Stuck up and rude nurses. Patient care is not priority from those ladies and it did not go un noticed.

Awful and rude people. They should not be in healthcare. Wouldn’t be surprised to learn they abuse animals for fun

No coffee cups.snack machine ripped me off. My daughter being treated like she has a disease.waiting gor Dr still been 2 hours.

I recently had the “opportunity” to experience the Innisfail Health Centre up close and personal. I was blown away by the professionalism and caring compassion that the staff showed me. It was a stressful situation, but every single one of the staff from the doctors, nurses and even cleaning staff showed nothing but kindness and professionalism. They kept reassuring me that I would be OK, and they “had me”. I would love to name the staff who were extra special, but I wouldn’t want to miss anyone. You all know who you are, and I want to say “Thank you from the bottom of my heart” for your wonderful care. I would not hesitate to return to your facility should the need arise, and I highly recommend you all. Karen Brodie

Absolutely terrible. Nurses are extremely rude. The LPN D spent 5 min wiggling a needle around on my husbands arm to get a vein and would not talk to us at all. She started complaining to her coworkers. The RN working likes to give nasty looks to everyone around her. We waited 2 hours for blood work results with a needle sticking out of his arm. We tried to get the RNs attention multiple times to take the needle out and just see how things are looking on the test and she completely ignored us. The Dr was good as soon as he heard us ask a unit nurse what the ETA on the results were he came over to talk to us. I’d suggest to go to Lacombe

Wife was taken to Innisfail after fracturing arm and hip. First responders Shannon and partner were terrific. Staff at Emergency under Dr Murray we’re all fantastic and had a great work ethic. Later my wife went to Acute care and once again the staff was great and showed kindness and care. A great group of people. Thx. Bill

Excellent staff! Quick attention to the patients and wait time was 15 minutes the time we arrived. Taken blood work, X-rays in minutes

I went in to the ER Thursday evening due to an uncontrollable cough that I knew I need a steroid for. If it wasn't for the Dr.on duty (I so wish I could remember her name) I would have given two stars.

My nurse had a terrible bedside manner and has an inability to keep her personal opinions to herself. She could seriously use a lesson regarding her approach with people.

The Dr.on duty though was magnificent. She more than made up for the nurse. She was thorough, kind, actually listened to me and diagnosed me with something I have been struggling with life long. I immediately started the easy treatment and have so much relief.

Avoid at all costs if you can! Do no harm, they do not follow! Rudest most unprofessional people. The hospital is a complete dump with horrible staff who have no compassion! 0! Stay far away if you can.
