My mother have 2 appointments on the same day and 30 minutes delayed in each appointment so stayed there for 2 hours.what's the use of booking an appointment.

I was stressing out trying to book an appointment with very little notice the receptionist was helpful. They also don't put you on hold for too long. The only thing that I dislike is you aren't allowed to take videos or pictures of the ultrasound. It would also be nice if they had a separate screen to watch the baby, the ultrasound techs are super nice. Thanks for making my first pregnancy memorable!

You don't need to book an x-ray. Wait about an hour, everything seems to be polite, but hostility is felt. If you ask questions, the medical staff starts bullying, especially the Vietnamese. They told me to take off my T-shirt for the x-ray. Are T-shirts made from lead?

It was the worst experience I got yesterday to do my ultrasound I am not going back to this place and I don't recommend it to anyone. When the technician came to say I gave them hard time this is unprofessional and keep asking me why I am doing the ultrasound she makes me feel I am wasting their time for unnecessary things.

UNACCEPTABLE.
This day I took my daughter to take some x-rays, the person who was using the machine had us waiting for more than 1 HOUR, when I asked him the reason, she explained that he DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE X-RAY MACHINE 100%, and how my daughter was short, she was waiting for A FRIEND to explain how to move the MACHINE, INCREDIBLE, I ran away from this place, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ALBERTA HEALTH SERVICES has a person of this level working? SHE IS WORKING WITH RADIATION, how to know if she put the right amount in the other patients, INCREDIBLE THIS MUST BE REPORTED AND THE PERSON EVALUATED to see if he is capable of having that job or not, on the day of the evaluation December 12,2023 from 5: 30 p.m. To 7: 00 p.m. Investigate that woman please, she is a danger

One star is too much but I have to give one to log my review. I sent feedback but the short version is, tech tried to give me medical advice on something. She also made me feel negatively about myself in two very major trigger points. I submitted feedback in the survey and detailed my experience there. I will not return to this facility.

Went to an appointment on Thursday June 9th, I had an amazing technician. I hope this gets passed along to her.she helped ease my anxiety and was kind. Best conversation I’ve had in awhile:) thank you

I was very satisfied with my recent (and first) visit to Insight Medical Imaging clinic - Heritage. The staff were most accommodating and helpful during my visit there. I will definitely go there again.

Front staff is really nice but the tech i had for ultrasound didn't walk us thru the whole process barely talked. Didn't show us the gender of the baby that's what we came for. She seemed rushed and finished our appointment really quickly. Also she didn't take any proper pictures for us. Very disappointed.

The staff are very friendly especially my lab technologist. She greeted me, explained the instructions, asked and answered my questions clearly, then performed the examination quick and efficient. I left the place in fifteen minutes.

Technician was very nice, put me at ease for ultrasound. I was called to fill a cancellation so had my test a week early. Location is good, parking is okay. Staff was very nice & professional.

Insight made the process of obtaining a ultrasound exam very easy considering all the issues with Covid 19. The online booking was followed up quickly with a phone call and confirmation.the instruction where very clear. The overall process was easy from start to finish.the appointment was moved up by 10 days. The front staff were pleasant and efficient.

We arrived 10 minutes late for my wife’s ultrasound appointment and the receptionist lady told us that they have to reschedule! Traffic is horrible at noon time and this wasn’t our fault. We told her that we need to do the ultrasound today as we had an emergency yesterday and she kept blaming us for being late!
I don’t believe that they are processing patients by such punctuality. They always make you wait for 15min plus the line up wait time was 7 min.

1 star rating does not reflect on the ultrasound technician one bit, he gets a 5/5 in my books. Tech was amazing and the only one who offered me an apology even though it wasn't his fault!
I was forgotten in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Apparently I wasn't 'checked in' properly. The waiting room was cleared of patients twice, all while sitting there holding my bladder so that my results would be accurate and not a complete waste of my time and theirs. Not thrilled to have my time wasted and to sit there extremely uncomfortable on top of having abdominal pain. Not impressed!

Very unprofessional technician. She never told me her name. During my scan she asked me medical information that did not even relate to my reason for coming in. She even suggested unrelated medical advise when I didn’t ask for it, that only a medical physician should advise. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and she was not friendly at all. VERY annoyed.

Reception was very efficient. The waiting room is well laid out and chairs are 6 feet apart. I went for x-rays without an appointment and was seen within 20 minutes after arrival. X-ray tech was very efficient and friendly.

I visit this Insight every time My doctor give me any text to do they alway accommodate me the best for me the Technicians are very sweet and polite is never a issue their recepcionistas are very friendly and professional so I recommended to anyone

I had a fantastic experience. All staff were very friendly, courteous, and caring. I came as a walk in for an x-ray of an injured foot. I had just come from my physician who had ordered the x-ray. My doctor also gave me a requisition to book a routine mammogram sometime soon. Upon enquiry at the reception desk, I was taken immediately for a mammogram since someone had cancelled. I had my x-rays done as soon as I changed back into my street clothes. I was in and out in 30 minutes total. Very professional compassionate and competent staff! Well done! I guess COVID has reduced the waiting lists for non- COVID related health problems.

Went in for an xray today. Tech was very professional and considerate. Looking at the previous reviews it seems the managerial response of looking in to the rude front desk lady is just automated response as obviously attitudes haven't changed. You don't rudely tell people to take a seat - have some basic respect for others.

Got in super fast, the ultrasound tech I had today went above and beyond! I appreciate her care and concern as she looked over all the areas I was having pain in! I definitely will be back to this place for more testing if I need

Is this a slapdash or a medical clinic?
Very rude and unprofessional front desk staff, towards people as well as their own staff.

My wife went in for an ultrasound and I, an x-ray, as we walked back through the changing area we heard technicians rudely yelling at patients, through the thin walls.

During her ultrasound, she felt uncomfortable and invaided because she was given no directive of what was happening. She was left in the room by the ill-mannered technician, not knowing if she was done yet or not.

She had come outside to the waiting area and asked the greeter, who helped her to retrieve further information from the front desk, only to find out that she had to wait for the same technician to book an additional appointment.

We never did book it, and never will. 0 stars.

Thanks to a most professional and compassionate agent who assisted me in registering for 2 ultrasounds and one x-ray. I was able to have all 3 procedures done at one time, in one location. All of the staff at the Heritage Imaging location were top notch. My appointment was looked after in a truly professional, and friendly manner. The staff really care about their patients. I would give them a 6 out of 5 star rating. Thank you all so much.

I went to this clinic to do an x-ray on lower back to find out the cause of lower back pain. The booking was a smooth experience, and the wait time was short considering the time I went was close to 11: 00AM on a week day.
The staff were all efficient and the technician working on me was very friendly and did an excellent job instructing me what to do. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Left msg regarding an appointment after hours and was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call back 10 mins later from their central booking line. Had an opening that week. Day of appointment all public health protocols in place with lots of staff. Attended with service dog without any problems. Waited less 5 mins in waiting room and then straight into the room. The tech was very friendly and professional. She has clear with instructions and ensured my comfort. Afterwards she commented how well behaved my service dog was and admitted she was afraid of dogs. I would never have guessed that from the way she conducted herself and was grateful that she trusted us enough to put her fears aside for the procedure! I wish I knew her name as she made my experience very comfortable despite COVID and her fear of dogs!

Fast and efficient service.
The person that greeted me at the door with a contactless thermometer was presumably a new hire, a very young one, and was very sweet and helpful.
The person at the desk was efficient, but she can tone down her attitude a little.
The person that attended me for my X-ray imaging was efficient, but could have been nicer too.
While they worked in sync, fast and efficiently, I felt very much unwelcome, except for the young one at the door.
Also, after the imaging was done, I got dressed and there were nobody in sight to show me out, I had to find my way out myself and check with the nice one at the door if I had anything else to do.
The report came fast. I appreciate that.

I had a great experienced. I Went to the clinic for an ultrasound, Miss Monica assisted me, she was very nice and helpful the whole duration of my exams. And Good support from the staff and receptionist too. I would highly recommend the clinic to my friends.

This place is amazing! So organized and friendly and clean. Checked in waited approx 2 mins before getting called. X-ray and ultrasound done quickly and efficiently.
If I need a lab again I'm definitely booking here.

Went there last night. Called before going waited about 25 minutes on the phone and nobody answered. When we get there it was empty, no customers at all!
After x-ray asked if I could look at the picture and the lady said No, they are not allowed to show! Nonsense! Why can’t I look at x-ray image of my 5 year old sons broken arm? ! Why it’s a secret?

Every time I have a pregnancy ultrasound they you make me wait at least 10 mins in the waiting area. It’s really difficult to book suitable appointments as I am working and studying as well.this time I skipped a class in order to get this appointment. I was late 15 mins and the reception desk told me you are late we might not take you in today. I told her you make me wait in the waiting area more than that every time. Then she called the technician on the phone and checked whether I can have the ultrasound or not. She was told yes I can. I entered the room at 9: 05 AM I am 20 weeks pregnant and I was really excited to know the gender of the baby. Monika the technician told me that we wouldn’t find it today as she must only do the test for the head of the baby, after finishing at 9: 25 AM she went out and came in telling me that she didn’t get quite good pictures of the head of the baby and I have to schedule another follow up appointment next week to get better pictures as we didn’t have enough time today.however, I was told on the phone that the appointment duration is one hour. I had a full bladder and still had another half hour for the rest of the appointment time. Thank you for wasting a pregnant woman’s time and effort, I missed my class for that appointment. It’s enough causing belly pain while doing your test.

Was there yesterday at 3: 00 for X-ray an ultra sound, the lady who did my ultrasound surely couldn't care less to do her job.had left side of neck done an when she asked me why there said more places on my neck that were bothering me I said "my right side hurts too but it was left side that was bugging me last week" thats when she said "ok were done an took her gloves off like we were done, figured if I were to say do other side, she wouldn't have done proper anyway, WOW! Will never go here again, If this is how she treats patients, I will never step foot in here again, I don't want excuses sent back to me, that asian woman with glasses should be fired!

My wife was booked in for a simple chest x ray. 2 hours later we walked out frustrated.
Staff were very unorganized and kept bringing people to the back room for x Ray's when there was no room or chairs. We approached the staff to resolve this issue and was rudely dismissed.
Staff forgot about us all the while our 1 week old new born baby was fussing. Then with a full waiting room and a full pre scan waiting room the staff all took lunch at the same time. Chatting Loudly with little to no regards of the patient. Avoid this place at all cost if you value your time and self respect.

Technician for the pelvic ultrasound was beyond exceptional. I've had tons of tests & procedures in the last 3 years and she had reviewed the notes & worked with the mobility issues I have. I was able to get in on a cancellation. Thanks! The central booking was very professional. The time to get through on the central booking line was 40 minutes, even though the prompt said 15 minutes. I'd use the call back feature right away next time.
