Great dealership to purchase from. The process was painless and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely buy from Innisfail dodge again.

I own a 2015 Jeep GC and this dealership has completed most all of the servicing on this vehicle since 2015. In addition to scheduled services, they completed some warranty work. The results were always excellent. Great attention to detail and customer needs. They never tried to "up sell" me. Through out the years, I have seen different "faces come and go" however the quality of service was consistently good. I drive an hour one way to reach this dealership location and it is well worth my time to do so when I require their services. Thank you.

Buyer Beware! Avoid this dealership at ALL COSTS!

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from these guys in 2019. They sold the Jeep to me with a multitude of mechanical issues. The Jeep had death wobble, a cracked and leaking radiator, a failed steering stabilizer, leaking trans cooler lines, leaking valve cover gasket, non functional rear wiper motor, failed front and rear shocks, brakes with less than 20% life, broken wiper blades, and both front axle seals were leaking so badly the wheel wells and front suspension were covered in oil 3 days after I bought it.

I drove the Jeep from Calgary directly to them to address the radiator and death wobble issues. After a 6 hour wait and TWO inspections completed by their service department, they said they couldn't find any radiator leaks, even though i was going through a jug of coolant every three days.

After a THIRD inspection, they finally found a crack in the top corner of the radiator. They told me the death wobble was due to a failed steering stabilizer. So I replaced it at my own cost even though it was sold to me this way. This did NOT fix the death wobble! Another misdiagnosis.

A few weeks pass by, I bring it to the dealership again and ask that they properly diagnose the death wobble. Again, they tell me its the steering stabilizer! I asked that they replace it. The manager Adam Glover, actually made me pay for half of the stabilizer. And asked me to E transfer him the money directly before they replace it. This did not fix the death wobble. Yet another misdiagnosis.

Three years later, I have spent over $14,000.00 on diagnosing and replacing parts due to death wobble. There has been absolutely no compensation from Innisfail Chrysler. These unresolved mechanical problems have put my family and myself in harms way and at serious risk in operating this vehicle.

The finance team will tell you they do not offer or do refinancing. This is a lie. CIBC contacted them directly on my behalf after being lied to and had it refinanced for me in a matter of minutes. Very dishonest.

The sales people, the general manager, the service manager and the automotive technicians at this dealership should NOT be trusted.

We wanted to test drive the new Dodge Hornet so we went in to see if they had any on the lot. Luckily they had 1 available. The exact model we were looking for was hard to find but after a lot of phone calls to other dealers they were able to locate one. Avery and the team were so helpful in finding the exact vehicle we wanted. They went above and beyond to get it to their dealership. We appreciate what they've done, and thanks for the good experience. Avery did a great job and was very personable even being new to the business.

Had the best buying experience here! All the staff were so friendly and Mike and Gary were especially helpful in getting me sold on what I wanted and getting my financing taken care of. I inquired on a Saturday morning and by that afternoon I was signing papers on a new to me truck. I had travelled from 2.5 hours away and they even stayed after hours on a weekend to get me taken care of. Winning big on their Beat the Boss putting contest promotion was just an added bonus! 10/10 recommend going to Innisfail Chrysler!

We had a great experience purchasing a 2022 Dodge Ram. The salesman took the time to listen to what we needed to get the deal done. He was bang on with the date he told us to pick up the truck, it was clean and shiny sitting out front of the dealership. They even went with us to the DMV get the registration put on the truck. Great job to all the staff that helped us out at Innisfail Dodge.

Brought our vehicle in for a full diagnostic and we were billed for that, without being told the tires needed to be retorqued after a certain amount of km's.
A few days later, I lost a tire with travelling on the highway with my infant.
When my husband called the dealership, the guy in the shop said he didn't take the tires off at all, which would have meant he didn't do a full diagnostic like he billed us for.
Not happy with the dishonesty on their end. Definitely don't recommend this place for diagnostic/repairs.

I just purchased a 2022 Dodge Durango. The experience was great, start to finish. Great sales staff, management, and finance manager to deal with. I recommend buying your next vehicle at Innisfail Chrysler.
