This is an incredible business with extremely helpful employees. We had a truck travelling from Calgary to Medicine Hat this past Friday and due to the extreme cold the reefer has having issues. Out of the kindness of their own hearts, this business let us park our truck in their warehouse to warm up for over an hour so we could finish the journey to Medicine Hat.

Amazing to see the kindness and generosity of this local business and that people are still willing to lend a helping hand. We at Floral Delivery extend our thanks and wish you guys all the best. Thanks again and stay warm!

Fixed our flat tire, pronto. We were very happy that they could accommodate a tire repair as we were travelling through. They took us in right away, so we could continue our journey. Thank you!

Used Franklin for tires, tire repair and automotive repair for the last 5 years. Never had a bad visit. My wife's Volkswagen needed new tires and after a bit of checking Bill found me some upper end skins at a very reasonable price. Also had my Nissan in for some leaf springs. James helped me out with ordering the materials and was quick to get my unit in for the repair. Excellent work. Muchly appreciated.

Terrible place Worse place in brooks don’t go to this place i recommend going to any place first before this won’t give you free flat repairs bought winter tires are worse on snow then my summers every time they take a wheel off I drive couple km the tire is about to fall off don’t even tightening the tire don’t trust them when they put the wheels on always double check your tires lost a lug nut within 10 km they wouldn’t put 1 on for free terrible place

We hit road debris on our way through to Swift current. Nothing open and nothing in stock at most stores. These guys went above and beyond to make sure that we could get on the road without being stuck for the weekend! Thank you!

Amazing service. Had 2 tires blow on the highway and limped it to the shop. Less than 30 minutes and they changed 4 tires on a gooseneck trailer without an appointment. Price was fair and quality work. Highly recommend!

Amazing shop! They go above and beyond! My boyfriend and his friend recently went on a sled trip to bc when his wheel studs broke off on highway at 1 am. He got the truck towed to the shop and waited until they opened next morning. Unfortunately they couldn’t find parts in brooks but found some in Medicine Hat. The owner lady (sorry don’t remember name) offered her personal vehicle so he could drive to get them. Now that’s service you don’t get now a days! Huge thanks to you guys for getting them back on the road quickly so they could enjoy some days off!

Absolutely horable customer service towards people of different colors I would personally not recommend anyone to go there and get anything done from them. I would give them no stars at all if I had the choice but you can't post a review without at least one star that's just how the system works but no stars worth in my books!

Found that buying new tires was really too easy, i ordered them while we were driving on the highway going through Lethbridge. Started the conversation with “what do you think about bigger tires from a 265/70R17 to a 285/70R17? Heavy tread where it’ll fill the gap from the 3” Motofab leveling kit that was installed by the dealership. Franklin’ s tire (not remembering the name, my apologies). Then was asked about what truck then i said it’s a 2017 GMC Sierra double cab 4x4. So then i asked, “what do you suggest for tires? ” Then frankin’s true suggested that he had really good response with Hercules tires. Then asked if he could order them and they would be their 1st thing in the morning. Mind you this was last minute decision where it was almost too late to put the order in for delivery. So needless to say the tires were delivered around 9ish the next morning n was called as soon as they were delivered. So when i had them installed they did a pre-test to see if they fit. To my surprise they looked normal, not over bearing. Gave our truck that rugged street look. We’ve driven on all sorts of roads with all the same bumps. In all weather conditions, snow and rain where we would have to engage the 4-hi or 4-low, they gripped. Up in the mountains we still have snow with miserable weather. We’ve had other treads where non of them are as quiet and these are aggressive tires. You don’t feel the bumps, no road noise. If anything the only thing we noticed was our truck sits and feels higher. They even put the white walls on the outside. They didn’t offer nitrogen filled tires since they don’t have it where as Canadian tire refused to release our truck unless we had nitrogen filled tires. So needless to say in about 2K Km’s, I’ll be going back to have the tires rotated and an alignment if needed. Zero hassle all smiles. With service like this we’ll be coming back for future tires, future vehicle maintenance. Thank you.
