Cool massage place in an old house just off whyte. Customer service is excellent as well as their massage therapists. Especially May, the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She got out years worth of built up knots all over my body. Would highly recommend.

My massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. The therapist (Thaiwan) listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right techniques and amount of pressure when needed.

The team here have been easy, convienent and talented. The space is clear, staff attentive and engaged and is a pretty great waiting room.

I've had a few massages here now - all have been lovely experiences but I mostly appreciate May Wonganu's lovely demeanor and attention to detail. Had the best massage of my life from May. I got a cupping with deep tissue massage and she really went in to relieve the knots on my shoulders and she really cares about how it’s going to feel for me the next day. I would definitely come back and bring my husband with me for a couples massage.

Noemi is very professional and great at what she does. She gives one of the best deep tissue massage in the city and I have my bar set quite high when it comes to massage. I’ve seen a few others in the Integrated Therapies team (both West and South) and I always leave the place feeling 4x better.

Osteopathic therapist Mariano Torres provides gentle and some more forceful techniques to restore and facilitate healing. My recovery from my hip replacement is moving forward with his treatments. His approach is relaxing and calm.

My wife has seen Catalina before and really likes her in fact she is the only therapist that she sees. Catalina is beyond excellent. My therapist was excellent as well.

This was my first time using their services, I booked a 90 min deep tissue massage with cupping, with Thaiwan, and it was one of, if not the best, massages I have ever had. She used various stretching, massaging and cupping techniques during it and it was just all very enjoyable. I felt completely relaxed and less tense, stiff and sore after the appoint too. Thaiwan was very professional and kind also.

The office is very clean and tidy and has very cute charm to it. The staff members I interacted with were also very friendly and kind. Other benefits, they have reserved parking in the back of the building if there is none on the street and they can also process claims through your insurance company. All positives in my eyes.

If I lived in Edmonton, I would, without hesitation, gladly book my regular massages at Integrated Therapies.

I got the chance to work with Nan and he was brilliant! I work with high risk youth in residential homes and the work can definitely take a toll on my body, especially as it ages but I definitely feel more like my age and less like I'm doubling it like I did prior to the visit. I cannot recommend them enough! I already have my next appointment prebooked and will continue to return to them for future visits for the foreseeable future. Really like this place. Nicole gives an excellent massage with good strong pressure that leaves me feeling much better every time. She also goes over stretches and does cupping which helps me a lot as well. Highly recommend her.

I had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment I entered, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the reception, who talked us through some COVID-19 guidelines. Everything about the feel of the massage room, from the decor, to the lighting, to the music, set a relaxing tone. Noemi Morales gave me one of the best massages ever! The pressure and energy of her hands/arms moved along with my body's needs and she kindly offered additional advice to address points of tension in my body. Would recommend!

I booked a cupping session and right before the session (as I was taking my socks off) the therapist indicated they didn’t have the cups. They offered an alternative treatment or to cancel the session. What irritates me is that the cancellation policy is really strict and one sided for the benefit of the business. They make you sign an acknowledgment form indicating that if you can’t provide adequate notice you will get charged; yet, when they don’t provide adequate notice to cancel the session, there is no recourse.

I even provided the feedback to the business and they didn’t make an effort to make things right. Wouldn’t recommend.

For clarity, they did try contact me again after writing this review (the Friday of a long weekend). What prompted me to write this review (nearly 6 months later) was a friend of mine experienced getting charged the full price of a treatment when they couldn’t reasonably make it to their appointment. My friend provided approx. 4 hours notice with a reason as to why they couldn’t make it to their appointment (emergency house repair). This business should reconsider their cancelation policy and have some compassion for their customers.

Why take the risk with this policy?

I really liked the cute clinic at Integrated massage, Catalina helped me with my lower back pain. I left the appointment feeling invigorated, looking forward to my next session in a couple of weeks.

Renata Alook at Integrated Therapies has been an awesome RMT for me for the past two years. I'm quite active (crossfit, ball hockey, mountain biking, running) and get very sore but always feel a big improvement after a session with her. She will chat with you if you feel like it.but she is also good at working in silence and letting you focus on breathing and relaxing. For me she incorporates Japanese Mint Oil which is also a really nice touch when I am extra sore, which is common. I highly recommend Renata and you can also use the Mind Body app to make booking very convenient.

I began treatment for an athletic strain or injury which could become chronic. The body-work practitioner who aided me over 2 visits as of this post posessed deep knowledge and their practice could not be easily labeled. I have tools to take my healing journey home and continue the process of remaining healthy and flexible despite society's best efforts at keeping us sedentary.

I do a combination of bowen, cranial sacral, massage and physio with Anne. I love spending time with Anne and learning from her. She is like a walking encyclopedia with the amount of knowledge she has in regards to physical and emotional health, healing, body awareness, and body movements. And as a person, Anne is darling. She is charismatic, compassionate, kind and sincere. Everytime I visit with Anne, it is like we are old friends, there is a deep connection between us where I feel safe and at ease. I am grateful that I connected with Anne and was able to have the opportunity to gain a valuable and alternative perspective to support my own healing journey.

This is the second amazing therapeutic massage I had from Nicole Castro. She addressed the issues I raised, but also discovered and dispensed with other issues I never knew I had. Nicole is professional and extremely skilled in her techniques. She also provided options for stretches I could do at home to help my improvement. I will be returning again for sure.

I hadn’t been for a massage in years and decided it was about time. I randomly chose a masseuse when I booked online, and I’m sure glad I picked Renata! She was very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. Most unreal relaxation massage!
