The X-ray tech (Jessica) was absolutely superb and Very polite, professional, friendly, (I can say “WOW” for her service and not forgetting Front desk staff was very polite with a sweet smile on face

I had a chest x-ray yesterday afternoon.

Front desk staff were very polite. I also asked about an estimated time frame (20 mins) & they were right on the money.

The X-ray tech was absolutely superb. Very polite, professional, friendly and quick. I was in and out in < 5 mins.

Other noteworthy points. Seating room had lots of light. And the entire establishment was spotless.

Highly recommend this clinic.

Booked an appointment over the phone and they were straight to point and got me booked in. When I actually went into the insight medical imaging I was helped at the front, and then waited a few minutes before getting called in for my x ray and ultrasound, all the people working there are really nice, friendly, and chatty too.

This place is an absolute pleasure to visit for what I got done. X-Rays and a cortisone shot in my right knee. Everybody was very friendly and accommodating. I would go back to this place at any time and I recommend it to everybody. Again thank very much for the excellent service, Inside Medical Imaging

Easy to get to and staff friendly and caring. Waiting area clean and loved the beautiful pictures on the walls. Time waitng very short - thank you all for you kindess!

I had an appointment for a mammogram on Nov 4th at 3: 20pm. Unfortunately I was unable to leave work quick enough and arrived at 3: 27. Waited 5 minutes for the receptionist to help, and no she didn't have another patient, to then be told my appointment would have to be rescheduled because it was 3: 33! Well it wouldn't have been that time if she had helped me quicker. It is unfortunate that there was no respect for me as a person, because I too have a job and know that exceptional circumstances do happen and it is unadmissable to send a patient away because of 7 minutes, when the patient already had to request time off work, and now will have to do it again! How disrespectful! Unfortunately for health reasons I have had and continue to need constant monitoring but will never ever book at this location again!

Very pleased with being able to walk in without an appointment and not having to wait very long for an x-ray. The X-ray technician was very pleasant.

In a world where our medical system seems to be struggling, insight medical is a shining beacon. Their staff is very nice and call centre answered the phone almost instantly. Location is super clean and receptionist / technologist were really nice. Everyone just seemed really happy. Will be booking any future appointments I have here. Thank you.

Scott is amazing! He did my 1st ultrasound and my “2nd/follow up” NT ultrasound. He is always so accommodating, polite and very gentle eventhough it could be nerve wrecking to wait for the ultrasound result I always feel that me and my baby is safe and comfortable around him. Even my husband was telling me how he is impressed with Scott and that he is comfortable that he is the one doing my ultrasounds. My husband is always with me during my exams and he have also witnessed the “not so good”experienced I had with the other ultrasound tech that did the 1st NT ultrasound. There was nothing wrong with her attitude she was also very nice, it was just the way how she works with the transducer/probe.it felt that way too much pressure are being used. She was even tapping my tummy with the probe trying to get the baby to move I believe lol. But no matter what she did my baby decided not to cooperate that day. My stomach felt bruised for 2days after that appointment with her. My husband was not impressed at all, he got too worried about me and the baby.
It is hard not to compare the two tech due to huge difference on how they does their exams.
That is why we were both grateful when we found out that Scott was the one to do my follow up NT.

This location is blessed to have a worker like Scott. He is definitely one of the gem of this company.

Extremely clean! Staff were very pleasant and patient. Only waited a couple minutes. Seating is still staggered and masks are required.

My experience was very positive; all staff were friendly, considerate, and helpful. An enjoyable experience!

Had many appointments here, it's always gone incredibly well. Very friendly staff all around. One time i called here by accident (meant to call Heritage location) the receptionist was absolutely kind, and told me she'd call them to let them know. Everything went very smooth as always, thank you for employing the staff you do.

Insight Medical seems like a joke at this point. I broken a bone in my body and was told to wait a month for my x-ray. Sure whatever, I waited the month. Then they called me to tell me their technicians are away for holiday's.
Then why did you schedule my appointment if the tech I need isnt going to present in the first place?
It's ridiculous.

This place always had the most sweetest people and always clean and nurses are very friendly and kind. And I always come here for years. But today there was a lady not sure about her name but she wears glass. She seems not be rude but from India I am sorry if I am wrong lol but she was yelling not to loud but the way she spoke to me was very rude as she gives instructions to move in certain way. I wanted to complain to front desk but did not had Courage to do so.

I came in today with a requistion to get my ankle checked. The receptionist was great and Lanvin, the X-ray tech was amazing. Very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Very clean establishment. Wait was maybe 2 minutes.

Diana was an awesome Tech and made me feel safe, comfortable. She went above and beyond. Front desk Team was pleasant and helpful as well.

I came for an ultrasound. The staffs were amazing, very professional. I will definitely recommend to all people in manning and Clareview division. Very excellent radiologist.

I have visited this place today for an ECG and Xray. Had a good experience and the staffs were very friendly. The place is clean and tidy. Very well trained and knowledgable staffs. Waiting time is way less compare to other places. It is a great place once again whoever close to this location can utilize this Medical Imaging centre for their appointments.

I came for an ultrasound appointment, I was happy with the experience. The technician was friendly and courteous. I have been to this place a few times over the years and have always been treated well. The appointment times have been met for the most part. The place is clean and tidy. There is lots of seating in the waiting room. Parking can be an issue at times as there does not seem to be enough spots for all the additional businesses in Hermitage Square but that’s minor. This is the closest imaging place from where I live so I’m sure at some point in time I will be back and I have no problem with that as my experience has always been good.
