Indochino Chinook messed up my ENTIRE bridal parties suites. 3 for 3 and over $2000 between them. With only 10 days to the wedding I truly have no idea what we're going to do. We didn't get off to a great start and should have run for the door from there. The staff that were measuring for the suites had no idea what they were doing. Got the suites in and all of them were measured incorrectly. My groom had inches of fabric hanging off him, went in for tailoring and was told they couldn't fix their mistake so a completely new shirt had to be made, at our cost! The icing on the cake was going in to reorder the shirt, being told the fabric was discontinued and having to pick a new fabric (that no longer matches the rest of the party) only to see the original fabric was still on the rack! Are you kidding me, still advertising a D/C fabric weeks after it was supposedly D/C'd? ! Our best man's suite jacket was measured incorrectly leaving the sleeves to be inches too short which looked stupid, and surprise, surprise couldn't be let out so a whole new suite jacket had to be made to order. He went in with the new jacket to have the shirt properly altered to it.they shortened the suite jacket sleeves leaving the sleeves too short AGAIN! Our groomsman's pants were so small he couldn't even sit in them! Spoiler alert, they had to be remade too. Not to mention all the time spent waiting around for their appointment times (30-60 mins past the appointment time), not once was it mentioned to them they got their suites pressed for free. All and all a terrible experience and terrible customer service and I'm not even scratching the surface.

Had some issues with the initial fit and colors of the suit (plus all of my groomsmen). However I'm giving 4 stars because Nadia at this location was very helpful and understanding of my situation and was able to resolve a lot of my issues.

Do not recommend if you need your suit for a special occasion such as a wedding on a specific date. Came in on April 24 to have my measurements done and order my suit for my wedding. I need the suit for August 1.

Order was received fast by May 15. Couldn’t get an appointment for the final look until May 28 as the shirt needed alterations.

Notified that the alterations was completed May 31. I went to the store to pick up the shirt and asked if I should try it on. I was told no you must book another final look appointment. I get home take out the shirt and it’s only half done with the pins still through most of the fabric.

I called that night and was told they couldn’t get be back in for another week for me to have this corrected after asking for a manager I was fit in the next day June 1.

When I went in for my now third fitting they made some more adjustments and told me it would be done the next day. I picked the shirt up a couple days after got it home and now the sleeves are too short.

I was now going to be out of town for a couple weeks and couldn’t get back in for now a fourth time until June 21.

On June 21 I went back with the shirt. The staff wanted to shorten the sleeves on my perfect fitting jacket instead of ordering a new shirt. After some discussion a new shirt was ordered on June 21.

I have a month left now and it’s still showing in production and not shipped from China.

I’m almost at the point I’ll need to go to another store a buy a second shirt to have alterations done in the event this one doesn’t arrive on time or does but requires alterations again.

Our stylist was Felicia and she was fantastic! My fiancé and I came to select a suit for him for our wedding. Felicia was friendly and approachable, patient as we made our way through all the selections and there was no pressure to purchase or make a decision. She provided us with timely information which allowed us to make an informed decision and we came back an hour later to make our purchase. Thank you to Felicia for a wonderful experience! We’re looking forward to receiving the suit!

It's a great place for shopping for custom-made three-piece suits, two-piece suits, blazers, jackets, pants, shirts, ties, etc.

I had a decent experience with Indochino before. This store is just incompetent. I bought cufflinks from the store. The sales associate couldn’t print a receipt after I paid nor find it in the system. I eventually got the receipt through Indochino online a few days later. When I decided to return the cufflinks, the same sales associate could not process the return like any other store would. She need to get her manager to call me a few days later to process the return. Why can’t she do anything! What’s the point of even having her work there? Still working on returns…

Nandi was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about how my suit should fit. I was very impressed by how welcoming and comfortable she made me feel!

Suit was good. Fitting experience was quick and suit arrived quickly. Only reason for the low rating is they did not honor their "15 year anniversary discount" (15%) at the time of the order, which was sent to me <24 hours less than the time I placed the order. Their response was that they couldn't give me the discount afterwards because I approached them in 72 hours of the order, not the 24 hours. What a shame - product is good, but I won't return to this store. How would I know whether a great sale is planned for the day after I put the order in?

The process is confusing & instead of explaining how it works I was told to go to the Bay lol.

We dropped in at 2 PM on a Monday & we were asked if we had an appointment. We didn't know we needed one - no big deal. They said they couldn't get us in until Wednesday for 2 people but could do one of us.

The measuring/apt took about 10 minutes for one despite being an hour booking.

So instead of measuring two people (when we said we were from our of town) they were adamant they could only do one. Which I get - but the measuring took 10 mins.

Anyways - my fiance was being fitted and they asked me the length I wanted. I said "if depends on the style - can we try on something else? I'm having a hard time visualizing this"

They said "it's all custom - that isn't how this works. What length do you want the pants? "

Me: kind of confused thinking.how do I order something custom if I can't see what he looks good in? How can I determine the length?

I stood there silently very confused unsure of how to proceed.they asked me again what length I wanted.

"I don't understand what we are doing this doesn't make sense to me"

A gentleman then says "if you're looking for off the rack then go to the Bay! "

I was trying to understand the process and ask clarifying questions and the staff instead of answering me just came at me.

We were so embarrassed and left right away.

We went across the street to Hugo Boss, they were super helpful and we bought 6 suits.

My fiancé, dad and brother called ahead and booked a two hour appointment to get fitted and a custom suit….
Let’s start with how unprofessional the girls who work there dress, I believe they should be wearing more business attire not “I’m going to a patio to get free drinks”. Plus my father felt really awkward with the young girls very very low cut shirt and did not get fitted due to her lack professionalism.

Also the employees there know nothing about suits, colours, fabrics or guiding the client through the process. The whole time my fiancé and brother were texting ME asking for tones and colours because the girl did not know anything. I told my brother to give the girl the undertones to my wedding dress and still she had no idea how to guide the guys In the right direction so I ended up meeting them at the store and did her job for her. My fiancé did order a suit but my dad and brother didn’t because of how pathetic the service was and the lack of knowledge. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

The team at Chinook is so accommodating and customer service focused. Really enjoy working with them. Love the suits too!

My boyfriend came in on Friday looking for a tuxedo / and suit for an upcoming friends wedding (super important!). He was very pleased with the service & appreciated the staff getting additional input from the manager when they were unsure of the products. The entire appointment went smoothly and he felt comfortable with the measurements and overall quality of service provided by both management and support staff. Natia ensured he left feeling confident in the customizations of his suits! I 10/10 recommend this spot!:) will be spreading the word!

Came in for an appointment today at the Chinook location, the staff was extremely overwhelmed almost to the point of tears. They said they are overbooked and understaffed, and apologized for the wait. They were so nice and helpful, but I decided to reschedule my appointment for another day. But IndoChino need to get it together as the staff cannot handle so many appointments. We deserve a 1 on 1 appointment, not an appointment where the staff is trying to do 3 other appointments at the same time. Cannot stress enough how busy it was, with only two staff members on a Saturday, not very cool. Leaving 5 stars as these poor girls were trying there hardest

Really easy experience from beginning to staff. I was immediately impressed by the knowledgeable staff when I came in for the consult for my wedding suit and booked for my fitting right away. The measurements and recommendations were bang on, the suit arrived quickly, and looked great. My one criticism is that when I got the suit, the lining was different from the samples that I used when selecting. I had asked the staff about it and they said the samples were six years old and they were trying to get new ones and that the color I had selected now had an iridescent quality. While I totally understand all of this, if I had been warned about this, I may have selected another color. That being said, I don't hate the lining, especially not enough to have it remade. I just was a little annoyed at the lack of warning. I would still recommend Indochino and had my husband's wedding suit made there too. Inexpensive, quality, and very quick turn-around, lovely service every step of the way.

Terrible experience. We’ve had to go in a few times to get a suit readjusted as one sleeve was longer than the other. Customer service experience is awful every time you walk in the store, and they are late for appointments. I’d recommend buying a suit elsewhere!

Pretty good store. Haven’t received the suit yet but service was good. They have liquor on display for some reason despite having no liquor permit.

This place is a joke, if you’re looking to get a custom suit made you might as well go to a local tailor.

My fiancé ordered a custom suit and the suit arrived way larger than the sizes we submitted. It arrived so large that we were told by a tailor that we will have to pay for a whole new suit to be made at this time.

This site DOES NOT offer refunds and only offers $75 towards a tailor to get it altered if they messed up.

If you do decided to order from them good luck with terrible customer service and having to pay twice to get your suit made.
