Not sure of any other pharmacy, where you call in during regular business hours, and it goes directly to voicemail. Hell they don't even call you back the same day if at all.

The worst pharmacy! Don't expect them to call you back even though they have an answering machine. We had our prescription renewed, sent to them to refill but couldn't get a hold of anyone so we ran out and don't hear from them until I put in a complaint and then they call to ask when it's good to drop off. Absolutely horrible experience and I'm glad that we moved on to another company!

We have been very happy with the pharmacy. They are always polite and helpful. If we can’t pick up they also deliver. I also appreciate that they call us for refills.

I have had the unfortunate experience of working for this company but also being a patient. The level of disorganization with this company is beyond frustrating. If you can get your biologic medications elsewhere then consider yourself lucky.

I was on biologics from this company. Until they accused me of getting a check I didn't receive.it took a full year of them calling me over and over demanding money I didn't receive. As a matter of fact. At no point on this med did I ever receive a check because my insurances covered 100 per cent. I was told It was going to the collection agency. I asked and asked to speak to someone in charge.never not once, was I given that opportunity. I was belittled and made to feel like a thief. I was threatened to never get the meds because they are the only distributor. My credit was threatened. Finally a year later.a new guy in the office calls and listens.checks it out.and yes they did send a check to an old address.it was never cashed. It was there mistake.all this time.all this harassment, a check should have never been issued to me. I gave up the biologic.it's just too stressful to deal with this company.
