Came in recently for a personal project. Able to get my questions answered. They took the time to listen to my ideas, and worked with me to utilize my purchase without any waste. I appreciate their top notch customer service.

Staff seemed pretty knowledgeable until I picked up a couple bottles of acid. They had not closed the lids properly and it leaked all over the vehicle and melted the floor mats. They were the only place around that could get me the product I was looking for, so that's a plus. It did take quite a lot longer than was initially estimated.

This the second time in about a year that I’ve been looking for special product to complete a DIY project. Another very positive experience. Two for two makes it a 10. Thanks for being there.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had the pleasure of dealing with this business today. I purchased Two gallons of corrostop paint which is not the easiest to find in Calgary. I also purchased a mirror coat kit. I had the opportunity to deal with two of the staff members there who provided second to none service. They were knowledgeable and beyond helpful even taking the time to explain to me the best practices for application of the products. Service like this, you just don’t find often enough. This place is incredible. So many great products and the customer service is second to none. I'm always going in here not really knowing exactly what I'm looking for and the folks always steer me in the right direction and really help me with what I need for the projects I'm working on.

Guys are amazing to talk to if you need help with a project. They know just what to use for all the different kinds of applications!

I’ll never go back there. The last 2 visits they totally ignored me. I didn’t want advice or mundane help, just wanted to pay for a product and go. The last time myself and another customer stood for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. During that time an employee walked right by us and averted his eyes so he wouldn’t have to acknowledge our presence. Finally i said to the other customer, “these guys don’t deserve our business”, then i left. This is at least the 2nd time this happened to me.

Customer service lacking. Phone calls priority over in store customers. Left to my own to try and figure out what I need. Never go back!
