Excellent uniform supply store with expert help at getting your child dressed their best. I also like that the uniforms are created from recycled materials. The clothing itself is long lasting and with a variety of cuts you can find items that work off the rack for many students.

Love the store setup and the very helpful friendly staff. Such a huge improvement from the old store.

What a fantastic experience. The staff were so helpful, kind and courteous! They even helped with my young baby while we outfitted my daughter. Best back to school shopping experience ever.

Received a defective garment and they will not exchange for a replacement. They say sweater was washed so cannot take it back even though it was washed thinking it was dirt or residue and it would come off in the laundry but it did not. Not good service nor do they stand behind the goods sold.pretty disappointing.

First of all, customer information collection. Why are you collecting name address phone etc and what do you needed it for? For a small business like inschoolwear, how secured it can be and what happened if your system got hacked in and what happen to the customer information. Second of all, I don’t see any price tag, you wouldn’t be able to know how much a pair of shoes is till you pay and then you felt ripped off. I found the same shoes cheaper from the official website and the shoes was an upgraded version. Thirdly, there is a reason why Alberta is the number one for confirmed COVID-19 cases in North America, there is no control about how many people can come into the store. And there is no way you can keep 6 feet from others because their stocks is all over on the floor. There is no way you can keep 6feet when you are in a line up since not much space. Fourthly, there are only two desks to ring. If you are helping a client, keep focusing on the person in front of you and finish the transaction efficiently. If one customer is taking a long time, try something else to figure it out and let the line move.

Was greeted very rudely by the individual at the front and she told us to stand in the back because we didnt have an appointment that was okay. However, when I was waiting for the staff to get the product the same woman who had greeted us said so rudely go over there as if she didnt want us there. Understandable that it I covid and there is a need for social distancing but that does not come with passive aggressive forms of communication and a lack of consideration.

Tammy and Samantha were super despite how busy they were when we went in for the fitting. You will have a good experience here.
