out auto spa, they literally exceeded my expectations and their prices are awesome! Trust me when I say, you won’t regret bringing your car in for any service.

Alright so I’ve brought my vehicles here a few times and I am super impressed. From detailing on my explorer, to a full detail, 3m and chrome delete on my accord. If there were any issues I was also taken care of. I’ll continue to come back and let them work on my vehicles! Great service and great prices too.

We rent cars on online ride sharing websites and after each rental our cars go to In And Out Auto Spa for Wash and Detailing. They provide fast turnaround and do an excellent job. The prices are awesome.

This place has great customer service. The work they did was pretty good for what they charge. My car did look pretty good inside and after they were done with it.

Always great work done to my vehicles, owner ensures never any quality issues as well. Always takes time to do walk thru of the units to make sure I leave happy.

Two terrible very similar experiences, so it’s not a one off day.
I booked an appointment here last year, weeks in advance for a detailing. I was told that day they’re running behind and to bring in it an hour later than booked. Called at 4 to see progress and they said they had planned to keep it overnight to finish, after I told them that wasn’t the deal and I couldn’t be careless for two days I was told to go before closing to pick up. I got there with my four young kids and was forced to wait for one hour until they scrambled to finish cleaning the van. I swore I would never go back but Scotty apologized and gave me another detailing for free.
So I decided to try again this year and basically the same thing happened. Appointment time was 10am. Called at 4 and was told shampooing and seats were still left and to pick up at close again. My husband got there and still waited a half hour until they again scrambled to finish.
Was sent home with a mediocre cleaning and soaked carpets and mats.
Never again even if it’s free.

Scott did an amazing job on my car, honestly it was a wreck due to my dog who is also a part time owner of the car. I didn’t think it could look as good as it did after the job Scott did here at In and out auto spa. I will recommend this place to all my friends!

The worst service I’ve ever heard of. Do you want to be carless for 2+ days? Do you want to have soaking mats and carpets in your trunk? If you answered no then do not give these people your business. How low can you be knowing you sent home a vehicle with mats and carpets soaking in the back of the trunk knowing that they can cause bacteria and mold? This is disgusting service. I want to rate you a zero but that’s not possible so I give you a 1.

Brought my car in for a full interior/exterior detail and a single stage polish finished with ceramic coating. Happy with the work, good communication, friendly team and fair pricing. They work hard with a lot of volume (including dealers who dump cars on them mid day while they do individual’s cars). I’ll come back and send friends.

This was my second SUV for the Ultimate Interior and Exterior Detail at In and Out spa. Again, the quality and consistency of my second vehicle was the same as the first. I would recommend everyone take their vehicle here. Great prices along with great quality work.

At first I was just going to go for an interior and exterior detailing but after talking with them I decided I could finally get the tinted windows I've been wanting for years. Added in some rim painting and a chrome delete and I'm so happy, my car looks perfect. Thank you guys again. I am seriously ecstatic

I had my Rogue in for the full detail package and they were also going to see about helping me with some scratches from a hit and run that happened to me. The people were so kind and friendly and they got my Rogue looking very nice. It was a first time getting a detail done professionally for me. They tried to fix the scratches with a paint pen Nissan gave me but it was clearly not a match. They offered to see if they could find a better paint match to help me out.
Very happy with the kindness and service I received.
