Lady at reception was incredibly rude to the lady in front of me in line. She was gaslighting her saying that she didnt talk to her on the phone even though there was phone record of there call. Very unprofessional

The lady working reception on December 1st, 2023 @ 10: 35 a.m. Needs help learning how to take accountability. I called and asked if I needed an appointment for an ULTRASOUND or if I could just walk in. She said “no you can just walk in” and proceeded to give me their hours.

When I get there she says I need an appointment and verbatim “I would never tell you don’t need an appointment. When did you call? Did you call the central booking? ” And I said no I called this location and recited the number back to her and she said “well I would never say that for an X-ray. I mean ultrasound”. And that moment right there was enough to prove my point that she did in fact make a mistake, is capable of making mistakes and should just treat people with respect instead of distain. She should really not be in this industry

The x-ray technician there was the most efficient that I've ever seen. It's a small office, but was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I am happy that it is close by, so I'll be able to go there again if the need arises! Kudos!

Agree with person who said Give it a "0" - never going to this facility again. Reasons: the manager avoids you when you have concerns - it's privately operated.b) hours of operation (Sats closed & are closed for lunch from 1: 00-2: 00 pm)
c) x-rays results were NOT Uploaded to Netcare

One week later I'm still waiting for results. Positive it's been lost or discarded. They say they only do walk in so they are busy.
