I had an MRI at this location today and all of the staff were amazing. I have very bad anxiety and they were so kind and patient with me. Shout out to Jen, she made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and honestly I’ve never had a better experience at any other medical facility. Thank you so much

As part of my pre-surgery prep, I had to have a Mammogram guided "wire insertion" procedure, as well as a radioactive injection. We arrived quite early and I was *very* anxious when I arrived at the Clinic as I didn't know what to expect. I held up my ID to the Receptionist through the plexi-glass and she was very kind. After I was taken to the Mammogram room, my fear and anxiety disappeared very quickly thanks to the two highly competent and caring team of mammogram Techs, Dayna and Kim. They were so positive, kind and supportive and talked me thoroughly, efficiently and respectfully through every aspect of the procedures. The Radiologist Dr. Singh who did the procedures is a true Pro, the procedures were so fast. Kudos and thank-you to this great team of Professionals at Insight Meadowlark. They really helped to set a positive caring tone for my surgery day.

I had the worst service a person could get from a tech named Kat. She's the most condescending person I have ever met in my life and I wouldn't wish my very brief experience with her on any body. Worst individual ever.

Worst place to go for an MRI. Nurses are not well trained with post- chemo patients and it's fine veins. I got many bruises because they didn't find my veins. You probably go well hydrated before they try to insert needles on you.

On top of that they didn't copy the results to my oncologist, so I have to call their office to request it. In the meantime, it was a waisting of time for my husband and myself going to see the oncologist and she couldn't see me without these results. We left our jobs earlier for this appointment and we paid $950 out of our pockets. So, no consideration from this place to me.

My mistake was trusting on Insight's commitment. From now and beyond I will go to MIC as they never fail on their job and professionalism.

The intention of this review is not looking at the negative aspects of it. The positive aspects is that we always have the option to improve our commitment with our jobs and the patients.

Thanks for reading this review and I hope this company makes sure that patients are satisfied with the service they provide.

Very efficient service. I had two exams - from getting there to finishing it was very efficient and smooth and quick transition from first to second. Technicians were excellent in making me fell comfortable with procedures.

This is a great place for medical imaging appointments. Booking my appointment is so easy and their friendly staff made such a positive customer experience for me. Once I arrived, my medical services were fast and performed in a very clean specialized room. I highly recommend going to Insights in Meadowlark for a top notch experience.

I came here to get my MRI scan. Everything aside from the actual scanning was excellent. My requisition clearly stated to query TFCC tear. When I went to go see my doctor after, they mentioned that the scan was not able to show my TFCC area due to motion. While I was being scanned, I did not get any feedback on this, or any re-adjustment for better immobilization to even try to fix the issue. It was in and out, and no communication by tech on whether it was a successful scan and if correct images were acquired by the tech or not. I know they are not allowed to diagnose but they are allowed to say that if they got the correct images or not. This was not done either. If the scan is done poorly and cannot answer the querying medical question written clearly on the requisition, then how did the scan benefit the patient from a healthcare point-of-view?

Medical tests are generally no one's first choice on how to spend some spare time.but when they are needed and or necessary it is less stressful to be treated like a human being by caring and compassionate staff.who seem to understand your reason for being there. Kudos to these amazing folks.and thank you.

I was able to walk-in and was very quickly escorted in to the X-ray room by a friendly and efficient staff person. I was in and out of the facility within 10 minutes.

I came in for my appointment and was told my appointment was on the following day when CLEARLY is was written on my requisition form for the current day. They said someone made a mistake when booking my appointment (which I booked in person at this location). My husband and I took this day off and had been waiting 4 weeks for this appointment. There is a survey Insight has on their website and I strongly recommend anyone with bad service fill out this survey and also submit a complaint to other health authorities.

The MRI team is incredible at this clinic! They were extraordinarily kind and helpful. They work to a very high standard and ensure the images are very clear while still managing to balance speed and efficiency I noted, especially compared to hospitals. They really care about your specific needs and talk you through the procedures before you go in as well. Also, the place is very very clean! I saw them wiping down all the equipment with much care. And Reed, in particular, is a fantastic technician. He is very altruistic and empathetic, and went out of his way to talk about how everything works and help out even when he didn't have to which I really appreciated. I would highly, highly recommend getting an MRI from here if you need one!

Positive experience at this clinic for an ultrasound. Friendly and efficient staff. Technician (Julie?) was very kind, accommodating and efficient. She made me feel as comfortable as possible. Wait time in waiting room was not too long. Quite a few technicians on site.

Worse techs. As a first time mom stay away. The tech lady in 2018 (short blonde hair) asked me if I have GD because my baby’s head was big. And I was a month and a half away from getting the GD test. So imagine how worried I was the next couple of weeks after that day. She could have caused early labour from stress. And thank god I didn’t even have GD. I’m writing this almost 4 years later because my friend just went there the other day and had the worse experience as well. I don’t know how they sleep at night being this Atrocious.

Absolutely no respect for customers. After waiting over 1/2 an hour, I asked how long it would be. Then and only then did they state there were staff out sick. They made the decision for me to sit there and wait and wait and wait. They stated they called other people to rebook. I was not called and made aware of staffing difficulties. They didn't know how long I would have to wait because "they didn't have enough staff. " The receptionist had the nerve to tell me I should be grateful for the appointment. Absolutely no respect for me or my time. I wouldn't recommend this gong show to anyone.

It was easy to get book an appointment, I used the phone number to do this. All the staff was great, the check in was fast. The 2 x-ray techs that I had were wonderful, taking time to explain the procedures and answering my questions and listening to any concerns that I had.

The waiting room is cheerful with nice pictures on the wall and nice furniture. It was tidy and clean. All staff were friendly and helpful especially the attendant doing the Mammogram screening. She was pleasant in every way possible. I would highly recommend this location.

I had an x-ray and an ultrasound guided injection. From start to finish I found all the staff super friendly, and professional. One of the best experiences I have ever had at an imaging place. Thank you for that!

I had recently come in for a bone density scan and X-ray and was told when I booked my appointment, to come in 15min early plus an extra 30min early for my x-ray. I had shown up as told and the lady at the door denied me entry my first time through, questioning me about why I was there and why I was so early given my appointment time. I have never dealt with someone so condescending and spoken to so rudely. I had every right to be there as I had booked, followed policy but yet anytime I tried to ask a question it was followed with a scoff and a “Come back closer to”. I saw many others before me come and go back to their cars so I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a regular occurrence. Once I had come back closer to my appointment - the line had started to trail the side of the building. I understand the demands of Covid and the pandemic has been hard in many different ways on many people but after a year in, I’m blown away that staff is able to treat patients like this. After reading other reviews, it’s clear my experience hasn’t been the only one. Will not be coming back to this clinic again.

The techs are very rude, I almost falls sleep during the ultrasound cause they let the student do thier practice on me, the 3times I’m come for appointment like I’m almost 1hour for the ultrasound and the most disappointing part is they just gave a blurred copy of your baby that not even noticeable, after they ask u to drink lots of water that I I almost cannot breath and burp.lucky that I have already perfect picture and videos in Medical imaging center (MIC) during my first ultrasound at my 24wks pregnancy.

This was my first time going to this location. The receptionist I dealt with was rude and disrespectful. She should not work as a receptionist if she doesn’t have the patience to actually listen to people instead of being dismissive. Nevertheless, the person who performed the examination was nice and professional.

My wife, who is Asian, had an appointment at this branch. My wife was wearing a mask but the string broke off. When my wife asked the receptionist for a mask, the employee who is an older white female informed her the masks are for employees only. This employee gave a mask to a white female patient without saying anything who was ahead of my wife.

Another employee told my wife she can get a mask from the receptionist who instructed the receptionist to give a mask as it is for everyone.

The receptionist was visibly upset and made sarcastic remarks to my wife.

This receptionist is obviously prejudiced against colored people.

We booked an appointment here and still need to wait for about 30 minutes. I have to wait in the car for my mom. I can't even find a parking space, its always ways full. I will not choose this location. Its frustrating.

A very efficient clinic flow from the COVID-check at the entrance to the completion of the diagnostic exams. Very little wait time between the 2 exams that I had booked. David, in US, was personable, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. Jackie, in Bone Densitometry, was efficient, pleasant and had a nice sense of humour, which was appreciated.

I had a bright and early appointment, they were quick and efficient to get everyone in and organized. I had a two part exam, the first technician I dealt with had a nice demeanor she was friendly and explained everything up to and including the injection. She gave clear and easy to follow instructions for when to come back for part 2. Fast forward a couple hours later I returned for part two. I have a male technologist who explained how the process would work again and made sure that I was comfortable at every step. The often asked if I had questions and were quick at the end to explain how long the processing would take and that it should be approx 2-3 business days for my doctor to get the results. An hour later I received a call from my doctor that they were in! AMAZING! The only thing I could criticize and now I am just being picky, is that if your clients beat you to work you need to be earlier lol. If you're not 10 minutes early you are late. I was warned when I booked the appointment not to arrive early as the door do not open until 730am. I went and lined up at 725am, the staff was still rolling in right until 730, makes it a little chaotic when you feel like you are rushing them as they are then trying to get themselves organized. (again a me issue). All in all a great experience when you don't know what to expect and will gladly book another test with them if ever needed.

So they have a so called front door that normally only available for staff. Patient have to go all the way to the mall to get in. I finally got to the back door then seeing them changing the notice that they are closing that door. Everyone has to get in through front door. Then I went all the way to the front door found people waiting in the rain to get in, obviously there’s no cover for the rain. Then I told them maybe they should consider changing the door for people to use, but they said there is nothing I can do. So many elderly people waiting in the rain can u imagine that? !

Meadowlark Insite Medical Imaging is a very nice, well kept clean establishment. The staff are all very polite, Except for reception. I said good morning to the lady at the reception, she said nothing, took my paperwork, never looked at me and pointed at a hand written sign on her plexiglass that told me to go sit down. A bit later she called my name, came to me, again not looking at me, and started walking down the hall so I guessed I had to follow her. She took me to the X-Ray/Ultrasound area, pointed at a seat and I sat and said "thank you", she said nothing and walked away. Not very sociable at all compared to the 2 staff that did my tests. They were great.

Would have been more stars but they made me wait 30 minutes for an X-ray FIRST thing in the morning. Also I should note I AM THE ONLY ONE HERE FOR XRAYS! Now I know what you’re thinking “Oh how entitled” but when you come at 7: 30am (when it opens before work) and are told you have to wait till 8AM because APPARENTLY it doesn’t open till 8am. NOW I see NOTHING ANYWHERE saying the xrays open at a totally different time then the rest of the place. IF THATS THE CASE POST IT SOMEWHERE! Like on your web page or in the imaging office. For someone who doesn’t have a lot of time before they head to work this is a HUGE undertaking because now I’m 30 MINUTES BEHIND!

I am pleased and grateful for Inight Medical Imaging and found the service of all the Team great. They were kind, knowledgeable and explained all steps of the MRI procedure. At my physicians office in Camrose wait time for an MRI - spinal was 6-12 months with AHS. At my request, My physicians office faxed my requisition to Insight Medical late Friday. I received a call on Monday from Insight and was scheduled for my MRI Tuesday. Wonderful team here and so grateful for the short wait times and pleasant staff.

Called the call centre and had an appointment within 1 work day. The receptionist delivered me to the correct room after only a 5 minute wait. The technician was informative and very kind and supportive. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

December 19th 2019-Called to book an appointment, I spoke with two different employees and they were both confusing. They told me I have to fast so nothing to eat or drink after midnight but then they said I have to have a full bladder. I don’t understand. I told both of the ladies I don’t understand and they didn’t even try to explain it to me.
December 20th 2019- Received a phone call regarding my above complaint, the lady on the phone was very kind and helpful in helping resolve the matter.

I am at this clinic this morning August 26th 2019 walk in to front desk lady call me I say Good morning to her at 8 am so she didn't awnser then I think I didn't speak in loud enough so she may didn't hear me I said it again she didn't awnser and no smile rudely said what do I need she driect me where I had to go what no smile what kind world and country we are leaving in so it's not it
Second office I went same thig no smile no customer service I am very disappointed I think this is only lab do things for Canadian medical system we need more in camptiton I hope it will change

I have been to your clinic for 2 different procedure now, and I was not impressed either time I was there. The first was for a cyst removal from my hand.the Dr tried to tell me it was a callus (see, I have one too!) and he actually seemed surprised when did see a cyst on the ultrasound machine. My doctor would not have sent me for a callus removal, and I think we both know the difference in a cyst and a callus
The second trip was for cortisone shots in both my wrists for carpal tunnel. I had this procedure done at a different location last May and had no problems at all.the cortisone was injected in my wrist in a small amount, in a slow and controlled manor, and I felt nothing more than a little sting with no after-effects from the procedure. Well, Dr Paras at your clinic filled a syringe full of fluid and a lot of bubbles.he then quickly injected about 1/2 the solution in to my left wrist, even commenting on the air pocket in there. He then shot the fluid into my right wrist so fast that I actually yelped as pain shot down my wrist and hand and up to my elbow. I straight up and told him it HURT. I was in absolute agony for the rest of that day and the next 2 days as well to the point I missed work and couldn't even do the simplest of things for myself. It's now been 5 days and I still can't extend my fingers properly, and just typing this much is agony for me. I will not be recommending your clinic to anyone, and I will not be returning for any further procedures.

On Nov 5,2018 at my 1: 20 Pm appt, I encountered awesome front end staff. Michelle, the mammography technician, she has the experience and a very nice and caring person. I expressed my concern, and I was there earlier that day at 9 am for a different appt, and they were very helpful, and very polite and positive front end staff.

Most incompetent staff who book the appointments. Honestly, a robot could perform better. They have scheduled me on the incorrect day several times now as well as location. Avoid this location like the plague.

Staff was very rude. They told me that I booked for the wrong appointment and argued with me for 15 mins that it was my mistake after I just asked them to fix it. They then realized they were looking at the wrong patient file and offered no apology and made we wait for walk in even though I was booked for an appointment. I will not come back here.
