Insight Medical Imaging - Castledowns

It was a pleasant experience all around from the front staff to the technician. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing their services.

Went for a pregnancy ultrasound and I was VERY unhappy with the quality of the picture given to me. I called and talked to the receptionist. She said someone would call me to rebook but no one ever did.

Was in insight medical Imaging at Castle Downs. The receptionist was prompt and courteous. Technicians were very friendly and professional.

They were awesome. The Tech I had for an ultrasound was fast and very friendly. I highly recommend going here.

I did not make an appointment as Insight said X-ray can walk in. This was Friday afternoon after seeing my Dr.and the location was open until 8: 00 pm. I took a chance to walk in and was warmly greeted and asked all my identification then was escorted right back and told what to do and wait for technician. I did not have to wait long before I had my X-rays and was able to leave. Everyone I dealt with treated me very well. I would definitely recommend this location.

I went to this location last week for a routine mammogram. The technician Katelyn took her time to explain the procedure. I expressed to her that my last mammogram was unusually painful and she made every effort to make the examination as comfortable as possible. She was a very kind and caring individual. I will for sure recommend going to see her. The front desk was cheerful and welcoming as always. Ive had a positive experience every time I go to any of the insights in the city.

Great patient care! Adrienne and Derek both made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. They go above and beyond to make patients feel at ease.

1st visit = left lying on xray table while tecnician talked to student in the little viewing room finally came out and took photo of my knee people waiting
next in line gave me dirty looks
2nd visit = doctor's hand taped up seemed to be on drugs kept telling me he gave this shot to his mother all the time nurse moved away from table
3rd visit = doctor couldn't steady her injection hand
so rested it on a towel - kept talking about the towel's 'fuzz' getting in the way

Best experience I've had at a imaging clinic. The front desk was kind and professional and Derek my technician was awesome!

This location has very friendly and helpful staff! I needed x-rays done and needed to take out my ear piercings (I have a lot). I dropped a few of the jewelry on the floor by accident. At least 3 very nice staff members helped me search for the missing parts as I was on the floor looking like a distressed Velma. Incredible. Thank you so much for all your help!

The service was awesome, I was there for a xray during working hours 2 days ago. The total time I spent was roughly 10mins from the reception desk till the xray room was completed. Very friendly staff

The best experience I have ever had getting a ultrasound and X-ray. The technicians are amazing, receptionists are super friendly. I had to get some tests done and had to bring my 2 kids with me. The staff was so patient and understanding with them and I really apprentice that. They each came home with a pocket full of stickers and happy faces.

Any time I've had to use these facilities to have any type of tests done done here I've received excellent services services from all staff members.

Everything except one thing was absolutely amazing. I never even saw the face of the person (DR Peng) performing my fluoroscopy. He gave me instructions via microphone and a technician (LJ) in the room got me to turn n do my magic tricks. LJ was beyond awesome and front end staff fabulous as usual!

Staff are great. Everything was explained at time of booking appointment. I've never had to wait very long and appointments are always on time.

Went in about a month ago for a scan for my dad
they are rude, it seems front desk hates their jobs.very impatient especially if your from the area, such a disgrace

I have now been to this Insight location for 4 procedures during COVID, and each time they are very professional and clean and organized. Everyone explains things well. For COVID protection, they are wiping every surface down including chairs and bathrooms, and the waiting room chairs are separated well. I would highly recommend this location.

The best kind of people this clinic is wonderful and it's all because of the staff who work here they couldn't get any better. Absolutely 10/10 they even were excited to hear my gender reveal and it made it all the better thank you all for your kind hearts and dedication.

People are nice, location or place is very clean and mostly the technician was very accomodating and very nice.

Good Service. The technician in charge of doing the x-Ray was great, nice, kind and very professional.

Got ECG done. Waiting time very short, process was fast. Technician friendly, everything went very well. Would be nice to get later afternoon appointment.

Not my best experience with Health Care, SECRECY of x-ray tests is completely un-tolerable. I found the front desk staff as well as the technician rather condescending and having little interest in treating the patient with care and respect.

Front desk workers need to learn simple things like: please give me a moment, when they see you standing by the front desk waiting to speak to them. I'm not sure why management is unable to spot this issue. Also the technicians broke some the bad news to us after speaking to the Radiologist is a cold and uncaring manner. This is something that management need to address rather than just replying with a standard template to this feedback. I will not recommend or use again.

Horrible! Front desk ladies are condescending and the tech won't answer any questions. Just gotta lay there and shut up. I think they all forget we're not just numbers but people concerned about our health and babies. Booking somewhere else next time.

Staff here are super kind. Was having not the greatest morning and it was nice to be greeted with smiles and cheery staff.

Close/easy parking/access; very clean facility; friendly, efficient staff that processed my appointment quickly; I was seen right on time, no delays; ultrasound technician very professional, made me feel comfortable; excellent experience!

There was a lady radiologist who was too much rude and unprofessional. Doesn't know how to talk properly and need to learn manners

I had an appointment for an ultrasound and the technician was wonderful - she was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable.

I have been using Insight Medical imagining Hermitage and Casstledowns for very long time. Every single time people working there were very friendly, nice and polite. Whole facility was clean and properly heated/cooled. I am big guy with very strong accent but that was never problem there. Employees are respectful, everything was explained to me nicely. Waiting time has never been to long. I was always asked if I need any help. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I am not special, rich, politician or celebrity but every single time I was treated with respect. Honestly I can't remember anything negative about those 2 place which I visited so many times.
