Trying calling parts as an infinti owner and they will give you a hard time instead of helping you out, I think they want you to bring the vehicles over for service and diagnostics for small things as much as a missing wheel nut. Isn't that ridiculous? What's next? Calling you guys to come ever and replace my flat tire? Come on

My experience dealing with the senior financial manager Riaz Khan was less than desirable. I walked into the dealership looking to cancel an extended warranty and when I sat down with Riaz he asked me a question I didn’t hear right away so I asked “sorry what was the question again? ” To which he responded “don’t be smart with me, don’t come In here trying to be smart. I asked you a question” I immediately felt like my business was not welcome. I instead had to go through the cancellation procedure by myself. This dealership has gotten an award for best customer service in 2023 but I can say after having to talk to Riaz Khan the senior financial manager my experience with the dealership was very soured, (my family had purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership a 2015 bmw X5M and a 2015 Infiniti q60. I would have hoped that I would have been spoken to in manner of respect but instead got a very intimidating confrontation that has ruined my relationship with Infiniti south. I understand dealerships have an obligation to keep their commissions locked down but the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional and borderline personal to Mr Riaz Khan.

My friend had a terrible experience from this dealership.
Initially, he wanted me to buy a QX80 from them. But after hearing about his experience in buying his QX60 and thier rude attitude. They offered him Alberta package, maintainace package Bumber to bumber warranty, etc before signing the documents. Then everything changed with the finance manager. Now I don't even go near to them. I'm planning to buy Lexus GX460 since we don't have another dealership in Edmonton. It is a shame thing for sure.

We received excellent service from Bjorn Vargas in 2022 unfortunately we can’t say the same about the service from the Asst. Service Manager Tanya Chile in 2023. Her communication skills are poor. She did not follow protocol with our extended warranty. We will go elsewhere.

Sold a brand new car to us with damaged leather seats. Ofcoz they changed car after we test drive and mentioned that they gave us less kilometer car. Called the sale person regarding the same. They said since it's a factory issue they cannot do much about it. My question was why they didn't mentioned about this to us?
Why they didn't find the issue during detailing?
They told us they will do a thorough detailing and check up prior to handling the key. They took a full day for detailing.

Absolutely worst dealership in Edmonton. You are better off going to your corner dealership or small place they will treat you better. My experience was terrible. I bought a vehicle from them last year. From the sale agent to the finance staff. Everyone was so pushy to get the deal done. Only under pressure, I end up signing and paying the deposit for a vehicle and after that I spend 3 1/2 hours in the finance office where they keep pushing and adding on staff onto it. After I refuse for every thing when I feel like having too much pressure to sign the paper to get extra warranty, which I absolutely not it at that point, I just walked out with the just purchase of the vehicle within two weeks I had the engine check light on a went back to the dealership to talk to them and they said oh you don’t have a extended warranty there is nothing we can do about it. We will do a you favour and get the diagnose done but you are paying for labor and whatever parts are required. No empathy and nobody cares

I had my vehicle serviced and was assisted by Björn. He's super friendly, very thorough, and informative. My overhaul experience with him and his department was A+. Give him a raise!

Bjorn is extremely professional. Brought in my vehicle for an OPI and it was looked after as if it was his. Can’t thank him enough. Well done Infiniti for hiring Bjorn. He’s a keeper!

Aug-4-2023: This review is specially for all the Moms out there. Just upgraded my car to a bigger car. Samer and his manager Josh helped me. Let me say why i would come back again because the sales person Samer spent almost 2 hours with me in getting my package ready and i have an active 3 year old who was running around like crazy and samer kept the environment calm which was amazing for me. After all the discussion he asked me if he wants me to think about it and then get back to me and did not even pressure 1% to put deposit, how amazing is that shop without pressure and gave me the best deal according to my budget. SUSAN at Finance is a wonderful! I took the certifcate of oil and tire rotation as it was wonderfully explained by her and all the other warranties. 100% recommend Samer, Josh, and Susan. It's always a pleasure dealing with this branch.

Aditiya (Eddy) helped us with buying our car. In this hot market where inventory is extremely low he worked with us patiently to get us the right car.
He is very knowledgeable and expert in his field. It's best to deal with someone who is knowledgeable and provide realistic expectation in today' market.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Everytime I have called and left a message, even left emails for a response but I never got any call or emails back, I constantly had to call to even get a hold of anyone from the service team for an update

By far the worst experience I've ever had with any business.
Where do I start.

Booked my car in for diagnosis a year ago, paid the outrageous rate of $188 an hour to be told my fuel sending unit needed to be replaced.

Fast forward a year. Replaced both fuel sending units, still have the same issue.

Stupidly enough, I book my car in for diagnosis again. Tell service that I've replaced both parts and the issue still remains. Bring my car in for an appointment at 9am, received a call from the Service Advisor at 2pm same day telling me they didn't look at my car and asked if I could leave it there for an extra day. Have to take another day off work because of Infiniti's poor service. Thanks guys.

Next day rolls around. Service Advisor calls back and tells me they couldn't find out what the issue was but suggests it COULD be an issue with the AC Auto Amp. Gives me a "complimentary inspection" with a list of things that need to be done on my vehicle and charges me $200 L O L.

Pretty upset at this point. I take apart the dash and unplug and re-plug the auto amp. Issue fixed.

Thought this was the end? Nope. I call Infiniti back and speak to the Service Manager. I explain the situation, and they agreed to issue a refund of the $200. But wait. Check my bank 2 days later and they've charged ANOTHER $200 and no, I'm not kidding.

In the end, they've refunded $400+ and provided me the most generic HR type of response "We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you"

Typical from a dealership owned by GoAuto. Never again. Stay FAR FAR away from here.

I booked in for an oil change and inspection, the process was flawless and the service was fast and fantastic. I chose to stay in the shop while the work was being completed and was well taken care of with the coffee bar and water. Overall I was very impressed.

Business is obviously slow at Infiniti South Edmonton and this dealership has serious ethics issues and are not trustworthy.

My experiences with this dealership have been brutal with their service department dating back to 2020. Originally I was charged 5 separate diagnostic fees for a no start issue, and spent over $6500 replacing every part imaginable. In the end, it was a loose negative terminal cable that was diagnosed and repaired by another repair shop for $150 dollars. Ouch.

Fast forward to present, I reluctantly took my vehicle in for a transmission service as this is the only shop that has the tool needed, and they performed a complimentary inspection. From that inspection was a $7500 quote for major service of my FX35 at 160,000kms including a coolant flush (with no mention of any other issues). The vehicle took longer than expected to fix and when I picked up the vehicle on the lot on Saturday, there was a large coolant leak on the pavement and a flat tire in the lot. Very nice to see after spending another $3100.

Now the vehicle is back at the shop and I was sent a shaky video that somehow the radiator is leaking (without even removing the internal cover to see where the leak is coming from) and I was quoted for a replacement of that unit, including brand new tires since they won’t fix the slow leak. Oh, and I forgot the best part! I was asked to pay another diagnostic fee to find what the cause of the NEW coolant leak was, after they had already pre-inspected it originally (with no leaks) and had performed a full coolant flush and road test and didn’t notice the leak! Funny how that works.

Do not buy your vehicle from this dealership, and I would highly recommend not using their service department for your Infiniti.

We had never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before and we were very impressed with the entire process. Shout out to Shivam, our salesman, for all he did to make it happen. He was personable, kind and put us at ease.

Even though we were buying a used vehicle from them, they made sure it was in tip top shape when we drove it off the lot. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Above and beyond! Bjorn really helped me out with my tire troubles. He took care of my car, got me a loaner and gave perfect advice during this super last minute request.

My 10 year old car has been serviced by them since the beginning and the customer service has been awesome each time.

Like lots of people mentioned in here.don't bring your car for any kind of inspections to this dealership! Hope that they can fix cars better than diagnose them. Waist of time and money. Hope this review saves some time and money.

I extremely recommend this Infiniti dealership because they do whatever they have to to make you happy, the staff, the price, the service and the cars are just excelent. Manpreet is the best in the world…

Me and my family are so happy, looking forward to come back in a couple of year for un upgrade…
