Highly recommend this business and it's team for tires and mechanical. I've had multiple experiences with them where they seem to go above and beyond.
I ordered a set of summer tires through them last year to be put on my 2007 Ford, booked my appointment and within the hour got a phone call from them asking me 'not to put new tires on the vehicle due to safety concerns regarding the extent of the rust in the hubcaps. '
They returned the tires with no charge and without being asked and didn't even charge me for the visit.
They could have just as easily, made their commission off of the tires and charged me for the work but instead chose integrity, quality of work and were concerned for my overall safety in the vehicle.
Since then I've had similar experiences where they demonstrate their integrity and show a high level of customer service and care.
Love these guys, and the new owner is a great addition to a place that gives helpful advice, good service, and clear reasonable billing all in a excellently friendly atmosphere.
Integra Tire and Auto Centre Fort Saskatchewan was simply unmatched. I required some extensive maintenance and a set of tires for my aging Mitsubishi, and Dave and Shawn were eager to oblige.
Additional quotes from competitors for similar tires alone, were coming in 60% to 100% higher, and Dave somehow sourced some of the last compatible struts remaining in Canada, for my discontinued vehicle.
I was even invited in the shop to witness myself, irreversible damage to braking system components, that were replaced, tested, and tuned alongside the tires within the day.
Keep up the great work, and thanks again for the top-notch service Bar T Tire crew!
I had gone to a franchise tire place and they told me 12 weeks to get the tires i wanted, Tried Integra and they had the tires I wanted in 3 days, They also changed my brakes and rotors as they were worn down. Dave was great finding parts for my car as it is not a very common car. Lastly I had told them about a noise coming from the rear end, and it was a wheel bearing, i dropped it off in the morning and it was done before work ended. Well done gents keep up the good work.
Blew a tire on the way to Edmonton, pulled into the first tire shop I could which was Integra, Fort Saskatchewan. Tire was ruined so they offered to put the spare on for me. Wrapped up the ruined tire in a plastic bag before putting it in the back of my vehicle and refused any payment for their service. Appreciated the help so much! Highly recommend this tire shop!
Overall experience has been pretty good. One of your better tire shops! Reasonable pricing and great work. No full-time receptionist so there can be a small wait to talk to someone. Good place regardless!
Called the morning of January 9,2020 at 9: 58am. Asked if they could change a rear brake light in a 2012 Toyota Highlander. Said they could. I than asked specifically if they could do it immediately because I had to use the car in a vehicle test. They said they could.
I brought the car in, and after about 10 to 15 mins. They told me they did not have the rear bulb and had to go get it. If I knew they didn't have the bulb, I would have gone to Canadian Tire and got the bulb and replaced the bulb myself.
While they tried to get it done fast, the wasted time getting the bulb was enough time to cause me to miss my appointment.
Best service & prices around. Dropped off my vehicle after hours, did not expect it to be finished until later in the week, they called at 9am the next morning that it was already finished.
