Hi. I highly recommend this place, especially Joyce. She is brilliant and she knows how to heal your pain. She is very nice and sweet. They have very good customer service too.

I have been seeing Himani; she has been great in helping me with my hip and leg pain. She is very experienced and understands my issues.

Pankaj Mudgal is a very good physiotherapist, the excise he gave me has helped to do my work on a daily basis. Thank you

I had recently injured my back at work & I was sent for physiotherapy so I chose Innovation & got Kevin Button. He assessed my injury & gave me exercises and manual therapy which helped my injury he is a very good physiotherapist would definitely recommend. Also the front end staff are very friendly & is will to help you in anyway they can. I got to say that this place is environmentally friendly because instead of using paper forms they use reusable plastic forms with a marker I was impressed.

Highly recommend seeing Josh Perdaems, extremely knowledgeable and helped me quickly recover from my injury. The rest of the staff are incredibly kind and patient.

1st appointment was really good with Jose for upper back pain but 2nd they charge 90$ for barely doing 20Min therapy. Not worth for money I spent and every time he kept asking you have still time left? I mean I have taken a day off because of agony I’m going through and I am coming by booking prior appointment then what is the meaning of asking you still have time? Never visiting again neither recommending.

After I injured my shoulder at work, my doctor prescribed physical therapy and I went to Innovation based on a friend’s recommendation.

I walked in a nervous wreck because I’m a big time hypochondriac. I was greeted by Jet, who couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming, and she helped me fill out my assessment forms.

Having dealt with physical therapists my entire life from reconstructive leg surgeries, my overall impression of them is they try to see as many patients as possible and don’t really show much, if any, genuine empathy.

I was paired with Courtney Long, and she started my physical assessment. She recognized how nervous I was and made sure to explain exactly what steps we were going to take to recover. Courtney is friendly, a great listener, honest and very knowledgeable. She also has this amazing ability to write perfectly while not breaking eye contact - it’s quite fascinating. I walked out reassured, calm and excited for the challenge ahead. In one session my perspective on Physical Therapy was completely changed.

It’s very difficult to keep someone motivated while recovering from an injury. It can be an arduous process that takes time away from doing the things you love to do. Courtney has that understanding and is truly committed to providing the best therapy possible. She takes the necessary amount of time with you and gives you cogent advice on how to maintain your progress outside of the clinic. She uses the right amount of humour to keep every session fun and informative. Every session had its challenges, as it should, but Courtney’s practical approach keeps you wanting to push yourself and get better.

I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received from Courtney and highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been to several physiotherapy places in Edmonton, however, everywhere I went I felt that I was not getting proper help. I found Innovation (West Henday) and decided to give it a try.

Luckily Courtney became my physiotherapist. This young Lady is not only very professional, knowledgeable but understanding and compassionate. Unfortunately Courtney decided to move to Ontario and today was her last day at Innovation. Anyways, with Courtney departure Innovation is losing a very good physiotherapist.

I am giving 5 stars only because of Courtney. Without Courtney I would give 4.99.

Over all, it was a a very positive experience the months of physiotherapy and massage I received at Innovation. The customer service is sharp and friendly, the two physiotherapists that worked on my lower back really cared and I improved allot to a point of relief and joy to have the pain going away and mobility I did not experience for a long time. The massage therapy is THE BEST I have ever had. Very professional, technical and I experienced improvements and pain relief in a way I never did with other therapists. Highly Recommended!
