Company routinely screws up the delivery of my packages and this company has horrific customer service. Their tracking information is borderline useless, and it's next to impossible to get things straightened out due to ridiculous call wait times (over three hours wait!). I avoid Intelcom like the plague and suggest you do too

Intelcom tells me in an email when my order is to arrive then delivers it exactly when they said. Like Amazon they are reliable and well run.

Sick and tired of drivers parking infront of my 2 driveways making it impossible to get in or out, so they can deliver to the neighbours.
Lethbridge AB. They try to pacify by saying it's only for a short time. They do not pay the taxes, bills, nor do I come and block their driveways. Too lazy to walk across the street where parking is public, or 20 feet south where it is not blocking the driveways.
This is ongoing and pathetic.

Can’t deliver on time and can’t pick up on time and expect you to reschedule a pick up and customer service is not helpful again tried to deliver to early and they have delivered here for over 8 years and know the hours so I have to wait another day. Seriously the second day in a row they deliver to early. It’s a business check the times it is open.

Very hard to find someone to talk to my delivery was to be dropped off every day for three days straight and I still don't have it.

My experience with this particular Intelcom driver I got today and get quite frequently because I order often, was awesome. Every time I see him he's happy and smiling and it's contagious, he's very friendly and respectful & I know when he is delivering my items they will be put somewhere safe, which is very thoughtful, and I greatly appreciate the extra effort. I've had mostly good experiences with this company, but this one specific driver they have is their best for sure! Goes above and beyond. I hope the company reads these reviews and appreciates those employees, because not everyone works with such enthusiasm and a positive attitude. I hope he gets a raise because he deserves it! Thanks for the great service and keeping my purchases in good condition and having them delivered super fast and safe! This is a great company

Multiple deliveries shipped from Amazon have been lost. The few who did show up were all late. A quick search shows that this is the norm with this company.

Don’t follow instructions very well. Have a hard time tracking items. Amazon needs to look at another provider for delivery.

Very fast service. Ordered my voice amplifier on November 2 at 3pm and it arrived on November 4 at 8 am, less than 45 hours.

This company keeps delivering my parcels to the wrong address, they provide picture of someone else's house and then ask me to go look for it if possible, they tell me they will fix it but again yesterday the same issue, now on telephone hold to find out where my parcel is again

I wanted to use them for an Amazon return pick up, they give you a day but not approximate time or time frame for pick up, they expect you to stay home all day and night waiting for them. They showed up but didn't ring the door bell so we didn't hear them or get notified on our phones, left a notice that they will try again, I stayed home the rest of the day and night but nobody showed up, I was sent a email late that night to reschedule so I did and now I have to wait 2 more days for another attempt and will have to stay home all day and night waiting for them and since they are afraid to use door bells I'll have to sit by the door the whole time. From now on I will not use Intelcom service and will take any returns to the post office myself. I've already contacted your customer service and they said there is nothing they could do, I canceled the pick up and filed a complaint with Amazon.

Intercom has delivered several packages to me lately from Amazon and all have arrived safely and quickly with friendly service.

Lately, when setting my delivery location preference through the new function in the emails, only about 25% of the time do the delivery drivers actually leave my (or my boyfriend's) parcels where I've requested. I contacted Intelcom to tell them about this, and they said they'd pass it on to Lethbridge Intelcom, yet it keeps happening. It's extremely annoying, especially when we get deliveries almost every day. Why bother having the delivery location option if you aren't going to read, or honor it.

I was to receive my package Tuesday October 26th waited all day. Wednesday they showed up but I was not there. Thursday stayed home all day called the company they said they tried to deliver it, which was not true. So now I have to cancel my plans tomorrow.so I can waste my day again. You will never deliver for me again.
I would pay more to make sure you never get my business again!

Anything I have received that is delivered by Intelcom Lethbridge has been 100%. I have never dealt with a courier in all my years that has treated me as well.

In the past 2 years I have ordered many items on line and most of those have been delivered to our home in Fort Macleod in a Friendly, informative and Efficient manner. I do not hesitate to give credit to the Intercom representative who delivers our parcels. Thank you again. Ken

MERRIEM ENNAGI HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. She basically told me that she controls when the items will be delivered & unfortunately she keeps making things difficult for me to obtain MY item. I honestly feel like you guys are stealing from me & this is why my item can’t be deliver to me when it says it’s going to be delivered. Now I can’t get my money back cuz she updated my address & now my item will keep getn sent back to e warehouse cuz I won’t be at home. I don’t want this headache & why do I have to deal with this when I paid for it. She obviously wants to steal what I bought from Amazon that’s why I can’t get my purchase. Amazon tried to ask her to deliver item on indicated time frame but Merium will not do it. & she knows shoppers won’t accept it. So how else will I get what i bought. I never dealt with anything like this before

Mr Percival of Intelcom Lethbridge…did a good job.
He do an extra mile, by calling me and ask if my package be drop outside my door but I ask him if it’s ok to deliver where I work, and he did it.
How I wish you could have more delivery man like him.

Originally our package was delivered to the wrong house, there was a wrong email sent, I left a bad review but in the mean time the package was retrieved and delivered to us. There was an in person visit to our house to follow up something that was not expected but very appreciated. It's nice to see that this company follows up and trys to improve customer service and deal face to face with customer complaints. Thank you.

Emailed on the day of delivery, with time of delivery and the package was delivered exactly in the time frame given and Package in Perfect condition! I’m so very pleased! Package placed safely where I wanted it.

Amazing customer service. My package was originally delivered to the wrong house and not long after I sent a message saying it was the wrong house, they contacted me and got my package to me that night. I've never seen any other shipping company do this. Thank you!

Polite delivery driver caught me in my SUV just leaving for work. Checked my ID to confirm it was the right address and person, and gave me my package with no hassle.

Several packages has been lost in transit now already. When you pay for prime shipping and supposed to have next day delivery for an urgent package, it is very frustrating that packages go 'lost'.

I have given feedback at least 4 times, maybe more and they continue to regularly deliver to my neighbours. It is very very frustrating.

Intelcom sure beat Canada Post who won't even deliver to condo's and apartment buildings anymore. Intelcom send a warning email that they are on their way and the driver has such a smiling happy face behind that abhorrent mask he is forced to wear. I'd choose Intelcom over Canada Post any day of the week who I have to fight with to just get them to deliver a package. As a senior in chronic pain, I do not need that aggravation and I'm done with Canada Post. Thank you so much for your friendly and dependable service.

I have cameras at my business. Every single time they say they attempt delivery no one has even driven by let alone stop. Phone customer service got hung up on twice and use chat service and got "disconnected" three times. What a joke. If you call Amazon you can specifically request for them to not use this particular delivery service.

I have been very happy with the delivery service from Intelcom! I get the email and my package is always delivered within the time they say and sometimes it comes surprisingly quick! My only critique is I wish they would put the package a little out of the line of sight from the street. I'm terrified of porch pirates!

Was expecting my parcel on Friday and the delivery guy dropped it off on Tuesday with out a phone call or a text and left it at my apt door. Of course it was gone when I got home hours later. They took a nice picture of it sitting at my door though so that bailed them out of actually having to account for anything. But common sense was lost with whoever delivered it. I’m out $50 thanks to this company and now Amazon can thank you to as I won’t be ordering through them again and I will be sure to put this out on Facebook as well. Good job! NOT
