Great service and nice hospitality. Food is very good as well. As a regular 100% would recommend!

Very calm and quiet place, the food was amazing. We ordered chicken wings, tempura, and pork bulgogi, each better than the last. The servers were always in reach if we needed anything. Will be back maybe times with friends.

The place looked dirty, felt dirty and smelled awful. Graffiti all over. Left over grease on the BBQ from previous cooking. All you can eat menus is $38 but there isn't much on it and half of it is either limited to 1 per person, extra cost after first order or just straight up cost extra. The chicken wings were bloody and the grills don't get hot enough to actually cook the meat all the way through. The cuts of meat themselves were also just not very good quality at all. Don't waste your time unless you are starving and have lots of money to spend

It took some time for us to get seated. Looks like they were short staffed. Other than that, food was delicious and staff are friendly.

Servers are really slow. The food was great and all but waiting two hours was not. We had waiters come back to back every now and then, ask us how we were- when we told them we were waiting for food, theyd nod and turn away, only to not return. A specific waitress kept coming back and had a tone, somewhat accusing (in my opinion) us of not asking waiters and not being patient. She also accused us of lying about ordering. Unimpressed.

Really really good service! It was a full house and despite it being incredibly busy the waiter who helped us was super helpful and kind:)

The food was also amazing! I got the spicy beef soup and my mom had the pork bone soup. Both were very delicious and they came very quickly:) they also came with side dishes

Just an amazing place to go eat when you’re craving Korean bbq and wanting a nice and friendly environment from everyone there!

I ordered for delivery today and got the Spicy Seadfood Noodle aka Jjamppong. Not only to mention that the package was poorly packed that the soup spilled all out but the noodles tasted terrible. It was soooooooooo salty, fishy and all I can taste is straight up salt. The singular piece of squid that I got in the whole bowl was just straight up plastic, can’t even chew and swallow that thing. Got 2 shrimps 2 clams in that bowl for 14$. Disappointed so much as Insadong used to be my go-to place for Korean food. Never come again.

We got to the restaurant at 5: 15 and only got our water and cutlery 30 minutes later. Our food started arriving 20 minutes later after that. Not once have we been checked up on my our waiter the whole time. We needed a fork and asked notified out waiter but we never got it. We had to grab someone else to get a fork for us. We were waiting there at the restaurant for 2 hours and we only ever got our first round of orders. The service was terrible here as after our first round of food arrived our waiter never came back to check on us. After 2 hours of waiting in the restaurant we finally decided to just leave as we would most likely have to stay another hour to get our second round of food and another hour just to get a server’s attention.

No grilling at the table. They took us in for a buffet, then told us it’s last call for the kitchen. The manager even cut our order portion without letting us know. That’s disrespectful. NEVER COME BACK!

Beautiful restaurant, and good food! I had a wonderful experience dining here. Very kind employees too! Had a nice service and conversation with my server Destiny. Would come again.

Restaurant use to be good but not anymore everything is salty food quality use to be 9/10 now just 3/10 plus food safety need to be apply on staff again.

Very comfy environment! Come here on the regular for comfort food. Their AYCE is definitely worth it, 10/10 recommend.

Arrived here at 5: 10, for the all you can eat, Took 40 mins for them to get us water and cutlery, And after we finished our first round of food, Still haven't gotten our second round of ordered food despite us waiting another hour and a half - not to mention we cook half of the food at the table. Terrible service would not recommend going here despite being a loyal customer for about 10 years. Some orders are missing and some just take 30-45 mins to arrive. It's been so long to get our food we are basically full from digesting the first round. 1/10 for service. Still here at 7: 00 and still have yet to receive our second round of food. It's been about an hour since we finished our first round and are almost nauseous from waiting, and simply unacceptable to pay for AYCE price with this food and service.

Great food! Low staff! Poor girl was running around by herself serving tables of people and cleaning tables. Could just be the day I came in but at least have three servers out on the field! Even on a slow days you never know if a bomb will drop

Always come for the bento box sets. They give you a punch card where you can get a free bento box after 9 purchases. Taste and portions are amazing.

I normally don't have any issues eating in here. This is the first time I was disappointed with a dish.

I was curious about the Korean ramen noodles they advertised. So I ordered it. When the dish came to my table first thing I noticed it was just a bowl of instant ramen with some extra garnishes of sliced onion and carrots. Like for 9.99 I was expecting some protein such as some slices of spam and a fried egg. Instead get the typical free sides of the radish, kimchi, garlic potatoes. The dish can be worth the the price if it just added a little extra for the customer.

Service is always great when I stop by for lunch or dinner. Servers always check up on you whenever they can. And the food always arrives at a reasonable time.

So at the moment of you do decide to get the Korean ramen. Be sure to ask if it has anything extra with it. It's one comfort dish that can work well if they just add bit more to it.

We love soups. Pork bone, Spicy beef soup and Galbi Tang. Of all the Korean restaurants we have been, Insadong makes the best soup, tasty, very hot temp like we it. Service is fast, efficient, and staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. Sol, Danny and Hala are amazing. Qe come practically every week. I don't cook soup anymore. We just Come to Insadong. For the price and taste, making this soups take hours. Welove it.

Thank you Hala and Staff at Insadong for accommodating myself and roughly ~80 people for dodgeball supper tournament. No complaints, everyone was super nice and fast. Had no issue dealing with Insadong for the event. Food and service was amazing!

I don’t think it’s normal for waiters/waitresses to be sitting at people’s booths and having conversations on the job

They have a variety of food to choose from. If you asked me I would suggest the eat all you can eat and they have an option of wether you guys cook your food or they can actually do it for you. They have a good service and friendly staff for us it was Caroline. They attend to all your needs and all the staff were there to assist and ask you every time.

I’m giving 5stars for filling up my empty tank (stomach) for not eating 24hours just decided after work to find a place to eat. With my friends Rem&John who really enjoyed the foods that we ordered. No REGRETS that we’ve had INSADONG for the first time. The best Korean BBQ that I can recommend to anyone craving for Korean cuisine.

This is the second order (they said last call), we ordered 200g per meat.
I’m still hungry and waste $55 dollars & 2 hours in this place:)
