The front office staff is excellent. All the doctors, especially Dr. Mitry, have been extremely helpful and proficient examining and questing my medical concerns! They have helped address medical concerns I have difficulty talking about.

This is the best clinic in Calgary. I don't have a family doctor at this clinic, but was never denied care. I have dealt with Dr. Idowu and Dr. Dolinka on several occasions and both of them are amazing doctors. Both were very caring and they take their time to listen to your concerns. I don't see myself or my family going to any other clinic in town. Front desk personnel are awesome and very professional in all my encounters with them. This is not a full walk-in clinic. They only accept walk-ins on Wednesdays. The information on their business is misleading!

The staff is so friendly I went in in the morning as a walk-in asked if I wanted to come back at 10: 15 because they’re taking appointments for walk-ins, but I decided to stay. There was a cancellation so they took me in right away. Dr. Shane was amazing sent me for x-rays right away. Everything turned out good. It was such a great experience. Definitely recommend this place.

I had my kid on fever over the weekend. Our family doctor was able to give us the right direction and treatment over the phone. Also, the doctor was able to offer his effort to have the kid checked even if it would lead to sqeuzze their schedule. We also received a follow-up call after the visit to check on the kid health status. Thanks for such a great experience

Even for a short inquiry, the wait times for the phone calls are 30 minutes long and when they do answer, they sound like they're dead. Even if they are low on doctors/nurses, they should hire better admin/desk people at least.

Dr. Mitry and Dr. Gisoo is undeniably the best doctors I've ever had. Their exceptional care and expertise have played a major role in improving my health. Their genuine concern for my well-being and unwavering support have made a remarkable difference in my life.

I've been going to infinity medical for a little over a year now and multiple different times they have called me the day of my appointment to cancel my appointment. It's getting to the point i'll probably switch clinics

He is very nice and professional
But the front staff is very rude, highly unprofessional.

Always satisfied with the service, Dr. Mitry is very kind and thorough and listens to all my concerns.staff is efficient and polite.

I come to this clinic quite often as it is the closest to my house. My family doctor was Dr. Sobotie who has since moved to another clinic. I still see her for my follow-ups and such - however, I still come here out of convenience when I have random things come up since it's about 5 minutes away.

All the doctors I have seen have been really kind, but most recently, Dr. Peter Dolinka has completely blown me out of the water. This doctor was so incredibly kind. I came in for a troublesome cough and he immediately put a rush on chest X-rays for me, but also took the time to talk about some other concerns I've talked to other doctors about. He noticed my heart rate was pretty high (something I've been trying to get figured out for a while now) and I had told him that my cardiologist had ordered a 2 week event test back in Sept 2022, but results got lost somewhere. He gave me some advice about what to do and I followed them. Lo and behold, my results were found and faxed to cardiologist.

The next day, Dr. Peter called me to discuss the results of my X-rays, but also followed up about my issue with the results. His kindness really overtook me, that he really cared. I also asked him some follow-up questions not super related to my chest X-rays and he was more than kind enough to answer.

I have never felt so heard by a doctor in my life, and just want to commend him - and to let everyone know, yes sometimes we might wait longer than our appointment times, but this probably means the doctors are not rushing through patients and making sure their concerns are addressed.

Very professional staff and the clinic is extremely tidy and clean, Dr Mitry and the front desk staff are very helpful and they have been there for us at every emergency situation.

This clinic is top notch. My primary Dr is Dr Mitrey and he is client centred, listens carefully, communicates well and very compassionate. I have also had occasion to meet with two others and found both to be very much the same. The support staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Happened upon this wonderful clinic a few years ago after having a very serious medical condition. I truly feel like Dr. Mitry was meant to be the doctor I saw that day. Without getting into details it’s safe to say I may not have been around today without his above and beyond actions he took that day. Since then he continues to be the kind, wise and friendly man I first met. The entire staff there is amazing and the clinic runs like a well oiled machine! Very highly recommended

I see good reviews but. It is very hard to be in this clinic as a patient. I am in a waiting list for a while and it seems like I would be never be in this clinic. I followed up today again and I was told "sorry my dear". WOW!

5 stars all the way - So grateful to have Dr. E. Mitry as our family doctor. Excellent staff, very polite and helpful. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but we know that sometimes we take more time than we should and we are never rushed out. The service provided is well worth the wait.

Just be careful because even though the website says its a walk-in clinic, it's not always open, so it's best to call ahead to confirm if you do not have an appointment.

Our family physician Dr. Mitry is the most caring and knowledgeable person, we are lucky that found one of the best professional in town and would recommend him to anyone.

Called about 2 months ago to be put on a waitlist for a new family doctor, called today to see where I was on the waitlist only to find out it doesn’t really exist and the receptionist put me back in the so called waitlist. Very rude and poor customer service.

Both the front staff and doctors are extremely professional and empathetic! I’ve dealt with a few walk in doctors as well as my own family doctor at Infiniti and they’ve all been attentive, validating and thorough. The front staff is always doing their best to accommodate me and always take my preferences into account when booking me in. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came from Edmonton 5 years ago and were looking for a doctor to replace one we’ve had for over 30 years. Not an easy task I assure you. We came across this clinic and Dr Mitry was accepting patients so we decided to give him a try. After talking to him and going through some details we decided Dr Mitry would be our family doctor. That was a good decision as he has proved to be a good doctor who listens to his patients concerns. He is kind and personable and shows he really cares about your well being. The staff there are excellent and take good care of you. We are happy we decided to put our trust in him.

The front desk staff at this clinic are kind and helpful. Dr. Sobotie listens to her patients. She is proactive and will help you through anything complicated or worrying you may encounter. I am grateful to have found a doctor like her.

Very terrible place, doesn't even deserve a 0 star. I give 1 star because there is no zero star. You guys should include in your website that doctors can only see patients for two symptoms. I met a very arrogant doctor that said he can only do two things, didn't even let me explain my symptoms...
Waited for ridiculously one hour only to meet a very arrogant and rude doctor that made me feel like we are in a courtroom. Infact being rude is an understatement, he was very unwelcoming and the look on his face could tell you he was just interested in entering your name into the system for the money. You guys open late because you can accommodate it, if you feel tired to help patients, just go home. He came in and told me he is very busy and can only do two things. Talking on me while I'm speaking and didn't even let me express myself for him to know if my symptoms are related or not. He just said I can only do two things, you choose. He didn't even let me explain what i came there for. Have you ever been to a clinic and feel pressurized to the extend you cannot even express yourself? That's exactly how I felt and I couldn't even trust any help that kind of arrogant doctor will offer to me. So I had to leave and for sure they counted me in and will get paid for. I wish I can remember his name so I can write down so every other patients should be aware of.
Total nonsense. I can see how much some clinics focus on quantity and not quality. I usually don't write reviews but this one got me really on my nerves after waiting for one hour, I felt like I was in a court room and I got so uncomfortable that i had to just leave as I felt as being treated differently. The first time I came here with my daughter, a doctor prescribed an OTC pill that doesn't exist in canada. I went to all the pharmacies and couldn't find it anywhere and phamacies were even surprised that a doctor recommended me to buy a pill that is not in canada. I Ended up in another family walkin where they were able to get me something for my daughter. No matter what position, you are, never look down on anyone. I just wasted one hour of my life waiting in their waiting room. Don't border to go there, they will look for excuses not to see you!

Generally a good clinic although I have had some issues with the front staff unfortunately. I came here for a doctors note which was quoted to me at two different prices the last time I had asked for one. It was confirmed at that time the charge would be 20$. I came into the office a few weeks later to get another note and the receptionist told me it would be 25. I refused based on my previous conversation that it was confirmed as 20. The receptionist told me "like It's only 5$. " as if that was my main concern. I understand 5$ is not a lot but to shame clients for something they were promised is a bit absurd. The doctors I have seen are amazing and the front desk is hit or miss depending on who you get. I'm hesitant to return as a client due to my experiences at this time.

I have been to this place numerous times as a walk in patient.actually. I have tried to see a doctor at this clinic numerous times as a walk in patient, and have only been able to see someone once. Not sure why you advertise as a walk in clinic if you don't have doctors to see walk-ins.

Tried seeing someone today but was told they were fully booked despite the parking lot being empty and no one inside the clinic.

This is the first time I have been to this place I was waiting to see the Dr in front of the reception a lady walked in and she asked politely do you guys accepting new patients the front desk lady with long hair I think she is East Indian so loudly replied yes and asked do you have a family Dr she replied slowly yea than Front Desk lady shout again if you have a family Dr why you want to come here I mean common lady non of ur business what ever was the reason you don’t need to discuss in-front of other people. Than she asked i need ur Health card number lady replied I don’t have it with but I can look at my car than she came back said couldn’t find it the front desk lady said ho I don’t need ad of now I can book you for a visit bring it with you when u come back I mean if she can book it with out her Health card why don’t you do first I have a lot to Say! But I keep it short she really need to know how to talk to people and know what is front desk job is I never seen a rude and lier receptionist like her sorry to say but it could have handle better especially if you see some one new and have questions

I have only had dr. Victor for a week now, he is one of the best doctors I have meet in a very long time, he is not judgemental, kind hearted, and very willing to help find the root of the problem. He definitely cares about each one of his patients

Staff is kind and helpful. Doctor Emad has also been extremely helpful in working towards healing and is understanding and a terrific communicator.

Very accommodating as they were the only clinic able to see my partner’s mom for a walk in before the long weekend. The front desk staff were helpful and quick to check us in. Dr. Cherry was caring, listened to our concerns, and answered all of our questions.

Our docter always takes care of our problems and takes the time to listen. If you can't make it in dr. Mitry always calls us back if it is serious.this is the best clinic we have been to in many years.

We've been seeing Dr. Mitry for more than 2 years. We are treated like family. You are not just a number. Amazing staff, they do anything and everything to help you and get you the best care. We love this doctor and office staff!

Although my family doctor is a wonderful, caring, amazing doctor, the waiting time in this clinic is ridiculous due to the administration staff's overbooking for profit. I just need to clarify that IT IS NOT the doctor's fault but those who book appointments at the office. One of the administration ladies are always blunt and extremely rude to the patients, she usually shouts personal information such as my address, phone number, and the date of birth, which all the patients in the waiting room hear it, she needs delicacy and sensitivity to deal with these information.

On the first appointment, I had arrived 15min earlier than the appointment time and had to wait for 45 minutes after my appointment time has past so altogether I had to waited for 1 hour. For the most recent experience, as soon as I stepped in the clinic, I had noticed that 4 patients were talking about how ridiculously long they were waiting to see a doctor. I was not the exception to wait for approximately 2 hours. My appointment was 4: 15pm and I arrived 4pm to be respectful for their time. I finally saw my doctor at 5: 50pm. What a joke. I truly feel sorry for some of the doctors who diligently work so hard to help and support their patients may have chances to get complains from the patients regarding their waiting time. And there are some doctors in this clinic who just focus on handling their patients with such a rush, cold manner, maybe they had to do it due to the overbooking.

This clinic is one of the best clinics. As I am working with Healthcare employees for almost 15 years across the globe, I can differentiate between who is taking care of her/his patients and who is just doing the work.

They are not just taking care of the patients but thier way on following up is amazing. The best clinic for us as a family.

The doctors are awesome, and the whole staff gets the work done. You sometimes wait a bit longer than appointment time though but that's the same with every Canadian health facility. I will continue to use them.

Dr Mitry is the best doctor I have ever had. I followed him from his last clinic to this one because of how great he is with his patients. I never feel silly going to see him about something small, or changing my mind with something. And he always makes sure to ask about my mental health during each visit which is so great for a doctor to care about. Highly recommend.

Call in advance about walk-in. They said you can com from 9 to 12 and did not let us booking any appointment. It took me 1 hour to drive and when I came they said that I have to come back from 1 to 4 oclock and still not let us book appointment again. Waste my time a lot.

Triaging is an important factor in healthcare and twice I have been to the clinic and this piece have not been put into use. I had to wait long hours to be seen by a doctor even when my little one was unwell.

Always a great place, front staff are welcoming, nice and professional. Dr. Mitry takes care of his patients as family; he listens, gives you time, addresses your concerns even phones to follow up after, who does this now?

Edit: Unfortunately, I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Victor. I will not change my rating for one bad experience. However, I would not recommend this doctor. I had personally interacted with Dr. Victor before and he was polite. So when my bf was ill I brought in my bf in to see Dr. Victor (there were unfortunately no other doctors available) and he was very rushed and seemed impatient. Constantly interrupted. And is terribly inconsistent from patient to patient. Seems like he was trying to meet a quota for # of patients seen. Very transactional. The most upsetting part was that he didn't believe my bf's symptoms because he "never heard of it before". He was still nice and polite, but that's not what people are looking for in a doctor. He ultimately made my bf feel worse and more alone than ever before, which I am still very upset about.

My bf struggled with severe covid symptoms and is still struggling with post covid symptoms. There was a point where we both thought he was not going to make it. It was extremely scary. Probably the scariest time of my life. I had called Dr. Dami. And we are both very grateful for Dr. Dami's recommendations which ultimately saved my bf! Dr. Dami was very thorough, empathetic, and reassuring. Thank you Dr. Dami!

The staff were Extremely helpful and Friendly. Jati, is very friendly and EFFICIENT. Doctor Mitry is very caring and he make sure that your are attended very well in his care.

A terrible place to be. I was looking for an OB-GYN to do tests and hopefully I could get set up with prenatal appointments. The receptionist scheduled me with Dr. Idow. I didn't have good first impression of her as she was very scattered, she made herself look so busy and occupied that she didn't have time to hear my concerns, and she kept writing down the wrong information on her computer. I had to correct her errors on my Ultrasound appointment form. She faxed the wrong information to the Pharmacist, I had to make another trip to get my prescription the day after. 5 days later, she phoned me to say that I need to do anther urine test because there was something wrong with it, and she was uncertain because it could be caused by me or the lab. I was so mad! I spoke with the receptionist if I could see a different doctor, and I explained my frustration with Dr. Idow's irresponsibility. All I could hear was defence and they are SO busy. Somehow I just feel I wasn't being treated right. I went to another clinic to get the second opinion. The doctor was so professional and efficient. I didn't have to wait for 5 days, the result and solution was given right after, and there should be more tests than just the urine one. I will never come back to Infiniti Medical Clinic.

The environment in the clinic is very warm and welcoming. Doctor Mitry, is a very knowledgeable Doctor no matter what will make sure u don't walk out of the clinic until u are fully healed and back to your normal life. Very understanding and respectful doctor. Thanks for helping me get better everyday one step at a time.

If I could I would rate it higher, the whole clinic is SO professional and kind. Not to mention Dr. Mitry is amazing, he has been helping me with my mental health for a few years now - even other minor issues. He is great with my daughter as well, and there to reassure me when needed. I couldn't thank him enough.

My first appointment (meet and great) with Dr. Sobotie went better than I expected. She is thorough, actively listens and already ordered tests to rule out concerns in my family history / looked at previous tests to get a better idea of my overall health.
