The clinic is spotlessly clean. All the nurses are very helpful and really care for their patients. They are friendly and courteous and when I felt light headed, they quickly made me feel better. GREAT JOB.

I went to this location for my ultrasound yesterday. Staff are kind and professional. 5 star for Emily for making me feel comfortable the entire procedure.

Not impressed by the staff today. I don't care how busy you are, being herded through like cattle is not the way to do business. Tammy being "fake" nice was disgusting, also being told that she has a schedule to keep so I would have to deal with the PAIN she was causing me was deplorable. Then her coming up and asking me if I'm alright afterwards, really? It will take me weeks to heal what she damaged today.

Very professional. Wasn't too happy that being 10 minutes late for my appointment required me to reschedule it. But it's also nice to know they run a tight ship. Vs. All the other medical clinics that have over an hour of waiting and are never on time.
It was my fault I was late, and won't be again. Everyone we dealt with here was polite, professional and prompt. Overall, a great experience.

Staff, nurses and technicians were all absolutely amazing here! One of the best test experiences ever!

The staff are courteous and friendly. Did not have to wait for very long to be called in the examination room.

I did a walk-in. I was in and out in 11 mins. Staff were super sweet/nice and professional. I will travel to continue at this one. Very Satisfied

I had a wonderful experience at Insight Millwoods location, Edmonton. The receptionist i dealt with was very professional and helpful for my first time there. The Nurses and Dr were very helpful in making my 2 day appointment very relaxing and I was treated very respectfully and comfortably.

Went in for X-ray. The guy that performed my x-ray was super nice so no issues there. However the receptionist was very rude, she directed me to the change room and asked me to change. So I followed her instructions and started changing, she proceeded to come into the change room area and asked me what I was doing as if I was doing something wrong. She asked to see what I was doing which I find very odd since I was in the middle of changing. I showed her that I was halfway changing and she mentions that I can just go in what I was wearing. But then changes her mind again and says that I can take everything off the waist up. I did not deserve the way I was treated and will no be going back to this location.

I recommended this insight medical imaging. I was there yesterday to get my CRX ️. The waiting time was very fast and I'm very satisfied

I had a great experience here today. Technicians were patient with me and did their best to accommodate me when I wasn’t ready for the ultrasound even though they were very busy. Karen was very nice and very helpful. The technicians who did my x-rays were as well, so pleasant and helpful. I rarely leave reviews but I simply had to because I had a very pleasant experience even though I was very anxious prior the examinations. Thank you a lot.

Reception staff were friendly. Kat was amazing what a star! So patient with me during my ultrasound scan. The world needs more people like you.

This is an outstanding Clinic, the service is always prompt, the girls at the desk are observant and kind. The techs are friendly, efficient and their instructions are clear and they don't hesitate to move you to the right position for that x-ray or ultrasound if you can't seem to get it just right, but gently. I like this location because it never seems harried or crowded unlike some other branches. I started bringing my 98 yr old mom to this location because they were kinder and more gentle with her, and if she was in pain it seemed they arranged to do her right away. I have had a lot of services over the years at this location and the service and surroundings are always great. It's a gem.

I had to go in for an ultrasound and it seemed like every other technician there was so kind. The one lady who did my ultrasound was so rude! She was not gentle whatsoever and had me in pain the whole time without communicating with me. She was giving me sarcastic replies even when I was very kind to her. She didn’t even tell me her name but I was really disappointed with this service.

I really like going to the Millwoods town center location it's clean & friendly i recommended this location

When l came in they called me in 5 min.then l got changed and waited to be called for my x ray witch turned out to be close to 30 plus mins.until l saw a staff member and told them that they must have forgot me as all the other dressing rooms were empty. She said they were so busy which is B. S.it was lunch time Thanks Jayne Lenny not Janet

Visited this location location last week and it was an awesome experience all around. It was nice to see Punctual, Polite and Passionate people on their toes to help their patients. Keep it up guys!

I have nothing bad to say about this clinic. The staff and technicians are all very friendly and make sure you have a pleasant visit.

I went for an X-ray and was in and out within 30 minutes. Staff very pleasant, waiting room and X-ray room very clean and pleasant. Hand sanitizer available in all rooms. Very pleased, I will definitely go back as close to home

Had to come here twice for an ultrasound. The first time I came I forgot to drink water and so had to rebook. On my first visit, the receptionist was very efficient and friendly and I was taken in just as quickly as I signed in. The technician performing my ultrasound was also very nice even though they didn't get to finish the examination. The second time I came was a month after my first failed appointment. I was signed in by the same receptionist and was surprised they remembered me to the point I did not have to show them my health care # or id. I was not taken in as quickly as the first time because a patient before me was having trouble getting their examination done which was understandable and communicated to me by my technician. Even so, the receptionist and technician both apologized for the wait and tried to get me in as best they could. All staff were very friendly, responsive, and I felt like they cared about my issues and made sure I was felt comfortable and safe every step of the way. The technicians were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had satisfactorily.

If I ever have to book an appointment for a test again, I would book this location even if I have to wait just because their service is excellent and their location is very clean. But even then, a month's wait is not long if the examination is not too urgent. Thanks again:)

Very very poor workers. I wait for my X-ray 1.5 haours, that place wasn’t busy at all that time

Be careful before u come here.
On my first and visit, lady on reception was dealing her own business and I wait 10 minutes because she was on phone and her own business, while she was working.

I booked an appointment at 3: 00PM, but 50 minutes later I still didn’t get called.
6 people who came after me were entertained first.
I was absolutely disappointed.

All of the staff were polite and efficient! I did not have to spend much time waiting. It was a positive experience!

I have a schedule of ultrasound today & I came late because of work. Still they help me they are nice especially the one who did my ultrasound Katherine is really nice and she explained everything very well. Thank you so much. My xrays were done quickly efficiently and professionally, so I could get on with the rest of my day.

Friendly staff, came as a walk in for my x-ray didn't have to wait long to get in. Just waited a few seconds for an employee to let me in at the front door.

Best Place, Friendly Staff, and Most important, They are honest. My chiropractor gave me x ray twice within a month. Friendly the staffs on the counter in Insight Imaging advice me to wait as it involve lot of radiation. Parking are Free. Waiting time is very less, even if you are walkin. If you have been using this place, You do not know how other places are? I, Once went at other place, and I realize it was a Mistake.
This staff must be given raise for their Kind treatment. Thank You to People working here.

Always a pleasant and welcoming experience at this location, From the front staff to the ultrasound techs (Even in this pandemic time). Kat or Katie was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Keep up the good work guys.

I went to this location to have my x-ray done. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

If you come to this clinic, keep your fingers crossed that you don't get an inexperienced clerk who has to fill out your paperwork. After 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby, and watching waves of people walking in and out, you might find out that they haven't even entered you in the system yet.

The tech was professional, fast, & efficient, but the receptionist (s). Not so much.

X-Ray time: 3 minutes

I was impressed with the cleaningness and professionalism in this location.
A polite greeter would ask you screening questions right at the door and take your temperature and offering masks. Chairs were being wiped clean in between chairs. Ultrasound Tech was also very professional. Overall very impressed with the service provided.

The clinic was efficient and the staff were friendly. It was what one would expect from a clinic.

My wife needed a X-ray ASAP dropped in and was very impressed. Staff were very professional and easy to talk to. Only waited a few minutes before she was taken right in. Parking is a little busy at this location but not bad.

It's my first time at the facility, very professional, the staff is very knowledgeable and the expertise is excellent.

The ladies who did my tests were amazing. The Mammogram have had not great experience @ MIC few years back, but Megan could sense my stress and she made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was not in any pain during the Mam.test and because of her I will go back and will be looking for her
