Excellent service! Professional and reliable team. Mike, Shane and Steve are amazing, honest and skilled. This has been my family's go to mechanic for many years. Tire changes, oil change, mechanic work we bring our vehicles here. I had to get my studs and rim replaced after an attempted theft of my rims and tires. Integra got this all done in 2 days and were able to save my hub and bearing from replacement, saving me money and headaches dealing with insurance companies and rental car.

Five Stars! Brought my F150 in for an Out of Province Inspection. Based on a recommendation from a friend who uses Integra Chinook exclusively. Brought in a good condition 2019 F150 which passed with flying colors! Originally moved to Calgary in 06 from Nova Scotia and now again from BC. First time I have not been completely screwed over on an Out of Province Inspection. Haha. They even apparently changed a tail light for free. They were honest and fair. Treated me well. Highly recommend.

I’m always so impressed with the service I receive at Integra locations. The techs are efficient and engaging. I’ve never had a problem with a turn around time that was longer than expected; my retorques are fast and seasonal changeovers are usually same or next day.

All I had to do was show up, settle the bill and leave. Wheels stored again until fall.

I trust these guys! I am a single mom with two teens on a limited budget and I don't know a lot about cars. I don't have to wait days for appointments, they always help me out, and they keep the cost fair. Yesterday my car broke down in a snowstorm and I had my car back by 5: 00. Steve and Mike are great!

The only place I will take my truck for work and tires. We have been seeing the team here for more than ten years with multiple vehicles.

My truck has bricked itself twice this year and had to be towed to them. They have worked it in without issue both times and have had it repaired within a day. Truly a fantastic team!

I had my tires stored here for almost a year, when they changed them over, they didn't put enough air in them, if any.when I got home my tire went flat within hours: (. I had called INTEGRA TIRE'S just after they changed them because my vehicle said something was WRONG with the tire air pressure but they told me to drive around for 30 mins, so I did. I went home and then when I came out hours later, my tire was FLAT. I then called INTEGRA TIRE'S about the flat tire and all they said was, "weird". I had the tire check by someone else and the tire was fine, no holes, just careless service: (In fact, the tire was checked multiple times to make sure there was no leak. I'd definitely use someone else because having a flat tire is a HUGE hassle, could have resulted in me having to get my truck towed, possibly being told I needed a new tire, luckily Kyle, a tire guy (KMJ Tire) just happened to see my flat and helped me above and beyond.
