HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I was referred to them by my friend who had good experience at the Toronto Branch. I ordered a 3 pc wedding suit from here. They messed up the stitching and alteration on my suit when it arrived. The suit did not match the measurements that were taken during the initial order. The jacket had too much room on the back and arms. The pants looked twice the size and were not fitted at all. I was very surprised as they were not the measurement I gave.

However, after alteration which was rushed (upon request) however the issues were still not fixed.i was told that alteration would be done in 4 days which i was thankful for but i never got any email/call when they were completed.after two visits to the shop, i was told that its done and they sent an email but i never got any. I got the email after I picked up the suit and signed their receipt. This appeared very odd to me and seemed like the staff didn't care. I feel like they didn’t care about the measurement as they believe that they will fix it when the suit arrives by their tailor. The suit doesn’t come measured from factory. (atleast mine didn’t)

I have paid over $900 for my order including a vest and shirt. I was very excited at first to order however the suit was a mere disappointment. I was told that second alteration would cost me money and would take over 1 month. I did not have time as i had to leave the country for the wedding therefore i did not give the suit again.they did not even offer to do the alteration after i return back from my trip. I was very disappointed as i was told that there would be free alteration until i get the suit looking like i want it. Now i have wasted by money and have a suit that doesn't look good. Honestly, after this experience, I would rather go to another place for suit.

We would love to thank Jacque for his professional and personal service. We ordered a suit and 2 shirts and no alterations were needed as all the items fitted perfectly. Jacque was awesome. We will highly recommend family and friends to Indochino.

I had an awesome experience getting 2 custom 3 piece suits and custom shirts, one specifically for my daughters upcoming wedding. I’ve had custom suits before but this was my first with Indochino, the service was above and beyond. I loved that I was able to make an appointment, and that the time was kept for me and was exactly as scheduled.
The attention to detail actually blew me away, the little idiosyncrasies that make a custom fit just that was so much more in depth that what I’ve experienced before. I absolutely without question will return for more. And the price! Already the pricing is so competitive and really quite affordable, I happened to be there while a sale was going on. High quality custom wear for less money than off the rack products of a lower quality. The rep I dealt with was Jacque at the west Edmonton mall location. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was knowledgeable, funny, respectful. I hope he loves his job because he is fantastic at it! Now with that said I haven’t received my suits yet (they’re not late, I was only there 6 days ago) but I’m confident that any issues that may arise will be rectified. I was recommended to use Indochino by my brother and his experience has always been great so I don’t expect any different for me.

Imagine paying for a suit and not getting the exact one we wanted because "they ran out of the fabric. " You're telling me that my partner's suit can't be made because the fabric ran out when it should've been reserved when we paid? It's ridiculous and it's a scam of a business.

I walked in and said hello I would like to look at getting a suit made and the first thing they said was it will take 8 - 12 weeks. Not exactly the best but end of the day it is grad season so you can expect them to be busy. The suits themselves are very nice for the price and I am sure they do a good job fitting them. I just wish I had the opportunity to talk to someone.

The selection of fabrics and colors is amazing, and the customer service is top notch, and the pricing was less than I expected for a custom made suit.

I got fitted for my wedding suit at the Edmonton location with Janeen. She was very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Fitting had many customizable options and covered everything. Highly recommend

I still can't believe how bad the customer service was in this store.
I went there around 7: 30 pm (Feb 3,2023) with my girlfriend and we were ready to buy a suit. There was only one salesperson in the store and she was talking to another client. We just looked around and waited for almost 15 mins. We just want to talk to her and buy what we want. We understand that she may need more time so we decided to go get a bubble tea next door and come back later. After about 8 mins when we come back, she was talking to a couple and there was no one else in the store. We waited for another 10 mins and there was a group of 5 people who came in. After she finished talking to the couple, she walked past us, even not making any eye contact with me and directly helping the 5 people that came after us.
We felt extremely angry and left the store.
First of all, if a store can't handle 2 groups of customers, it shouldn't even happen.
We were not welcomed.
We waited for almost half an hour in total and didn't get a chance to talk to the salesperson. In fact, the salesperson in this store didn't even want to look at us.
We were not treated fairly since we came first but the salesperson just ignored us and talked to the people that just came to the store.
I'm not talking about good customer service, there was even no respect.
Anyone who sees this comment, can check your store monitor around 7: 30 pm on Feb 3 2023 and you can see what happened.

Today wore my suit to work for the first time and I'm happy after all. So the whole process start to finish took about 2 months.
The first fitting with Avataf (sorry if I've misspelled your name) was great, great customer service, very pleasant and helpful, felt a bit rushed with all the details selections so I'd recommend to anyone to get familiar with the suit detail options on the website before coming in for the appointment, most of the 1 hour appointment goes to measurements and then the rest of the time you're selecting details in a bit of a hurry.
Fitting and alternations appointment with Jack was awesome, he took his time to communicate all the details about the suit and did great alterations, very happy.
Final thoughts: the suit fits good, little disappointed with the fabric texture but it could be that I rushed or got rushed when was selecting it initially.

Service was good. Initial order arrived with wrong sizing, however the ladies remeasured and reordered everything without an issue.

Friendly staff. They give great advice and I always feel a little bit special when shopping there. Thank you:)

The product I received is wonderful. Great material, fits perfectly, and looks amazing. Highly recommend ONLY for the product. With that being said, I don't know of a time that I've had worse customer service. Upon booking the appointment on the phone, the lady was rude and arguing with me. Then at the appointment, the ladies at the store were not overly helpful/knowledgeable, they were on their phones the whole time, and were very unhappy with the fact that I brought family members to the appointment. I took my relative into the store to look at materials on a separate occasion and was never asked if I needed help or anything. When I approached a girl on her phone, I asked if there was any chance they could squeeze us in. They said no even though the store was dead.

If I could leave them 1 star I would. The fact this store even has an positive reviews has got to be fake reviews. The staff ladies working at this store are horrible with no customer service experience. Please save your self the time and go somewhere else.

This was an amazing experience! This will now be how I measure all other places going forward. I look forward to working with them again! I absolutely recommend Indo Chino!

We had a great experience having my son fit for his grad suit, I highly recommend Indochino! Claire was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with our indecisiveness, she offered ideas and suggestions without being to forceful and created a great buying experience overall. The experience was great. My suit came very quickly which was an amazing surprise! My tailor was a jack and he was fantastic.

Jacques is absolutely amazing! 4 suits in the last year and perfect every single time, will go above and beyond making sure they fit 100% as you prefer and providing extremely useful input to the decision.

I love shopping at Indochino Edmonton. Jack and the team make you feel welcomed and valued as a client. I appreciate the attention to detail with the desire in ensuring your purchase is satisfactory. My time is valuable as I live 90 minutes away so attention to detail and accuracy is important. I will keep coming back.

Very good shopping experience. I got my suit shockingly quickly, in under a month from first measurement to final adjustments. I started the process over three months before I needed the suit, since I was concerned about getting it on time after reading some old reviews mentioning delays and mistakes. The worries were unfounded. The shipping was extremely fast, and the woman who took my measurements, Martina, did such a good job that when I got the suit and brought it back in for final adjustments, the only thing it needed was the sleeves lengthened a tiny bit. The quality of the suit is decent. I will say almost all of their linings are polyester or a polyester blend, but I managed to get one of the few 100% viscose linings. If you want to avoid wearing a plastic liner, go with a solid colour, and ask the staff to look up the lot number and they can find the material composition. Other than that, the quality is pretty good. It's probably the most affordable Made to Measure suit. Obviously for 500-700 bucks it's not going to be as good as bespoke, but if you can save up a bit and afford this price point, it's definitely better than buying off the rack. 5 stars.

The fitting, shopping and delivery service was excellent. Suit just arrived, will be returning soon to have it steamed and looked over.

Price of a premium suit was very fair

Martina did a fantastic job helping me pick the right suit for me. The materials and fit of the suit were customized by myself and I had a wide variety of options. Would highly recommend Indochino. The suit will look and fit better than anything off the rack and it gets custom tailored to your body.

These people don't make custom suits they sell off the rack suits and take them in as needed as any off the rack place would
They pretend they make custom suits unless you're a little larger and then they just embarrass you in the store if you're looking for a quality suit any size any style who elsewhere
And if you're looking for off the rack there's several better places in the mall

Bought a suit from Indochinos in 2020, just called today to see if I could bring it back to pay for some tailoring / adjustments, and they said it’s against their companies rules.what kind of company refuses to work with past customers with a product that was purchased through the company. Absolutely ridiculous. I have bought 2 suits from Indochinos, but after today I won’t be supporting their business anymore.

Going here for 3 years now to get my husband custom made dress shirts. He has a larger neck and shoulders than regular sizes out there. Very helpful staff. Shirts have stood the test of time. Be back there again next year.

Got my wedding suit from Indochino at WEM and it was perfect. The quality was superb, and you just can’t beat their prices. Had the pleasure of dealing with Jack for both suits i’ve now gotten from them, and he’s been great to deal with. They’ve definitely gotten a customer for life. Highly recommend!
