From the moment I stepped into the Enterprise Rental Car branch at Intact service, I was met with nothing short of exceptional service. I want to give a special shoutout to Isaac, whose professionalism and dedication truly stood out. Isaac went above and beyond to ensure that my rental experience was not just satisfactory, but truly memorable. His attention to detail, prompt responses to my inquiries, and genuine care for customer satisfaction were evident throughout my interaction. The vehicle selection was great and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to Isaac's efficient handling.

I just had a service completed here. Since the moment I entered I was greeted very kindly by the person at the front desk.
I was given instructions and info about the whole process from the start.
I was kept updated weekly about the status of my car repairs.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
The place is clean and there is enough sitting room. There’s a small station with teas/coffee.
Overall a very good professional service.

Response time sucks and took over a month before they gave the "go ahead" to fix my car. Said I was not at fault but still wouldn't wave the $500 deductible (even though the vehicle that hit me was stolen and the owner of the vehicle admitted it was his fault as he left his keys in the ignition with it running! If I could, I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

At then end of 2021, before christmas, I was unfortunately T-Boned by someone running a stop sign. My insurance was with Intact, so they directed me to this location. Staff were friendly and attentive. However the problems started once they were supposed to work on my car. They set me up with a rental car, covered by insurance until my vehicle was done. However, once they found out the parts that were being ordered were a few weeks away, after about a week of having the rental, they called me setting up a time for me to return the rental and pick up my damaged, unfixed vehicle. I told them I wasn't available to do so for a few days, and they told me I had the end of the week to bring back the vehicle or they were going to start charging me. My policy clearly stated I had enough coverage of costs to last me months. I foolishly brought back the rental, and picked up my personal vehicle which had an allignment issue and two broken bumpers. I ended up telling my brokerage and they contacted Intact themselves. A couple weeks later, corporate called me to apologize. Not to offer anything, or get me back into a rental before the parts came in, but just to say sorry. Eventually I got my vehicle fixed, and I still felt there were underlying issues that weren't fixed, but yet again I foolishly did nothing about it. It wasn't until today where I went under my vehicle to do some maintenece that I realized they had sheared two mounting bolts and countless clips holding my plastic skid plate to the metal one. The broken bolts are beyond frustrating, but my bigger issue lies in the fact that now I am worried about how safely my bumpers are mounted onto the vehicle. Should someone else decide to ram into my car, I will most definitely be taking my car to a mechanic I trust, not their in-house service.

Was told my vehicle is damaged and very dangerous to drive. The door does not safely open or close.
Was not told about the $150 deposit for a rental.
I could not pay the deposit so I was given my ‘unsafe’ car back to drive.
They do not care!

Super professional and friendly staff.
I brought my car in for a damage estimate from an accident and they were very helpful with how the process will go and what will happen.
It definitely eased some stress for me and made me feel comfortable.
I don’t feel like I’m being treated like a child or as if I’m being scammed or anything. (I have experienced this from previous shops)

Dropped off our car to have the damages appraised only to have the staff at the center back another vehicle into the other, previously undamaged side of our car. No apologies, just tried to brush the extra damages off as no big deal, nevermind that this additional accident will now be on our vehicles history which will then affect the price of our car should we try to sell it in the future. Then to add insult to injury the vehicle that backed into ours was supposed to be our rental car, and the only other vehicles they have a available were a truck or giant SUV so we had to wait around for them to find another car from another location.

I knew the moment I brought my van in this would be a nightmare. They Couldn't fix my van. This has been a serious inconvenience to me. Now I'm not even getting an update on my van after the 2nd time it's in the shop. This has caused me alot of aggravation and time off from work. There are so many different people handling things so much confusion and disorganization.

I was impressed how they handled it all after some noob backed into my vehicle. I didn't have to run around and get my rental, go get an estimate and then drop off the vehicle. I just dropped it and they took care of the estimate, repairs and had a rental on site for me to take. When I returned after rental repairs were complete, I dropped off the rental at this same location and got my own vehicle back. Super convenient, when you're dealing with what's already an inconvenient situation

I was not expecting an insurance company to provide such stellar customer service. Infact, I would wager that they provided some of the best customer service i've experienced in a long time. Intact Service Centre took all the stress out of my fender-bender and made it an incredibly easy process.

The staff were great; very knowledgeable, courteous and skilled. With Enterprise car rental in the building the process was as easy as dropping my car off, changing keys and heading on my way. Same thing on return.

My car's body work is spectacular and it was finished almost 3 weeks early.

Special thanks to Ashley who kept up with email progress reports.

I've always thought insurance companies were the root of all evil, but they have changed my mind and I will happily stay an Intact customer knowing that this service is available, though I hope I never have to use it again.

I was so blown away by the excellent experience I had here. I was impressed by the receptionist who stood, made eye contact and smiled to welcome me in. I loved how easy it was to drop my car off for repairs. The entire team did a great job of taking care of me and making the process smooth and comfortable.

Had an accident, guy was speeding and driving like crazy, there is a dashcam video, this happened on June 26. We took the car to fix after I called to find out what were the next steps after a long wait. I was expecting to hear back from them. They never returned my calls or emails which were many in two months. I always had to follow up. Each time I had to call the company, I had to wait long lines, to explain over and over again the situation to whomever answered that given day. If they followed up they called my partner (the driver) who was out of town, after she told them to deal with me directly from the day of the accident, as I am the title holder in the car and insurance. The video shows that the front wheel was involved in the impact, and in fact the body damage was around the wheel and the metal was bent beyond the wheel line, so clearly the wheel had suffered a lateral impact, and I have concerns about the drivetrain, transmission, suspension, brakes and steering mechanism. The body shop scope of work just included fixing cosmetics (replace the damaged outer body parts). I kept calling to make them look at the potential ramifications of a collision on the front wheel. All they did, because I asked for it, is a wheel alignment. When I did not want to pick up the car, after more than two months of being in their possession, they agreed to "fix" the wheel. They said it was "fine" but fixed the scratches from the impact which had the color of the other car. They said that they "believed" that the car is ok and safe. There is no paperwork explicitly stating that the car was inspected by a certified mechanic and deemed safe and mechanically intact from the lateral collision to the wheel. I asked them to put this in writing, they said they would and then they did not do so. I hope they stand behind their guarantee if the car ever shows any problems related to this collision. To top it all off, we were deemed at fault, even though the other driver was driving over the speed limit and dangerously. In the beginning, we were told the other driver was at fault. He even admitted it on the phone the day of the accident to this insurance company. Who would expect a guy to be beside you when he crosses three lanes in a couple of seconds and speeds? Very bad customer service, I never got to talk to a manager even though I showed my dissatisfaction with the whole case a number of times. They always sent me to a different department, even to talk to my insurance company owned by Intact, three different adjusters, customer service reps and I could not reach the body shop. Very disappointed with this company, not recommended at all. They had no respect for my time. They had no respect for the time we did not have the family car. I picked up the car reluctantly on September 1st and I really hope that they take responsibility IF the car starts to show the effects of the collision in the future. Meanwhile, I will look to switch insurance company very soon.

Appointments by computer has them knowing all your vehicle information when at service centre.
