He try his best to make customer comfortable and happy. He gave me all the details of the vehicle I was looking for. Service at Infinity Gallery is top notch every time my QX50S is serviced. From scheduling the appointment to the welcoming reception by Cassandra (service advisor) on the day of service. Cassandra is thorough with the service details and provides updates on the progress of the work. The care and attention by the entire Service team at Infinity Gallery is commendable. Keep up the great service!

Whole process was fantastic. I was an out of town buyer trading in a used vehicle for a demo. Communication was clear and concise. Felt whole process was done well. Professional and competent staff from sales associate, sales manager and then through to documentation signing. Well done folks and to Kyle especially.

I have a 2023 Qx60 Infiniti with a lot of problems and it has just gone 30k kms and the rear brakes are broken and these guys don't even do the job right and are just wasting the guy's time. Neither is it, and for being such an expensive car, it just doesn't have what I wanted

Service and Sales do not seem to comminate effectively, if at all. The building is and new with a young staff with a positive attitude. As a long-term maintenance customer I'm looking forward to a better product on my next visit

One of Calgarys best dealership! The staff is always friendly, professional, and very attentive to detail. They make your welcome a great experience and treat you like family. I would highly recommend anyone come check out this dealership who would like to see what they offer for vehicles. They've got top line vehicles in which you will not regret, the service department is quick, and do not let you down and then the parts department are always there to find you with anything you need! Just had a very bad experience with the servicing of my QX60. Dropped my vehicle at 9 with the committment of having it back by 12 if no major issues with the car. Didnt hear back from the dealership untill later, after unsuccesfully calling for 2 hours. When tried to text the service manager autobot responded. Ended up missing my following appointment and my entire day’s schedule messed up. Service coordinator didnt seem to care. I will think twice before going back.

I purchased a used car from Infinity Gallery. At the time the windshield needed to be replaced and they needed to order it in. We booked an appointment date around 3 weeks later. When we showed up, they didn't have us booked in and the windshield wasn't ordered, so we had to rebook. Months go by and we didn't hear from them so I finally called back, and again, they did not have the windshield ordered. When it finally came in, I requested for also a service and a grinding sound that was occurring when taking slow left turns. I left my vehicle there for the entire day and they only got the windshield complete.

When we brought the vehicle in, the sales manager, Ahmed, had the audacity to crack a joke, "oh, we are finally replacing the windshield? " Yes, we are finally replacing the windshield, that you and your incompetent team forgot about.

When I called back about the grinding sound, Ahmed said, "if it was within the first 2-3 months, we would have taken a look at it, but since it is out of that period, you have to pay to get it fixed" Funny, because if they actually ordered the windshield appropriately, I would have brought this up at our original appointment. When we finally got our windshield replaced, 4 months after, they decided the cut off time was at 3 months to provide any support. Their solution to get rid of the grinding sound is I trade in the vehicle that I've only had for 4 months, for a brand new QX50. To think that was a solution, and believe that I would go for that idea, after providing poor communication, terrible customer service, lack of after sale customer care and being disorganized, incompetent, and discourteous, they are out to left field and absolutely delusional.

Recently bought a pre-owned Q50, I been buying stuff from the Infiniti Gallery parts department a few times now, and just asking questions about different components of my vehicle in general.
These guys are friendly and always get back to me in a timely manner.
Shout out to Alex, he is knowledgeble and always let me know as soon as my parts arrived.
I would definitely check out the sales and service department in the future!

I bought my QX60 from this dealership in 2016. I continued using their services even after my warranty expired 3 years ago. They always provide me Loner or shuttle since my house is in signal Hill. This is why I used their services in spite of the fact that I knew that they charge more comparing to independent shops. Anyway I am unpleasantly surprised that the changed the policy and only provide Uber services and pay up to 20 dollars and remaining balance will be added to my bill. I am not sure what sort of business development strategy it is but I wont take my car there anymore and I felt insulted even. What type of luxury brand this is? My neighbourhood shop even pays for the Uber completely. Anyway I called their service manger and left a voice mail to express my concern and will update the review if they contact me.

Fantastic experience (2nd time) with this dealership and with sales manager Ahmad. I recently bought an Infiniti 2022 Infiniti QX60 from the Infiniti Gallery location in March 2022. Having not had a great dealership experience in my area of the city, I drove 45 min to this location and was eccstatic with the service and fairness of the dealership at that time.

Fast forward for just over a year later to spring of 2023, I was informed by my employer I was being moved for a new job to another country on short notice. At this point I was 1 year into a 5 year lease. I called the dealership and explained my situation to Ahmad worried about how badly I would be penalized having 4 years left on a lease and with depreciation heaviest in the early years.

Once again, I was incredibly surprised at how fair and accomodating the dealership and Ahmad was. Ultimately, we went through live market prices and came to an agreement that was flexible and fair to my needs, got me out of the lease without a penalty and left some room for the dealer to make a fair profit. What they could have done - but DIDN'T do - was take advantage of the situation and squeeze me - clearly playing the long game knowing I was, and will continue to be, repeat business over the long term.
Ahmad was clear, professional, fair and flexible which is often not the case, as many dealers just look to shake the most they can in any given situation. It's nice to know there are hidden gems out there and I would recommend Infiniti Gallery and Ahmad to anyone interested in a fair and low hassle experience.

First of all, even booking an appointment through their automated service is PAINFUL. It simply does not work. I had to leave 3 voice messages to even get a call back. I finally booked my car in to receive multiple services and said I needed a loaner vehicle for the day. I was told one would be ready for me. 30 minutes before my appointment, I receive a phone call saying a loaner vehicle is no longer available. They had 0 solution for me. Terrible communication. Terrible customer service.
Do not take your car here for services! The prices are 20% higher than anywhere else and the customer service is absolutely terrible!

To be frank. Staff just absolutely amazing in service.

The only reason I won’t return is the dumbest artificial intelligence robocall system ever implemented without anyway to get around.

Listen to your staff and customers or you gonna loose many of them.

Sadly have to take a longer drive to your competitor but with their ease booking system it’s a no brainer

The sales may be okay, but booking a service appointment is an absolute disaster. Their self-serve tools are so poorly implemented, and no one ever picks up the phone. It simply should not be that difficult to book an appointment and call someone. Do you know who has a positive service booking experience? Nearly every other service shop in this city! It's very clear they force you to use their broken systems. Such a shame, because the car is awesome and the sales team is quite nice. I would suggest if you cannot easily book your service appointment in under 5 min at this place, move onto another shop because they'll pull you into a "Virtual Assistant" loop that would make anyone lose their mind.

We bought a used Yukon Denali & the experience was absolutely excellent! We bought several vehicles throughout the years and the service and experience that we had with Matthew Bergeron the sales manager was absolutely excellent! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and polite. I highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase. I also want to thank David Vos, his service & help is greatly appreciated.
