I brought in my late mother's rings to inquire about using them to make a custom piece of jewelry. Emma at the service counter was there and I showed her what I had. She was very creative and proposed a few different designs. I told her I love unique, different and weird lol. I asked her to take over and left it in her hands. I was soooo impressed and loved what was created. She knows her stuff and is very passionate about what she does. Thank you so much Emma.

Patricia was excellent and very helpful. She was able to find exactly what we were looking for within our price range. The process for a custom order was clearly explained and the final result was stunning.

Overall, the staff at IE are always friendly and courteous but for all of our jewellery related needs, we rely on Samara the most. I took them my boyfriend mom ring with the rubies, a gold band from my late grandmother and another ring that my parents had given me with two sapphires. I wanted them to create a band to encompass the ruby ring with my gransmothers gold and the sapphires in it! They worked with me on the design, made recommendations, did a wax mold and it came out exactly what I envisioned! In a timely manner! Great communication! Can't recommend them enough! I was happy I chose them to trust them with this sentimental piece!

Ever since we moved here 12 years ago, I always wanted my dream ring from this establishment. After 15 yrs of marriage I finally was able to get my ring. A beautiful Tanzanite engagement ring style. Bonita assisted us in the process, and is simply amazing! When I informed her that I am deaf (24% hearing in one ear), she quickly adapted to my needs, by looking directly at me so I could read her lips. When I went back to pick the ring up a week later, I feel that she remembered that, and the same thing. I've never had anyone ever make sure that I feel included in the entire process. She also in tune with my style within three ring styles. Bonita remembered a shank.she knew I would love it, and she wasn't wrong. Everyone who sees the ring has nothing but the best compliments about it. Thank you so much Bonita for everything you did, and the way you accommodated my needs. I appreciate everything you did for me.

Patricia was excellent to deal with! Very nice and helpful! She helped us find a new engagement ring - my fiance wanted to upsize my ring. I loved my original ring he gave me that he bought at Independent Jewellers, but he said he always wanted to give me a larger ring and now he can afford to do so. So we traded in/gave back my original ring and got the ring of my dreams! I absolutely love my new ring, as much as I loved the one he gave me originally! It is stunning! Samara offers very professional service with so much care and attention to ensure her clients feel special. Samara is very knowledgeable in diamonds and offers superb advice to her clients. Overall Samara makes her clients feel like special friends. Independant Jewelers is the only place I will shop for my precious jewels.

I delt with Patricia everything seemed good told her our budget for an engagement ring and she said you don't buy a ring by the 4cs that everyone says to buy that way. She said it's a gimic no it's not. She sold us a ring and it's pretty but the cuts of the diamonds are awful so bad that 5 other places I took it to even said they have never seen a dimond so poorly cut. I told her why does it look like i can see through a part of my dimond and she said that's how you can tell it's your dimond she then offered us to pay more for an upgrade 2 weeks into owning this ring not offering me the other ring I really liked as an exchange that was a better cut same price. What makes it worse is the ring in the show case was a way better quality on the diamonds but she said it will be the same when ordered in. Needless to say we feel robbed for sure. We won't be purchasing anything from them ever again. Everyone said it seemed really shady that they pulled that and I agree.

Came into the store today to drop off a necklace for repair. Samara not only managed to offer excellent service but had the repairs done while I was in store.under 10 mins to save me a trip back. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I was given not just today but everytime she looks after me!

Had the best experience getting my wife’s custom engagement ring here about 9 months ago. Stephanie was so amazing to work with and was able to have the most stunning ring made. My wife couldn’t be happier with it and has said many times how perfect it is. Would definitely recommend!
