This is the absolute best place in the city to get new tires and rims for your car or truck. I've bought many sets through them for a few different vehicles, and the quality of service has always been consistent! Tyler and Carrie are both incredible to deal with. Their prices are unbeatable, because they usually have what you're looking for in stock. I really can't say enough good things about them. Try them out!

They know their stuff, easy to deal with and never felt like I was getting a sales pitch or up sell. They sell quality products and have everything you need to make your vehicle look and perform its best.

Had a great experience ordering my tires. The gentleman was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Everything was good, until it came time for delivery. My home address and payment address differ, but the invoice I received clearly shows them as different- so, shouldn’t be an issue, right? Wrong. The tires were shipped to my billing address, not my home address. I received a delivery/pick up notice from the shipper. So, I called to discuss with Innovative to see if they could help me out. Well, this is where my experience went downhill. Long story short, I was told that despite having the two address options on their website and clearly identified on the invoice that they could not help me and that they would not make the correction. I was told, “we pay more to ship them to you then you paid, so if you don’t want to go get them I’ll just cancel the order and refund your money. This is the easiest way to fix it”. He also admitted that “we have had this issue before”…Really? A $500 sale and you just want to walk away from it? Amazing customer service and quite the way to build that Profit and Loss statement! No effort to work it out. No “sorry we made a mistake”, no effort whatsoever. And I’ll assume no change to their website to avoid future issues- why do the right thing, right? That takes effort and thought. So just beware, if your billing address differs from your shipping address they will ship it to your billing address even though it will clearly show your “shipping address”. Cause you just know the “gentleman” I spoke to today will do nothing to fix the issue. Talk about lazy. Talk about poor service. Never again…

These guys were awesome! Have an 18 Durango, got the run around from other companies. Called them set a date n that was it. Staff was cool, price was awesome. Will definitely recommend!

A big thank you to "Tyler", I ask him to order these wheels and he said he will order it and it would take about 2 weeks to get those wheels. I’m surprised because it’s just 1 week my order was arrived and I really loved it. This guy is very kind, just keep up the good work.

I highly recommended this shop for those who wants to buy wheels and modify their cars. Very reasonable price and they have a very good mechanic. You guys deserve to get a ️️️️️

Decent job, little selection but when putting my old rims in the back seat threw them in and punctured a hole that is costing $1000 or more in repairs. Wish they took 2 seconds to not damage my brand new car.

Great to deal with! Definitely worth the call! Saved almost $1000 on my rims n tires going through innovative! And yes, the set up was identical elsewhere as well.

Bought my new setup from them, product knowledge and communication was great. Install went well and I would consider using them in the future. I even came back for a full sized spare after my first visit.

I’ve taken all of my cars and trucks here over the years. From Lambos and Porsches to diesel trucks these guys and gals know wheels, tires and lifts/accessories better than anyone I have ever dealt with! They also stock more than any other shop I’ve ever used which is handy when I’m in a pinch and need something quickly.

I called off of a kijiji add. I was lost with rims for a dually. I was getting conflicting answers from every tire shop i called. Ryan answered my call in less then 5 minutes he explained what the best option was for what I wanted to do. He knew all the answers to every question I had. I placed the order at 1030am on Monday Feb 13 2022 got an email explaining there was an issue with my address as it's a po box. Called him at about 330 pm that same day and 15 minutes later I had a confirmation email about shipping. Now Feb 15 2022.2 days later and I have my new rims! This company and the staff are absolutely amazing! There prices are more then fair. I'll recommend them every time! Thanks guys!

Absolutely phenomenal service from everyone there. Was put on to these guys by the great guys over at 4WP & Ryan helped me get some rims when no one else in Calgary would.
