Just amazing! I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always had great service no matter who I’ve had for a massage or treatment. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, it’s just what need, and I appreciate that the prices are reasonable too.

The therapeutic effects massage treatment I had from Sara was absolutely amazing! I recently moved from a different province and was trying to find a RMT comparable to my previous one and Sara exceeded my expectations. Her energy is so welcoming and the spa itself is so beautiful. I felt instantly relaxed as I walked in. Thank you again and I’ll back soon!

I went to innerbalance for a few years then stopped going because i moved. After visiting them earlier today since i would be in the neighborhood, i received a massage from the owner only to realize afterwards that there was no prompt to tip. So i looked at the receipt and saw that she pre-punched the tip in for me.which is a little strange. Ive always tipped 15% when visiting here so im not sure why that was necessary? Anyways that was unexpected and definitely not appreciated.

It was a quiet, welcoming and clean environment. I felt immediately relaxed and able to unwind. Excellent therapist and then the tea afterward helped me warm up and gradually transition out of the massage experience and into the world at large.

I recently went for a body treatment and facial, and learned my service provider was a massage therapist, not esthetician. I stopped the service as it was not being provided properly. Steps missed and procedures done incorrectly. Beware when booking that your service provider booked is in fact trained in the procedure your are requesting and booking. Good Luck.

Have been coming to Inner Balance since 2018. Each time is so relaxing. It smells so clean and refreshing. I love the atmosphere and the massage therapists are really good. The infrared sauna and steam room are such a nice add on after a massage.

The place is super cozy and relaxing. They take care of you as soon as you walk in.

I had the best massage ever from Adrienne, and I was so relaxed that I left with my T-shirt inside out.

I have been going to Inner Balance Spa for over 12 years. Lisa and her staff have always been very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere at the spa is relaxing and the facilities are extremely clean.
Twyla in particular is excellent and is by far the best massage therapist around.

The spa itself was great, very clean and relaxing. I booked the Vitality package which includes a massage, reflexology and a facial with Darlene, she is amazing! I really enjoyed all services and would 100% go back again. Highly recommend!

Me and my husband visited the spa and had a 90 mts package. We had the massage with the scrub. It was amazing. Loved it. First it was the scrub with their inhouse product and then a nice steam with shower. Thr steam and shower area was in the same room. It was a great session. Loved the service.

Ambience was amazing. Very relaxing and clean. The price might be comparatively high but it serves the service.

Only downside is parking as its on the main road. So please go early to find parking.

I’ve been going to Inner Balance for a few years now, but I recently had a massage from Ashley Edwards and I gotta say it was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time! She addressed my concerns and was very intuitive in the process. I will definitely be booking with Ashley in the future!

I’ve been going to inner balance spa for massage therapy since the summer of 2021, and I’ve been seeing Kaitlin. Even though I don’t live in the neighbourhood I won’t go anywhere else! Always a great massage and a very clean and calming environment.

I have been coming to this spa for many years. It is always so tranquil and calm, I am put into a relaxed state as soon as I walk in! I have seen Twyla for massages for a very long time and honestly can't function physically as well without her exceptional treatments. I have seen others in the clinic too including Terry, and they were all also fantastic. I have had spa treatments as well and they were lovely and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spa.

I haven't had many massages but I don't think I'll want to go anywhere else. Only downside is they don't let you pass out and spend the night after how relaxed they make you.

My service was excellent from start to finish. First visit today, beautiful environment. Best massage I've had and I've had many massages, and would consider myself picky. I was so relaxed and the masseuse listened to exactly what I requested. I felt she went above and beyond with service. The lady on the phone and the front desk lady were both pleasent and friendly. I was actually very surprised to see some of the not so positive reviews because my experience was top notch.

2 stars is for the clean and nice environment. I feel like she is touching me instead of massaging. I voice out to have more pressure a few times and I still felt like a touch instead of massage. When I walked out the place and look at the time I realized the service was like 10ish mins less. Booked for an hour and she's late for 10 mins.will not come back again.

Expensive for what they offer compared to better places I've seen in town.
Not impressed at all with the service and the time management; just watching the clock for the end.if a customer booked 1hr massage, please give him 1hr massage not 50min.
I also question technical competency of the staff if the masseuses really know what they do!
For your benefit and for the love of God, please stop prompting customers to pay tips once you hand them the machine to pay, you are putting them on the spot with.

I had such a great experience with my skin specialist for a facial. She knew my skin, asked the requirements and gave effective tips to maintain a routine. They never came across pushy or “too fancy” for us vibe, which you normally you’d get at some spas. I’d recommend their services to anyone long to rejuvenate their skin for a special occasion.

Great place and friendly staff. My go-to for massages. Only downside is prices have gone up quite a bit the last year but i still go!

Clean, tranquil and relaxed environment. Friendly front desk staff, and warmly greeted by our masseuse's. We had Karen & Lisa for our massages, and have no complaints. They asked which areas we'd like to be focused on and they did just that. We were offered a warm tea in a to-go cup. We left very relaxed and left with a lot less tension in our shoulders.
Prices are fair, a teeny bit on the expensive side.
I will visit again soon!

I have been to the Inner Valance Spa a few times now. Each time trying a different therapist, and each time have an amazing experience. They have parking on site which is great in Kensington. You walk in and are able to refresh with a beautiful fruit/herbal infused water (most recently orange and rosemary). The music is relaxing, the massage therapists professional and are very in tune with their practice. Prices are very reasonable. And your experience is finished off with a herbal tea to take home of your choice. Their packages look amazing and cant wait to try them one by one! Thank you!

Bright and spacious interior, courteous and hospitable staff, and very informative massage therapy staff. I don't think they contact insurance companies so you may have to talk to them yourself, but they offered complimentary elixir drink before the appointment and a lovely cup of tea after. Margaret was extremely informative when explaining different types of massage therapy techniques and benefits, and listened carefully during the initial consult.

Always such a great experience! Lisa is amazing and the rest of the staff is very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spa experience.

The front desk staff are friendly, inviting, and easy going, and the spa staff are experienced and clearly very knowledgeable.

After your massage, they also offer you a cup of tea to replenish your body. Such a nice touch!
