Incredible Florist

Very disappointed last couple visits.

I've been loyal client for last 4 years usually buying here bouquets of roses for my women, and has always been getting great and fresh flowers, but recently I came across same issue twice.

They selling roses that are at the very end of their life cycle and they are aware of it and doing it intentionally.
Last two times when I brought roses home they didn't last a day, the ones on the picture lasted less than hour despite they looked fresh when I bought them.
Roses stems are of different length that tells that they've been cutting them to extend the life. Also some leaves are peeled off for the same purpose.
Very disappointed, local establishment should not be dishonest to own people.

I originally received an arrangement that was not to my satisfaction and Incredible Florist owned it and made it right by replacing it with a much better one eventually. I appreciate them coming through and making it right.

I planned to delivered this bouquet a week ago and brought some kids/teachers cards for a special friend birthday who move to Cochrane.
We were waiting for our friend's reaction, but nothing during her night.
The florist never called to tell me they couldn't deliver the same day. They called the next day.
Also, when I was handed the cards to the florists, I asked if we could issue them later, I heard a response: "it won't be me! " Seeing the bit like that, I said 4pm was ok.
When they phoned me the next day, no real apologies for their mistake. They ruined my friend's surprise

Beautiful arrangement delivered in less than an hour from time of order. Perfect gift to send to my best friend.

Have you instructions, your own or by link, as to the best treatment of a particular order/species, light, watering, atmospheric conditions, misting how often and how much? Like your other customers, I suspect, I regard plants as entrusted to my care.

Incredible florist is my go-to. They are reasonably priced, their flowers last for a great amount of time, they offer the most gorgeous bouquets, and their service is incredible! I have always sent flowers to friends/family through this florist, and everyone has LOVED their bouquets! Today I received a bouquet from them, and I was in tears it was so beautiful! The vase was practically bursting with flowers! So long as the quality, prices, and service stay this great, I will forever continue ordering!

Over the top quality and service. Rachelle created beautiful floral arrangements for our daughter's recent wedding. It was everything our daughter wanted, the product was fresh and delivered well ahead of time. Rachelle also arranged and attached a beautiful floral swag to an archway which was the focal point of the ceremony. Would highly recommend this business and thank Rachelle and her staff for helping to make this day special.
