This is the second time I have been at this location. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The clinic is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly. I will continue to go to this location for all of the treatments they offer.

Worth the drive. This team is organized, efficient and friendly. I didn't have to wait for my three tests and was even done early.

If I could give this place a Zero I would. First off I’ve been coming here for ultrasounds for the last couple of months and I’ve never had to wait in my car because I didn’t want to wear a mask. Second I shouldn’t be judged and treated differently because i didn’t wear a mask. The purple hair receptionist was a complete and total b**** and unprofessional and took political views above customer service. MASKS ARE NOT MANDATORY IN ALBERTA ONLY FOR AHS! IF YOU HAVE A ISSUE WITH MASKS HAVE AHS MAKE IT MANDATORY IN YOUR PLACE. Also the older technician is very rude had no bed side manner just angry I didn’t wear a mask. Only good person was the tall blonde technician. Who was sad when I expressed that she was the only nice one while getting ultrasounds during my pregnancy.

Clean, professional, efficient and friendly. It was a seamless experience from booking through to the three tests that were done. I waited only a few minutes once arriving. This place gets 5 stars!

I had to get a chest x-ray the other day, and found the staff very friendly and helpful.my waiting time was I sat down and I was called in. The gal that took my x-ray was cheerful and knee what she was doing. This is the second or third time that I've been to this one and I've always left there fairly quickly. I'd give 5 stars but there's always room for improvement anywhere you go.

Great clinic. It’s very clean and feels very comfortable. The receptionists are friendly and the technician made me feel comfortable. If I am in need of any of these services again I will be sure to visit this clinic.

Wow! A healthcare clinic that operates ON TIME.whether, it be a doctor, dentist, hospital, even if you have an appointment, is always late. I always arrive early and they are always on time which is not common.

And the staff is very good; the lady that performed my scan went above and beyond what she had to do. I have been going to doctors for a separated shoulder plate that I know is loose. And in 6 months I have been to several hospitals and xrays, and scans and this is the only place that scanned me, told me what they saw, and identified 3 other broken bones no other physician or clinic detected for over 6 months!

I went for spinal xrays, without having a prior appointment. The front line of the clinic were fantastic. Went through the covid protocol, took my information to the front. The wait room was very clean, well laid out and spacious. Was taken in for xrays immediately and had my xray disk for me within 10 minutes. All the staff were professional, friendly and nice. An excellent experience as always thank you.

I wanted to leave a review after being nervous from all the bad ones.
The lady at the front desk was so kind and positive. She smiled, was very friendly. The lady that did my ultrasound was also very nice, she did everything as she should. It was overall a perfect experience and I’ve been to many ultrasounds. Bonus is they got me in quick where mic couldn’t get me in for weeks. Seems like management has taken care of the past negative issues from this location.

Very unhappy with today's visit. I brought my wife for an ultrasound and they didnt have the decency to call me in the room for a look at the baby. Saying they were running behind, yet I was the only one sitting in the waiting room. Very inconsiderate.

Saw a lot of negative reviews on here so thought I should chime in with the other side of the coin. I was a walk-in (no appointment) because they apparently do not book routine x-rays. So there was a half-hour wait on a Wednesday morning. The elderly receptionist in the brightly colored top was so cheerful with everyone that I *wanted* to commend her manager. The young lady tech who x-rayed my hip went out of her way to be kind, even apologizing twice that she couldn't move the x-ray apparatus farther out of my way when I was laying down and getting up. I had 30 minutes to scope out the waiting room action. Everyone I saw here seemed pretty friendly and the patients, even those in pain, seemed satisfied with the service they received. I'll be returning here. I'd give 5 stars except for the unnecessary wait (they really should set up online booking for simple x-rays).

There was no greeting, no smile, no hello, zero.
Among the three at the front, there was no acknowledgement, although one was giving me a dirty glare.
The front end staff are the face of your business, sadly if they feel they have right to be rude- no problem! I won’t be going back!

I had an appointment here yesterday and honestly i have never met individuals so rude and uncaring in my life. Save your time and avoid coming here. The woman doing ny ultrasound was very arrogant and every time i asked her to scan the otherside of my neck because thats where the issue was she told me that she wasnt going to scan it and i should go. Youre responsibility is to help patients and if u cant please dont waste our tine. The manager was also unhelpful and these individuals dont care about clients they care about money, all they want is for you to make multiple trips to and from them so they can charge you over and over again. And i will be looking for a higher up ro report them to because they should not in a field of patient care and be so freaking arrogant and rude. If you can not act like competent individuals it would help everyone if you could recommend someone else who can actually do your job.

Went for our twelve week ultrasound for our first pregnancy. The ultrasound tech was great however she found they booked us two weeks late. We made the mistake of assuming they can book our time sensitive appointments for the correct week. Not so. Now the critical measurements that NEED to be done during a high risk pregnancy cannot be done.the woman at the front desk who booked us incorrectly was there the second time and avoided /ignored us and said nothing and continued eating her bagel as we discussed the issue with another staff member. Glad I took a half day off work for a pointless ultrasound. My wife was In tears and very upset as we don't have the results. Our family dr informed us this is a pretty big mistake as he was anxiously waiting these results. Oh ya btw. Eating peanut butter at a reception area at 9am at a medical clinic Is extremely unprofessional and exposes countless people to a possible alergic reaction. She's touching phones. Medical files. Paperwork. Etc. All while eating peanut butter bagel. Obviously somebody doesn't take their job seriously at all.

Appointments were available within the week. On time when arrived. Good prompt action and quality tests.
