I get all of my books from here but sometimes overpriced! The service is good as the store does not have a lot of traffic but sometimes I find books cheaper on Amazon. They also have toys for kids.
This is bit of a unique review since I was a visiting author at this location. The first thing that got me was the happiness of the staff. Darlamae was such a beautiful soul to work with that day. The store was tidy and everyone was busy helping customers, sharing in laughs and recommendations. This is a happy place for people to visit and the staff make it that way.
For some reason this indigo feels more like a book store then a large company just trying to make money. This is specific for this location only. It’s a nice place and staff are friendly. It doesn’t have the largest selection but I’m sure you’ll find an interesting book to buy (or something you’re specifically looking for) and of course there’s the other little goodies like all indigos have. A Starbucks too, go read your new book there while drinking your overly complicated drink lol.
Very friendly staff, always someone to help. Store is neat and clean. Will allow kids to use bathroom as needed, unlike the crowfoot location. Needs a clearer signage of where to pick up online orders, but not a big deal.
The staff here were extremely kind, helpful, and engaged. They helped me stretch a few gift cards further with bargain books, and were quite knowledgable about whatever book or author came up.
Over the years this store has been a very nice place to come and browse through their very eclectic selection of books, and other merchandise. There is also a fairly sizable Starbucks coffee shop on site where you can relax at a table while reading a magazine or paperback. Close by there is also many restaurants for a bite to eat and a large Safeway across the parking lot.
The ladies are so nice and helpful! Unfortunately I went in quite late and had to leave before I found something, but I'll be back, I love Indigo stores!
Its in a great location and I like the open layout, it does not feel so narrow or cramped like some of their other locations. Plus I find this place to be relatively quiet customer wise. And even if busy they always have enough tills open with friendly smiling associates to assist.
Always liked this store. Sad to say there are fewer books and more gift items. But they have a great selection of unique greeting cards. My go to place for the perfect card. I did manage to find the book I was looking for. Staff friendly and helpful.
I love walking around this Indigo location every time I am on the area. It's so clean and spacious. I really. Wished that I lived closer like I use to. Employees at this location are very friendly and helpful.
Their prices are fair for what they offer but their clearance area is awesome! I always browse their clearance section and find amazing priced goods.
As well, their book variety is great and you can find some sale gems for kid books! Definitely give this place a chance if you are in the area!
Love this Indigo I think it's a great little spot the people there were very kind they're always helpful. We found what we needed to find it was quick easy and painless. Hey if you want coffee there's a coffee shop right there.
I've been going here for years. Staff are always super helpful, it's well organised, and they have a starbucks on site next to their magasines, so I've seen a few people reading books or magasines borrowed while they have coffee. The starbucks doesn't tend to add much to noise, so it's a nice place.
Great book store with large option, this is my first time in here looking for the new fictional book and spend almost an hour looking around. Really clean and well organized store. Good Indigo!
Nice little bookstore but, as a sign of the times, half their floor space is now home decor, gifts, and toys. They have online ordering as well but if you're inclined to visit in person there is a Starbucks onsite (currently, with the ongoing COVID outbreak you are not allow to consume beverages or food within the store). This store still has a decent magazine section which is nice to see.
All the table displays are set up to promote leftist rhetoric. The climate display table suggests a debate but has no other critical science books. Others are high biased as well.
Big store; no section for the type of book I wanted / no staff either.took a long time. I found someone to help, but the book wasn't there as indicated in the online site.
The store is a good size and is mainly books. Not too much of the nick nacks you see in others. Good staff last time I was there. Not so busy for those who don’t like crowds.
This is a great location. Easy parking and a grocery store in the same plaza. I am not sure the difference between Chapters and Indigo? This location was Chapters last time I was here. The colours and branding looks pretty slick I must say. Grab a book and then head down the plaza to grab some chocolate from Bernard Callebaut and voila! Self care and best staycation combo. Also a super spot to find gifts for pretty much anyone.
It was ok the staff was no where to be found and when we did find them they were in no hurry to look up anything we asked so we left and will never go back and will also tell people not to go there as well
This is really where combined good service and quality. Staff was very friendly, helpful and extremely patient. Joshua spent more than an hour actively and efficiently solving my problem Thanks for the gift card, but in fact you the the one deserves gift card and appreciation for your professional way to deal with it Thanks again for your wonderful service.
